Had showers and screens fitted and wet wall to replace tiles. Ewan and Graeme did a great job, keeping the place clean as they worked. Will definitely ask the company back for more work and will happily recommend them.

I recently had my new kitchen fitted by Ewan and Dale and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The workmanship is absolutely fantastic and the attention to detail really shows. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have around throughout the whole process. They kept everything tidy and organised, which made a big difference with having kids about. I had Ewan and Adam in replacing my daughter’s bedroom floor and my upstairs hall floor. They were fantastic lads, respectfully and helpful. They didn’t get grumpy when my kitten kept getting in the way and were respectful to try not let him out when they had to go back n for to they van, which was hugely appreciated. Highly recommended! Steven responded very quickly to my request for a quotation to replace a dying boiler. The guys did a great job on the installation - they did it exactly when they said they would, quickly, neatly and when we got a fault (due to air in the system) they came straight back to sort it. Highly recommended. Jan '25 - Called Steven again, when my business needed total refurb of bathrooms. From planning to completion, Simply did a great job. It wasn't always easy and we had to open for business on the Monday - the guys worked right through Saturday late until the job was done. It was on time, within budget and professional. A big thanks to everyone involved - Dale, Ricky and all the guys were brilliant - they showed a real work ethic you don't often see these days. Thanks for a great job.

I would thoroughly recommend using Simply to anyone. They recently completed a new kitchen extension for us and they were excellent from start to finish. We are delighted with the quality of work and they were really helpful at all times, the whole team very friendly and easy to work with with no issues at all. This is the second time we have used Simply and they have been as professional as the last time. Our kitchen was badly needing a make over What a transformation. Dale David Brian and Sandy were brilliant for nearly 3 weeks putting up with my questions and all the problems with the electrical side. I would highly recommend them.

I have just had a new bath and shower installed by simply bathrooms on behalf of Highland council and the service was great, I cannot fault them at all. Ricky and Michael did an excellent professional job and treated my home with great care. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and there friendly personalities, and Professionalism are a credit to this business.

They used to have this fantastic plumber/joiner/crofter working there that did brilliant things with wet wall. He's left now, I think his name was Niall he was amazing!!!!

Had new gutterings fitted front and back a while ago by Gordon and Liam, excellent job as no longer get soaked by the leaks every time it rains. Also had a new wash hand basin and toilet fitted by Gordon and Ricky, excellent job again, very happy with all the work done.

From the first point of contact to the completion of our total bathroom refit this company we’re absolutely fantastic. The flexibility in planning and the nothing too much bother from the tradesmen made them a joy to deal with. Highly recommend Steven and his team and would definitely use them again!!

We recently had Matthew, Barry, Sandy and Paul in to fit a new en-suite. They did a great job and were all very pleasant, extremely tidy and had a ‘can do’ attitude. Had Dale from Simply Bathrooms in our house for the last couple of days hanging 11 oak doors for us. What a Trojan, he worked hard and worked solidly. A big, repetitive job for him all on his own. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he did a wonderful job. Big thank you Dale.

We have just had our bathroom installed by simply bathrooms on behalf of Highland council and the service was great, cannot fault them. Paul, Sandy and Dale (I’m sure there were others but I did not meet everyone, sorry) were amazing. They kept us informed at all stages and were friendly and really tidy (I think my house was cleaner after they left than before) Nicer guys you could not meet! Any problems were dealt with promptly (it was a pretty big job for such a small bathroom) and the finish is amazing. Thank you all so, so much x

Simply Bathrooms were recommended to us when we wanted to update and upgrade our en-suite and bathroom. Stephen Maclean their point of contact managed the project from the very start. There was a lot we did not know and he provided us with appropriate advice. We chopped and changed some fittings 2 or 3 times and every time he patiently updated our quote. The work was done over the period of a fortnite and the two fitters who came were brilliant. There was Sandy the plumber and Paul the electrician. They were both competent in their trades and did a really neat professional job. One thing that really stood out to us was their attention to detail and care that they took. It wasn't just a case of wanting to get on to get the job done, they sought our opinion every step of the way making the whole project bespoke. They even suggested raising the floor in the bathroom to step up to the stand alone bath which we think looks fantastic. Both friendly and amicable guys who were a pleasure to have in our home. Can't praise them enough. Would highly recommend.

Having refitted my bathroom a few years ago and being very happy with the result, I decided to use Simply again, but this time for a new kitchen. From the quotation visit to the fitting the whole process was very professional and effortless. All the people at Simply were friendly, helpful and very proficient at what they do. David did an excellent job fitting the kitchen at an incredible pace with a fine attention to the details that have made for a very nicely finished kitchen. Brian made a superb job with the electrics ensuring I have ample sockets and switches where I would want them, and Andy did a great job with the plumbing even coming in later one evening so work could resume first thing the following morning. They all worked very well together and communicate with one another seamlessly so there were no gaps between the fitting. The whole process was very quick and very pleasant with customer convenience at the heart of the entire operation. The office team members that I had the pleasure of speaking to were all very friendly and always on hand to answer any queries, and it's great to have that level of customer service at the end of the phone too. I couldn't be more pleased with my new kitchen and flooring which looks even better than I imagined, and was fitted far quicker than I thought possible. Thank you to all the people involved, sorry I didn't get everyone's names but you were all brilliant. From my experience I have no problem recommending Simply for either your new bathroom or kitchen. It's customer service at its finest.

Good efficient service

I've used Simply Heating on a couple of occasions now and they have been great. My most recent job was at short notice and they provided a reliable and friendly service.

Employed this company to fit a whole new bathroom in our house in Wester Ross, as keen to use a family and local business. We showed the rep (and company family member) around and explained in detail on numerous occasions that we wanted something fairly "bullet proof" and a large sink and bath (same size as what was being replaced), as we also rent out to guests. Not being able to monitor ongoing work, we were installed with confidence of what we were to receive. Imagine our surprise though when we found endless finishings unfinished, a sink that a hobbit would struggle to wash it's face in, and a bath which is so narrow, an average sized person is at risk of getting stuck! The handle on the shower came loose on first use and still occasionally falls off, and the water tank installed only heats water to scolding due to a thermostat which has never worked since it was installed. We held back a few hundred pounds in payment from these guys until we had seen the finished article but so badly wish we had held back thousands. This is the 4th bathroom we have installed in properties over the years and would give all others 5 stars, but this one struggles to reach 1 star.

I have found them to be very professional in all their dealings, and their prices have been competitive . Their management and staff have been excellent, and they have always been quick to respond whenever there has been a problem . They are a local, family-run firm- and I have always found them a pleasure to deal with. I would commend them very highly.

Destroyed our bathroom, wet wall not plumb, broke tiles under window and put plank of wood over it, roke frame around window, cut wet wall short, used wet wall as bath pannel... incorrectly fitted boiler, 15 mm pipe instead of 22mm pipe, flue not sealed according to regulations.

Delighted with the work just completed in our wet floor shower area. A quick,tidy and professional job with a beautiful end result. Would definitely recommend this company.

Simply Bathrooms recently replaced our very old shower and cubicle. They removed all the old debris promptly, leaving the house very tidy at the end of each working day. The new shower was installed very professionally with a great finish. We felt it was a good price and we would recommend this company to friends.

It started with a bathroom... and ended with a gas boiler, refurbished radiators, blocked off chimney and a wood burning stove. It seems there is nothing they can't turn their hands too! They try very hard to get it right even if things do not go to plan initially. 100% for perseverance.

We have used Simply Bathrooms many times over the years - they keep it simple - (1) really listen to what we want (2) use their experience, knowledge and connections to come up with a range of options/prices that invariably meet our needs (3) do the work quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard - then don't bill us until we're happy ...although we always have been so far. It's always what they said the bill would be too! Icing on the cake is they're friendly, available when you need them and get in all the different trades needed for more complex jobs themselves.

Contacted simply bathrooms and heating to get new gas heating system installed. Steven was very helpful very friendly and him and his boys did a cracking job. Very professional very quick and very tidy. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back in touch for future projects

Electric shower faulty . required a new internal pipe . I decided because pipe needed crimped I would get them to do it . they fitted pipe but did not crimp charged £70 . now has leaked and show is no use
