Octopus Installations Limited

Joe explained how the sump pump would work and was very clear when explaining options for our damp and flooding cellar. His team on the day were polite and really organised. Although the work has just been completed it seems to be doing the trick of keeping the water from seeping up through the flags when it rains.

Professional, worked to a high standard. Really nice guys; would thoroughly recommend

Absolutely fantastic service.Very friendly. Highly qualified and very professional installation. Would Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a first class job

Joe & Kev recently converted our garage into a snug & utility room. The finish & result they’ve achieved has been incredible and were always on hand with great advice & ideas. Will use them again for all work we have and would 100% recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had a project and a tight schedule. I honestly can’t fault anything from the guys. Top quality work form the building, joinery and electrics. Fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Me being a novice to building work, everything was explained to me in a way I could understand which enabled to me to liaise with the guys to get the finish I wanted and in good time. Truly I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future. Because these guys have just got it right!!! Thank you again Octopus Installations.

We are delighted with the refurbishment of our new offices! Many thanks to joe, Kev and his team for all their hardwork! Cheers Rich

I've dealt with Joe at Octopus Installations (formerly Clarke Electricals) for a number of years now and find him and the team a great contractor to work with. We specialise in new build homes, and find Octopus Installations have an all round great knowledge that includes exceptional up to date understanding of current regulations. Their team works efficiently to meet deadlines set, and are generally a good set of people who care about what they do which shows in their finish and attention to detail. Service and cost is on point. Joe - Yorkshire Homes.

We have commissioned Octopus installations to renovate our Victorian property having been recommended by a number of Calverley residents, all of whom highlighted their professionalism, excellent standards of craftsmanship and reasonable pricing. We are so glad that we did. The service is exceptional and all of the employees are personable and go the extra mile to support. Nothing is too much trouble- from sorting a flood out on moving day to working miracles to move a huge bath upstairs.... We have managed to complete 7 x rooms so far and are delighted with all of them. Kev and Joe have become friends which is testimony to the lovely guys they are.

I would highly recommend Clarke Electrical Solutions for the quality of their work, their pricing which was very fair and reasonable, with a special mention to Maureen in their office who was incredibly helpful. Will most definitely use again for any future electrical work, thank you.

We used Clarke Electrical Solutions to do a full electrical rewire on our house. We were so impressed. The work was completed in the stated time frame, no hidden costs and the house was left clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and at a really competitive price. We would not hesitate in recommended them to others.

Professional work at a good price completed on time to our satisfaction

Very happy with their work, I would definitely recommend.
