DFP Services Ltd

Awful company to work with. A ongoing problem and total incompetence as a company. It’s an absolute joke , they are trained on quoting and charging but the works they charge for are never completed and they try and double charge on the next visit!! That is my experience and I have had to repeatedly chase up and escalate to send me the fire plan. Yes all well and good charging me over£600 , but why did you not send me a copy of the fire plans. What did I have to chase this up ??!! These people are uneducated , inexperienced employees including the managers, I know for certain they don’t care about their jobs, but taking over the previous managers job who left or got sacked with the continuous customer complaints. The new manager pretends he has no idea of what happened before and think it’s okay for one of his engineers to turn off the electrics in the middle of breakfast service and test the fire alarm!! Well train your staff DFP!!! , this is totally unacceptable despite clear instructions for your engineer Steve to come after 10am. Will be taking this further as this companies practices are not safe or secure with lack of signed documentation in our fire book but happy to charge extortionate prices. I requested the fire zone plans they forget to send but quick to charge for the work! I don’t recommend this company and will be taking this further with council led Durham Fire service as to investigate this company and practices asap.

Great service, friendly and helpful

Just had a interaction with one of your staff driving like a absolute goon been so agressive on the road when cutting across the bald driver was shouting flashing lights and getting up me car when having child in back , needs sacked the idiot

Utterly useless! Unreliable and staff full of bull! Only wanted a few fire extinguishers serviced close to where they are based. Wouldn't use these if you paid me. Oh damn I am paid to use them! Oh well.

My wife has also experienced an aggressive, intimidating and dangerous driver from this organisation, it appears from other reviews this company has a misogynistic culture. I have complained without response. I wonder how the HR departments of their public sector clients especially with their links to government and local authority would react to these reviews.

Avoid at all costs. Nasty and untrustworthy small man.

Bad eggs and good eggs .. sadly response is poor.
