A R C Electrical (Design and Installations) Ltd

Thank you for the Solar installation you have just completed. We were looking for a local company and ARC did a very professional, neat installation from survey to completion. Happy to recommend.

Really recommend Arc Electricals for EV charger installation. Reliable, great communication throughout, and the work was completed to a really high standard. They also took the time to talk me through the different options available to make sure it best suited my needs. Very happy with the whole experience.

Friendly and professional staff. Proud of their job and left my kitchen immaculate. Sensible price, fast quote. Highly recommend to everyone. Many thanks again.

Quick response to request for quotation. Competative. Electrician arrived on the planned day. Work completed satisfactorily. Work was neat and tidy. Give them an opportunity next time you need a sparks.

Work was carried out promptly and ahead of time. I will definitely use them again

Huge thanks to Paul and the team at Arc Electrical! After being let down by an emergency electrical service that didn’t want to take ownership of the issue, Paul stepped in without hesitation. As soon as he heard we had no power, he came over as quickly as he could. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and even managed to bring some laughs despite the situation. Paul quickly identified the fault, went out to grab the necessary parts, and had everything fixed and the power back on in about 30 minutes to an hour. Absolutely brilliant service — professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arc Electrical to anyone in need. Thanks again, Paul and team!

Excellent communication throughout the process. All the staff are friendly and offer clear advice. The work was carried out on schedule and we now have a new fuse board. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

The electrician I had used for many years retired, and I was introduced to ARC Electrical. I have found them to be responsive, good at keeping me informed, provide a high level of service and are fairly priced. As with everything important, a good relationship and mutual trust are essential, and this has been my experience with ARC Electrical.

great service very reasonably priced overall would defiantly recommend tidy job done

ARC were recommended to me and they turned up and did a great job. Nice staff also.

ARC have done a number of jobs for me over 2 bookings this year and done a great job on each and every one. Everyone I have dealt with at ARC have been fantastic. Would and do highly recommend.

ARC fitted two new light fittings. Everyone I dealt with was polite and efficient. I'm happy with the completed work, the electrician tidied up afterwards.

Arc were really efficient, quick and did a great job to a very high standard, I’m very happy with the install of my EV charge point. They were happy to cater for my needs and were really helpful with guidance for when I had to speak to the DNO. Will definitely be happy to use you guys again, has all been a great experience.

A fantastic service from Arc - fuss free organising of the work, great, professional job done on the day with no mess. First rate experience and I won’t hesitate to use them again.

This was the second job Arc have done for me and both have been carried out to a high standard by very polite, highly skilled engineers. I will definitely use them again for any electrical work.

Have used the company on many occasions now and will use again in the future when needed. Pleased with all the work they have carried out for me.

I love working with people who take my problems away from me, ARC were recommended to me by a friend. I needed work undertaken at home whilst working away. The team led by Mel arranged everything, George visited and undertook repairs, and everything was handled for me remotely and with the utmost efficiency. Would recommend if ever you’re in need of any kind of electrical repairs. First class job everyone.

Great service

Having had great difficulty in finding a responsive electrician to carry out a major electrical refurbishment at a Community Amateur Sports Club site, we were pleased to find ARC to help us. Paul has provided great support and been very accommodating in working with our volunteer members. Based on our experience, I recommended ARC to a neighbour who used them to carry out all the wiring on a new house build and they have been very impressed with their service. I have now used ARC again to install the electrics for a kitchen refit and again I am very pleased with their responsiveness and competitive charges. I will definitely seek out ARC again the next time I need an electrician.

We have had Paul come round a few times, firstly to install our alarm system, then upgrading all internal lights and also fitting external lights. He’s a friendly guy who happily gives free advice. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Arc Electrical are without doubt one of, if not the best electrical contractors across Warwickshire. Paul Hopcraft the owner installed my recent Tesla car charger while others in his team have also carried out work at our house. Every time we have asked ARC to quote a job they have been prompt, professional and Competitive. Having first hand experience of using ARC I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and his team. Fantastic company, exceptional service from job quotation until job completion.

I would definitely recommend Paul and the team at ARC electrical. They fitted an electric car charger to the front of our house and installed a new fuse box. Paul was very polite, professional and knowledgeable, and gave us a competitive quote. The fitters were very considerate and did a great job in no time at all. Overall I’m very pleased and would highly recommended

I've used Arc many times now. Always prompt and give great service. Very refreshing!
