Outstanding work from start to finish. Rashmeet has been in constant contact and has kept us informed regarding what will be done and when. We have booked Edanpower to insulate our entire house and everything has been done in less than a month from start to finish. Marcin, Michael and the rest of the crew worked hard even over the weekend sometimes, have been very professional and all mess cleared up at the end. Our house looks brand new on the outside and we are extremely happy with the work done.

Edan Power – Solar & Powerwall Installation Review I recently had Edan Power install a full solar and battery system at my home, consisting of 24 × 480 W panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3. After comparing quotes from several well‑known installers, including Octopus, Spirit Energy, BOXT, DCL Renewables, Infinity Renewables, and others. Edan Power offered the most competitive price for the same specification and equipment. Their pricing stood out clearly after averaging quotes across multiple vendors. Installation & Workmanship The installation was completed to a good standard, and the system is performing well. The team handled both the solar array and battery setup professionally. The overall timeline was extended due to the DNO approval process with GTC, which was outside Edan Power’s control, but they kept me informed throughout. Installation Day Issue There was a minor issue on the installation day when the installers arrived with the wrong set of panels, which meant the installation had to be rescheduled by a week. Although inconvenient, the team resolved the mistake and ensured the correct panels were installed without compromising the final outcome. Customer Service Most of my communication was with Ronny, who was excellent throughout the process. He provided clear answers, guided me through each stage, and supported the installation team from start to finish. His involvement made the experience smoother and more reassuring. Another Positive was that Edan applied for my Export MPAN and this made the export process with my Supplier alot faster. Documentation & Project Guidance One area where Edan Power could improve is project documentation, especially for larger or more complex installations. It would be extremely helpful for customers to receive: • A full installation guide or project pack outlining the entire process, timelines, DNO approval steps, and what to expect at each stage. • A documented solar array layout, showing how the system has been configured and explaining the flow of electricity from the panels through the inverter and into the home/battery. • A battery configuration and settings document, detailing how the Powerwall has been set up, recommended operating modes, and any custom configuration applied during installation. Providing these documents would help manage expectations, improve clarity, and give customers a complete understanding of their system. Overall Experience Edan Power delivered a solid installation at a very competitive price. The system works well, and their customer service was consistently helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others considering solar and battery installations.

I wanted to wait until my installation was fully completed and all of the paperwork had been received before leaving a review. The finished installation itself is excellent. The workmanship is neat, and I’m very pleased with the Sigenergy battery and Aiko panels. The system has performed brilliantly from day one and is generating more electricity than I’d expected. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience fell well short of the standard of the installation. The project was affected by missed appointments, installation delays and missing parts, which pushed the installation back further than originally planned. Throughout the process, communication was poor and updates were rarely provided proactively. It was often necessary to chase repeatedly for responses, paperwork and progress updates, and on more than one occasion it became necessary to involve the company owner before anything moved forward. Even after the installation was complete, I had to repeatedly chase for the MCS certificate, commissioning documents and other paperwork needed for my export registration. I was initially told everything had been completed, only to discover from the DNO and HIES that they were still waiting for information from the installer. The paperwork was eventually provided, but only after further follow-up. I appreciate that when individuals within the company became involved, matters were resolved quickly, which suggests the technical capability is there. However, the administration, communication and aftercare need significant improvement. I’m happy with the system I’ve ended up with, but the journey to get there was far more stressful than it should have been. With better communication, proactive updates and paperwork completed promptly, this would have been a five-star experience.

i rang around to get quotes for a property i was going to move into about december 2025 time. after alot of companies edanpower came up top. i was speaking with a guy called ronny said to me that he would beat any quote i had and he did. i went with 16 475w aiko panels 6kw sigenergy inverter and 18kw sigenergy batteries. i mentioned to him the fact that i did not own the property yet and that i didt want to pay anything untill i was moved in. after speaking with his manager he agreed a 0% deposit and nothing to pay until the install was complete. any questions i had ronny helped me out as best as he could. so far everything i have had installed is working great. BUT. my only issues where edanpower are based in Birmingham and i am in eastbourne. when i was ready for the installation i had a call telling me about the install what photos i would need to send and dates i would need to be at the property. i had to take time off work in order to be at the property this was a massive issue as both the scaffolding company was delayed and so was the installation for both electrician and the roofers. i ended up wasting my 2 days off and the day of the install i was not available and had to have a family member round to sit in for me. i also had to help the delivery driver unload (brilliant guy) into my garden where the equipment had to be stored for 2 days while waiting for a new installation date. for me the distance for the scaffolders, electricians, delivery driver and roofers to travel was over 4 hours driving. whitch is far too long and i feel edanpower need to find more local trade company's to use. i was told that the delay was due to vehicle issues. that being said i cannot fault the installation and when they arrived the system install both roof side of things and the electricians had everything installed in just under 6 hours. since then i have been in contact with Ronny and asked him how to go about setting up the export payment and what i would need to do next he was very apologetic to me about the issues that had happend after whtch he sent me all the information i needed. all in all brilliant team brilliant price just need more local contractors

I had nothing but a very good experience with this company for my solar panel and battery installation . From the start I was dealing with a sales rep called Ronny who understood my needs and offered me a very competitive pricing so I agreed and after my G99 application I was connected with my installation manager Sharon who was very knowledgeable and helpful and she organised my scaffolding and installation date as per my requirements although there where some issues with scaffolding installation and Solar panels stock issues which was quickly resolved and the installation was carried out as per scheduled . The installer where a team of 2 people who finished the installation quickly and efficiently leaving my system looks very presentable. The performance of the system looks very promising and I can only hope it stays the same . I would highly recommend Eden Power for the solar need . Great little company to do a business with … Happy to leave a positive review for them .

Very good experience with Edanpower. Got 14 solar panels, Tesla Powerwall & expansion with gateway installed. Price was very good and they also price matched. Rakesh was really good and they were the only company to come and visit the property physically. G99 was properly handled. My DNO took really long for the approval and they were very patient. I do think the post install communication can be a bit better but I would still rate them highly. They even supported me nicely with a post-install technical problem from Tesla. Overall a happy customer. 👍👍

Excellent job for me 13 panels ,2x batteries, 1x inverter, aid an jack scaffolders, no problems, Billy,Adam electritions no problems, did the whole job in 1 day ,im a builder so I know how jobs can go ,but I was impressed with the speed of instalation, special mention for bal who visited site and explained everything, would definitely recommend edenpower.

I have done my own research an contacted several different companies until I narrowed things down to two. Glow green and Edanpower. After a bit of back an forth, asking as many questions as I could think of. I decides to go with Edanpower. They have been amazing right from the start, there was issues with the national grid but the staff at Edanpower didnt hesitate to help as much as they could on their end. Once the install was underway everything went to the strict timescale that was put in place due to needing to take a roof off of a lean to so there was access for the scaffolding. Day 1. Scaffolding up Day 2. 11 panels fitted as well as the inverter and one battery Day 3. 2nd battery fitted and everything was tested. Day 4. Scaffolding came down. I am very pleased with how everything went and have already recommended Edanpower to family members as well as several colleagues.

I was impressed with their knowledge and understanding of my requirements. They were professional and honest with my questions which gave me confidence to go with Edanpower Ltd. The process from start to finish was explained carefully by Bal. The solar panels battery and inverter was fitted within a few days by a professional team. I was really happy with the workmanship. Once the battery and heat pump were installed, I realised that my solar installation would not be sufficient and approached Edanpower to install more solar panels (another 8kWh). Although the existing panels and inverter caused an issue with configuration into the battery, the engineer was able to configure it all so I can now see all the panels and the power being generated. We had EWI, Central Heating & Loft Insulation done by Edanpower Contractors, the workmen were excellent from start to finish. All the Contractors were very polite, hard workers and all the work was completed to a very high standard! We would use them again and highly recommend them!

Were very quick at getting government funded job done and survey and arranging for the job to be done, which was also done quickly. The contractor was thorough on a 2 day job. Main strength was the communications of the company, informed throughout and accessible whenever needed, also very accommodating on installation date and discussed where to put extraction fan in detail, very pragmatic.

14 panel and batery solar system I had a 14 panel solar and battery system installed by Edanpower. The panels were installed quickly by two hard working guys, who worked late to get the job finished in one day.
