SKU Electrical Ltd

A very efficient company to deal with. Phone enquires are dealt with very quickly and waiting times for work to be carried out are flexible and short. Work is always done to a high professional standard. My first choice company for electrical work every time.

Great service, communicated very well and very happy with the work.

I was provided a very reasonable quote for the work specified. also opted for a consumer unit upgrade which was also very fairly quoted, After the preliminary electrical tests,I was made aware of some serious issues with the wiring in my victorian terraced that were made safe. Simmo was very punctual and communicated well about the progress being made. His standard of work was impeccable and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend SKU Electrical Ltd! They recently installed an Ohme Home Pro EV charger at my property, and the experience was outstanding. The electrician who carried out the work was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. He did a flawless job with the installation and left the area absolutely spotless. Communication with the office was excellent from start to finish. They provided a clear quote and invoice, and I received all the official electrical certificates and DNO notifications on the exact same day the job was finished. A truly professional and reliable company with top-tier customer service. 5 stars well deserved!

Very smooth and painless experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Discussing the quote, the finer details and the installation, the team were professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good company and great work. Simmo did an EICR with all the remidial work, brand new consumer unit and linked up my garage to the house, fuse board, sockets and lights. Will be using SKU for all things electrical moving forwards.

If you require a professional firm to complete competent electrical work in the Sleaford area then select SKU. We had a new consumer unit fitted with an EICR done - with all work completed to a good standard. My tenant also used them for the safe removal of an EV charger when moving out. Siera and the team are great communicators too so always keep you in the loop.

Great work done - Simmo was extremely thorough, professional and detailed in all of his work. Communication was timely and clear

Installation of EV charger was done without hassle and just as stated. Went out of their way to help and guide on various things. Cant rate them highly enough.

Had an EV charger fitted, a quick, clean and professional install. Advice given for future projects also. 100% would recommend and would use again

SKU electrical did a fantastic job moving my EV charger from one location to another on my property. I found SKU to be professional and timely with their responses and the electrician did a great job talking me through the completed work.

Prompt, tidy installation with reassurance before leaving that all working ok, good support from administration office, competitive price, all sorted according to plan. A professional team.

Great experience with SKU Electrical. Simmo was professional from start to finish — the work was done to a high standard, the site was left clean and tidy, and there were no delays at all. Exactly what you want from a tradesperson. Highly recommend! ⚡

Quick response to my request to update my down lights in the kitchen and hall and the outside lights. Update my fuse board in the house and garage. Simmo arrived on time, very polite and professional. The need for remedial work required was explained and the quote was a good price. We did not have to wait long for the work to be completed. The work was a high standard and the area was left clean and tidy thank you. We had used them before last December for work in my Sons house. I would recommend SKU

Excellent work carried out by SKU Electrical. Couldn't fault the work done. Work done included installing 2 new fuse boxes, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the garage. 2 new lights in the bathrooms 2 new outside lights. All wiring to sockets and switches checked. All work carried out effectively and to a very high standard.

We had an EICR carried out and when remedial work was required they managed to fit us in the same week which we really appreciated. Work was done to a high standard.

Very professional service. Great communication at every level, from initial quote to last job. Would definitely recommend. Thank you !

Siera did a first class job installing a new light sensor for us. Will certainly use him again.

Reliable and trustworthy company to use - I have used them before and would use them again without hesitation. Communication was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great service from the SKU team - turned up on time, very polite and tidy and clear communication throughout. Can recommend!

SKU Electrical did some work on our house installing new consumer units, fault finding and putting in new lights and switches. It was a pleasure to deal with them throughout. Great communication, very professional and friendly service. I highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Simmo carried out a full inspection of my property, he put right the few issues that he found. He replaced the consumer unit and made an update to my solar installation to bring it up to date. He worked quietly for the entire day clearing up as he went along. He turned on the power part way through the job to allow the heating to come on for a bit which was really appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending SKU to anyone looking for a first class electrician.

Excellent and helpful service in repairing an important failed power socket at short notice. SKU kept us well informed throughout the process.

Very professional, polite and helpful with advice. I recommend them and will use them again.

Very good experience, kept me updated and excellent service.

SKU carried out an installation of an EV charger at my property in Lincolnshire on 25 November 2025. I could not fault the quality of service and professional attention provided by SKU.

Quick response to our online enquiry and follow-up scoping visit. Simmo arrived on appointed date to install the EV charger. He worked efficiently but took time to explain and to answer our queries concerning the PV set-up we already had. There was a slight integration problem (existing PV system) which Simmo dealt with within 24hrs. Siera was most helpful also in this install as well. We are very satisfied with the service SKU provided in a professional and friendly manner and would recommend their services. Thank you.

I've had Simmo out twice now. Once to install 3 X ring Flood light security cameras and switches and another to fix 3 sets of lights that weren't working. His service is exceptional, on time, easy to talk to, clears up after himself, his work is very neat and prices are competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again

SKU responded quickly. The electrician was fast, efficient and friendly, and able to offer an immediate fix with a view to a long term solution at a later date. Great value, very happy.

Efficient, reliable, personable. Excellent 5 star service.

A job, promptly, and well completed. A test of my house electrical system, followed by a detailed explanation of work required and why. The corrective work was carried out to the same high standard as the test. In all, a thorough job well done.

Fantastic service on a tight deadline, highly recommend.

Great and quick service when our fuse box reached the end of its days.

A very professional service, the issue with our electrics was diagnosed and fixed quickly and the problem was clearly explained.

Such an easy company to deal with. From making the initial contact with Siera to having Simmon coming to the house to update our house electrical wiring and installing our EV charger. Very professional, but also extremely pleasant to deal is. I have now asked for other work to be carried by SKU, best review I can give, if I have asked them back to carry-out other jobs for me.

We got a very late request for an EICR just before exchange on a house sale. I was having a complete panic but SKU saved me. They came out almost immediately to do the EICR and just as speedily quoted for the remedial work. They fitted this in very quickly so we could have the necessary certificates to keep us on track for exchange. Siera is so efficient and Simmo the electrician is a superstar - professional, tidy and very conscientious. I work from home and I hardly even knew he was there. He did a great job and showed me everything he had fixed before he left. I can't recommend them highly enough; it is rare to find such excellent customer service - they really went above and beyond in what was a very stressful situation.

Excellent work to install EV Charger

Excellent service. Understood my request and made clear what should be done and what must be done. Would definitely recommend. Left the areas worked in nice and tidy post work and brilliant communication.

Top work from Simo! I would thoroughly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very efficient and friendly staff and good work carried out

Contacted SKU Electrical for an EICR on one of my rental properties and they came back to me very quickly, took the details, liaised directly with the tenant and arranged for the inspection to be done. When further work was identified including an upgrade of the consumer unit they again liaised directly, scheduled the work and completed it on the promised date without any fuss. Comprehensive certification was emailed straight after completion and I could not be happier with what they have done. It’s easy to see why they have so many 5* reviews and I would warmly recommend them to anyone wanting electrical work to be carried out efficiently, professionally and in a genuinely friendly manner. Many thanks to both Siera and Simo!

5* service from quote to installation. Friendly service, quick clean and tidy. 100% recommended.

Excellent service and a competitive price. A super neat job. Highly recommended

Just moved to a new house and we noticed a few issues with the outside lights. We also brought a massive heated and lit mirror. SKU were on site within a day of my call. They fixed the light and arranged another time to fit the mirror a couple of days later. They turned up on time and completed the job perfectly. No mess, no bother. Very polite and considerate team who do what they say they are going to do when they say they will do it. Excellent fault finding and repair skills at a fair and competitive price. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend sku enough !! It was a pleasure dealing with them. Had a ohme charger fitted. Perfect install.

Dealing with SKU Electrical from start to finish was a pleasure. The communication and level of detail from both Siera and Simmo made every step easy to understand. I moved house and took my EV charger with me, to which SKU installed for me in my new property in great time. Simmo even cleaned the charger to make it look brand new again! I plan to use them again for further works down the line when renovating my house and can strongly recommend to anyone.

Easy to book time slot...kept in touch ..arrived when stated..tidy clean job...no issues at all....would recommend to my friends and family......

Fantastic service. Very helpful and informative. Home EV charger supplied and professionally installed within a few days of enquiry to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Good quality service

Simmo is quick to respond and gets the job done

Extremely satisfied with work done by SKU electrical. Fantastic customer service. Reliable and prompt. 5* given

Simo was very thorough,,professional and friendly. Would recommend anytime.

Had these guys do a non-standard installation. They'd never done it before, but they studied the documentation prior, turned up on time, and got the job done with enthusiasm! I'll definitely call on them again for work in the future.

Once again SKU were brilliant, Siera managed to slot me in within a couple of days and Simo turned up on time and was quick and clean got the job done perfectly. Would always recommend.

Well done, Simmo, a first class electrician. Also say thank you to Siera for your fantastic communication.

SKU Electrical, what a team, start to finish. Efficient quote system, great communication, swift delivery of work and invoicing. Brilliant.

Having just bought a house I was looking for a local NICEIC Electrician. Colleague at work recommended SKU Electrical. They were brilliant - house brought up to the latest electrical standards for the certificate (new consumer unit) and also the replacement of 60 downlighters. SKU have been back again to help me with wifi switched sockets, fused spurs for security lights etc and I’m already planning the next electrical work. If you want a first class electrician in the Sleaford area then don’t hesitate and give SKU a call. They are now my go to for all my electrical work.

Excellent service . Would definitely use again and recommend to others

Having purchased an Electric car I was looking for a charger and an installer to sort out the job for me. The installer offered by the charger company had dreadful reviews so I decided to source my own, and I was very glad I did. Simmo came and quoted quickly, explained the technical details and what he would do. We agreed a date for the install, Simmo arrived at 8am, was straight on with the job which was finished immaculately, all cleared up and sorted by 3pm (and this was a tricky install, xgarger in garage with the supply a long way away). I am delighted with the work which exceeded my expectations. I can thoroughly recommend SKU Electrical without hesitation.

We had our fuse box moved and a new cable ran for an induction hob. Excellent job carried out in a professional manner. I would highly recommend SKU Electrical and will use them again for any future electrical work that needs doing.

100% impressed with SKU! Recently moved home and relalised a lot of work needed. So important to know it was done thoroughly and to a high standard for safety and peace of mind. EICR and upgrades to fuses/circuits (I don't know precise jargon for everything but I needed a qualified specialist!) and numerous remedial works to light fittings and sockets around the home. Simmo arrived on time, worked diligently with minimum disruption, explained what I needed to understand, and left things neat and tidy. Definitely recommend and will always use again in future!

Phenomenal work! I had a Zappi charger installed, and the experience was flawless. The installation was efficient and tidy. Simmo was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making sure to thoroughly check everything was working afterwards and that we were happy. Siera was prompt and detailed in her responses, organising everything smoothly for the installation day. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you!

Amazing service, they worked around my availability and followed up to check if I was happy with the job they have done. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service! Great communication and support from Siera. Simmo did an amazing job and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use this team again.

Excellent service Really friendly and helpful with the details of the work and good communication Pleasure to deal with and would use again if I have another electrical requirement

Great communication and fast prompt service.

Super friendly, so helpful and my issue was sorted so quickly! Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant, professional and efficient from the very start to the end of the job. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Simmo obviously enjoys his work which is reflected in the quality of his work. Would recommend without hesitation.

I can’t recommend this electrician (Simmo) enough. From start to finish professional and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. First encounter was as an emergency call out. Came when Siera said he would. Second visit to complete Works that was needed and explained to site manager the issues. Simmo was great and I even requested again to do work for me with an outside socket and security lights. All done with efficiency and made me feel calm knowing it’s all now been done correctly. Thanks Siera and Simmo

Competent, reliable prompt outfit, Did the job with a minimum of fuss and treated my home with respect clearing up afterwards. Strongly recommend!

From the initial consultation to installation of my EV charger the service was professional, friendly and helpful. They went over and above to answer any queries and kept me informed through out. I would highly recommend them—shout out to Siera and Simo

Simo and Sierra are amazing to work with. Sierra handled all the paperwork and arranging appointments politely and quickly. Simo is a true gent and an all round lovely bloke. He drove quite far to do my job - firstly reviewed the electrics in the property (EICR), he found some dangerous issues then came back and solved them all. Thorough with his work, keeps himself to himself & a hard worker - 10/10. I would recommend SKU Electrical to anyone!

SKU returned my call, scoped the job and gave a fair proposal within 24hrs. The task needed coordination with a power supplier, never an easy ask, this did not phase Simmo. First impressions count - courteous communication throughout, SKU operate out of an immaculately turned out van, Simmo was polite, efficient and organised - everything you’d expect from a professional. The task was carried as proposed, no fuss, no stress and left me confident in a job well done. No hesitation in leaving a five star review - if you need a professional ask SKU

We are delighted with the promptness of response, efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by SKU. Simmo came to a few jobs for us after our move into the area and he was polite, friendly, efficient, professional. He also cleaned up after himself and ensured we were happy before he left at the end of the day ensuring that we knew what he had completed and what he was going to do on his next visit. I would highly recommend SKU Electrical for not only the service they provide but also for their fantastic communication and customer service.

Excellent service. Good advice at the beginning regarding what EV charger to go for and it’s been fitted this morning. Hassle free and a very neat and professional installation. Very happy and I will use SKU Electrical again.

SKU have been excellent. We had an emergency call out and they responded late one evening and came out early next day to fix the fault. Following this they have done further work to a high standard at both our house and property we let. This is remedial work and installations of fuse boxes. Competitively priced, professional and quick to respond, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience all round. We would highly recommend SKU to everyone. Siera was fantastic with the booking, it was straightforward, and simple, with a very helpful and friendly approach to all my questions. Simmo the Electrician was truly a star. His inspection was extremely thorough, and the work was impeccable, and well priced. We had a fair bit done, new consumer unit, lots of remedial work done on dodgy old systems, new power outlets, wiring, new lights, etc and he made it look so easy. His work is incredibly neat and logical, and he explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I learned a lot from him, he really is a legend. He tidied everything up beautifully and gave us lots of general advice, tips and tricks. All this was done with a smile on his face throughout, and he was incredibly polite, friendly, professional, and very respectful of our property. He even made good friends with our naughty dog, who was trying to interrupt him all the time. Amazing experience, SKU are the only people we will call for our electrical adventures. Thanks again 👌 Ashley & Tess

My wife selected SKU Electrical based on their reviews, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical - I ran the quotes past electrician friends further away in the country who said his pricing was spot on. Work carried out was excellent - thorough and mostly importantly done in the time he quoted, he found multiple issues with an aging new build house and was able to fix them for a good price and issue the EICR shortly after. He's bloody thorough with what he does and everything is done to the latter of the law and meets the highest standards, would recommend.

I would highly recommend SKU Electrical if you require an elcetrician. Communication was quick and easy via WhatsApp. My issue was dealt with the same day I made the enquiry. Work was done to a high standard and I will certainly be using again in the future.

Came out to find and fix a fault with the electric shower which meant it kept turning itself off. The gentleman was professional and polite, he was able to locate and fix the problem quickly and for a good price Cant fault the service and will happily use again in future when needed

Quick and efficient service. Came to fix a problem on the weekend, too. Simmo was polite, fair and helpful.

Top work as always and finished the job extremely efficiently. Can't recommend enough if you want someone local and trustworthy.

Really pleased with SKU and especially Simmo who upgraded the consumer unit and carried out remedial works on the property we recently purchased in South Kyme.A very professional and customer focused team.Trust and confidence is everything and for me SKU score 5 stars.

Great Job very neat and tidy, would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. We will have them back again it's gonna be long job to get this place shipshape. Solar 0anels next..

100% recommend SKU Electrical. Siera and Simmo very polite and professional, it's the second time I have used SKU Electrical and would definitely go with them again.

Absolutely brilliant service. Friendly, knowledgable and fast. Couldn’t be better.

Simmo & Siera are a great team. Siera gets back to you really quickly and is very knowledgeable and Simmo is very careful in his work and helpful too. We got let down by other companies, so Simmo stepped in and saved the day! We're really pleased with the work and will definitely use them for any electrical work going forwards.

Brilliant service from Simmo, thorough with his work, and generally nice guy. Had previous electrician out who couldn't find the fault, called Simmo out and found it within the hour!!! We will use Simmo from now on!

Simo turned up on time and did a professional tidy up of my old wiring and fitting a new fuse board. Many thanks

SKU Electrical did my EICR and subsequent remedial work promptly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Great work installing my ev charger and upgrading the power between my house and the garage. I would recommend them any day! Great communication and workmanship.

Loss of electric Friday evening out of hours . Rang Simo at 6-45 pm and he was out to help at 7-30 pm . excellent service with a sensible price.

SKU were brilliant from start to finish. Came to look at the issue. Had a full assessment of the house and the work needed The work done was at an excellent standard and now we have all our lights working and upgraded areas that needed it. Plus Simmo a really nice guy and very helpful

I contacted this company for help to check my wiring as an emergency when I discovered a wall socket outlet supplying power to the washing machine was smoking and melting. The response was quick, the wiring checked, made safe and a temporary socket fitted until fused spurs and independent socket outlets could be installed after my return from holiday. This was done quickly and efficiently on my return. As this incident happened in the week leading up to Christmas and a few days before my holiday, I was so relieved that the company were prepared to respond as a priority and to reassure me that all was safe, because I feared a fire would start. I therefore thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking electrical work of any kind and I give them a five star rating.

SKU have been very professional and friendly throughout the whole process of installing our Rolec EV Basic chargers here at the King's School in Grantham. This is our first time using SKU and as a result of their approach they are now on our tender list.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SKU Electrical. I am in the process of renovating an old house that had been very neglected. SKU are helping me to turn it into a safe and usable space which is very much appreciated.

Very happy with the work done to replace my consumer unit following an EICR identifying it as an issue. Everything was left neat and tidy and other odd bits were sorted for me as well.

Very professional, explains all work needing doing. Very thorough and careful. Very pleased with work done.

Good communication, very professional service, on time. Very reliable.

Great service, reasonably priced and very professional, thanks guys 👍 From Ollie

Had a lot of electrical work that needed doing (new fuse board, new IP rated bathroom light installation, cooker switch installation, sockets needed moving, amongst other things!) and Sku Electrical did all of it to a perfect standard, very happy with the work that's been carried out and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for an electrician!

Excellent Service, fabulous communications and a professional all round service. Cant recommend them highly enough, EICR done in a timely fashion and follow up electrical work done to a high quality with no delays.

Excellent standard of work and done in a very professional manner.

Having spoke to several electricians regarding an issue with my kitchen lighting, SKU were the most approachable and professional. They sent an engineer out very quickly to identify and rectify the issue, the work being carried was explained very throughly throughout. Not badly priced either compared to some other local companies. Would definitely use again.

Excellent all round service from initial enquiries through to the work being completed! Both Simmo and Siera were both extremely polite and professional! Will definitely be using SKU Electrical again! 5 stars from me!

Simmo is a lovely guy who is very professional, very skilled and very fast. I will be calling on him again if I need a more electrical work done.

Punctual and very efficient. Simmo came right on time, was able to test and fix all the problems in our place. EICR👍

Fantastic and friendly with Brilliant service. Very professional and tidy work completed. Brilliant problem solver, would highly recommend. 100% satisfied with all the work carried out.

Great reliable service 5⭐️

Really professional, happy to work around us(I forgot he was coming! 🤦) Also seems to have a lot of pride in his work, explained everything he was doing and all the faults he'd found in the wiring. Would 100% recommend for any electrical work!

Simmo came and rectified some electrical problem on my property. Really nice service, easy to deal with and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Contacted SKU for a quote to complete works, installing new double sockets, replacing some double faceplates with USB ones and replace some old extractor fans. Siera responded promptly and the work was booked in, unfortunately they were not able to attend due to another job having an emergency, but notified us in time and we rescheduled for the following week. Work was carried out to a high standard and kept us informed of any additional chasing required. The price was as expected. I would use SKU again for any further work we have done at the property.

Great communication and arranging of some last minute works. Very concise and to the point breakdown of what went wrong. Very professional

Simmo provided an excellent service and explained everything to me in detail what was wrong with my electrics! Polite service and would highly recommend!

We have had the top floor of house rewired (plugs and light switches chased, etc!) very punctual quick and professional. We intend to get more work done with them in the near future.

Would highly recommend SKU Electrical, prompt and efficient service and excellent communication.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the electrical services provided by this company, and I am beyond impressed. From start to finish, their team exhibited exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my electrical needs were met promptly and efficiently. I requested an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for my property, and their skilled electricians carried out a thorough inspection. They meticulously assessed every aspect of my electrical system, identifying potential hazards and providing comprehensive recommendations. The detailed report they provided was incredibly helpful in understanding the condition of my installations and taking appropriate actions to enhance safety. Overall, I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs. Their commitment to safety, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service make them stand out from the rest. Whether you require an EICR, EV charger installation, or emergency assistance, you can trust this team to deliver outstanding results. I'm extremely satisfied with their services, and I will definitely be reaching out to them for any future electrical requirements.

We have just had an EICR carried out by Simmo in a house we have just bought, followed by various remedial works and a new consumer unit. Simmo was on time, polite and all round a lovely person to deal with. He tidied up after himself, explained everything thoroughly and laid out the prices for everything clearly. We have already lined up some more work for Simmo to do for us in the future and without a doubt would recommend him to anyone for any kind of electrical works required.

Purchased a strip-light myself but very reasonable cost of fitment. Shall use again.

Would be very happy to recommend SKU Electricals

Excellent, fast and quality work done. Will not hesitate to use in the future and am glad to have found a local service

Emergency call out on Bank Holiday Monday due to awful electrical burning smell from induction hob. Timely, efficient and reassuring electrician. Cannot recommend too highly!

Required an electrical safety certificate for a house sale at short notice. SKU Electrical were very responsive, professional and super helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

I can’t recommend highly enough I am a disabled person and I was treated with respect and dignity keeps the work area tidy and really friendly and down to earth service. Also a wealth of knowledge on anything electrical based and goes above and beyond.

SKU Electrical Ltd quoted for and then installed a NES TGen 2 wired thermostat to my elderly parents property. The work required replacing the wireless Honeywell thermostat put in by the plumber with their recent boiler reinstall and reinstalling the separate wired thermostat function removed by the plumber. Not only was the work carried out by SKU to an extremely high standard, but because of the slightly odd boiler wireless loop configuration put in by the plumber; the work required some complex diagnosis to reconfigure the original installation 'back to standard'. To his credit Simmo did several additional checks to make sure the new installation was correct and wouldn't leave until he was 100% happy that everything was configured correctly. All in all a very professional job and I'd happily recommend SKU for any complex electrical work that requires diagnosis or fault-finding (small scale or large scale).

Fantastic service and quality of work! From Simo SKU Electrical. Simo is super professional, listens to what the client needs and offers options to solve the issues presented to him. We found him to be very prompt in arranging to come and do the work as well as quick and very clean and tidy. I definitely highly recommend him and I will certainly be using him for any other future work that we will need.
