Our air source heat pump was installed by Jack, Lee and Shaun. Their working ethic is absolutely second to none. It took three days to complete and simply looks like it’s always been there. We live in a bungalow with little storage therefore the tank was installed in the loft. The heating side - we can’t comment yet, not needed to use it but for hot water it’s brilliant. No difference to our combi boiler. We’ve needed to adapt our way of thinking - think back to hot water tank days but better. Jack, Lee and Shaun most definitely know their stuff - it’s like watching strictly come dancing crossed with plumbing, heating and electrics!! Seamlessly flow together. The system install is neat and professional. When the guys left - they cleaned and cleared everywhere they’d been. Hand over for the system was robust and informative - in terms that we understood. Ecofueled are on hand should we need them for any follow up questions. The heat pump went live three days ago and we can already see the difference in our energy bills. Ecofueled is definitely the company you want for your installation. They have awesome crews, fantastic customer service and competitive pricing.

Super efficient service, very friendly staff who cleaned extensively and repaired holes left by the installation. I found it easy to ask questions and everyone was kind and willing to explain the process to me. Heating implementation took minimal amounts of time and overall I’m really happy with the service and results provided.

Ecofuelled recently fit 18 solar panels and a battery system for us. Their invoice and guide was brilliant and convinced us that number of panels was a suitable investment. They arranged to do the job to ensure the timing was concerniente to us. Scaffolding on the property proved to be a bit of an issue but Shaun took over the problem without even letting on to us there was any issues. Shaun was so knowledgeable and answered all questions we had regarding how the system would work without ever trying to push the sale. When the team came to do the install it was the hottest week of the year and yet still they were brilliant. They have done a really clean job and we have been really impressed. The whole team at Ecofuelled have been brilliant. We have had a number of requests along the way and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Would very happily recommend. They will be coming back to do an air source heat pump for us soon!

Look at several company’s to replace my heat pump and upgrade radiators some didn’t even get back to me deal with EcoFueled has been a pleasure they have been very professional from the off very competitive pricing for good quality products. EcoFueled installed an air source heat pump system at my house just over a year ago and have recently carried out an annual servicing. Very satisfied with them. One thing I'd particularly highlight as a positive is that their servicing package, as well as being very competitively priced, INCLUDES re-dosing of Glycol anti-freeze. I initially did my servicing through another company at they were about thirty pounds cheaper (which I assumed was because they were more local and had less far to travel) but afterwards they quoted me an additional three hundred pounds just to top up the glycol levels. So I very highly rate EcoFueled, especially for their annual servicing of ASHP.

We have had our Midea air source heat pump installed since September. We live in a 1950s semi, therefore it doesn’t have modern installation. The heat pump has dealt with wind rain and very cold weather this winter and has kept the house comfortably warm. The team that did the installation were hard working and extremely polite.

In December 2025 my Wife and I decided we would convert our house to 99% S0LAR POWER. We already have 20 solar panels and we decided to have a Heat Pump installed. I purchased a further 8 Solar Panels to help power the heat pump. We chose EcoFueled of Poole to carry out the work. Our house was warmed by a gas warm air system and hot water was via a gas water heater. This was a very big job as EcoFueled had to remove the old gas warm air unit and water heater system. 6 new radiators and pipe work then had to be installed. Eco Fueled also supplied the Heat Pump, water tank, all necessary pipe work for the pump and electrics for operating the system. The job took 4 days and all staff were very professional in carrying out the work. Nothing was to much trouble for them and the house was left very tidy after each days work. We were very impressed by the standard of work. The paperwork from their office was promptly sent out and all necessary documents sent to us. Everything is working and providing the heat we require this winter 24/7. We fully recommend the company 5 ***** Star. I recently had EcoFueled install an air source heat pump and the service from start to finish was brilliant. Firstly, Callum was extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to explain how a heat pump would work in my home. He gave me an estimate which I was surprised by, as it was much cheaper than I was expecting. Because of this, I arranged a full on-site survey. They sent a guy called David out, who I later found out is actually the owner of the company, which makes sense as he said he’s been a heating engineer since leaving school. His knowledge really helped me make my decision, and I was happy to see the price stayed the same when the full quotation came through. We went ahead with the install and the fitting team were clean, tidy, and got everything completed within 3 days from start to finish. David then returned to carry out a full handover. Abi from the office rang the next morning to check we were happy with everything, which we were. Great service from the start to installing my air source heat pump. Turned up on time, very tidy and explained how the new system worked. David from Ecofuled was absolutely brilliant. Our heat pump broke down and he dealt with everything under warranty quickly and professionally. While it was being repaired, he kindly provided heaters, which was a huge help. He kept me fully up to date throughout the whole process and clearly explained what was happening. After the repair, he also checked in to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent service from start to finish — knowledgeable, reliable, and highly recommended.

We live in Reading and have had our boiler replaced with a Mitsubishi heat pump making use of the government voucher of £7.500 which made the heat pump hardly any more expensive than a new boiler. Ecofuled with David, Abi and Harry have been very friendly and professional. Dom installed the cylinder in the attic and heat pump outside together with Harry and their work has been brilliant. We now have extra space in the kitchen since the boiler is gone and a completely free airing cupboard which we can use for storage. We also had 10 radiators replaced because ours were very old. The team tried to fulfil all our wishes and do everything the way we wanted it at no extra cost. There were a few communication issues. So, it is best if you know exactly what you want and know what you need to ask. But all in all we are very happy with the results and if we go for solar panels in the future we will ask Ecofuled to install them.

We couldn't be more delighted with our experience of working with David, Amy and the rest of the team. We were deep into our house extension and full refurb when we decided to explore the idea of heat pumps & solar. David stopped by within hrs of the first call to the office and walked us through the possibilities and whether our house would be a good candidate. David instils a lot of confidence with his obvious experience and expertise so we asked for a proposal for both air source and solar. When it came to install, the guys onsite were professional and polite, and communication throughout was superb. The system has worked perfectly since commissioning and David has stopped by to make sure we were using the system in the most efficient way. Ryan of Ecofueled Ltd had found on a previous visit that the coil in my hot water cylinder was broken. On yesterdays visit Ryan with his assistant Harry fitted a new cylinder. The work was completed in the morning and checks were to ensure the complete system was working correctly. Ryan was very informitive and everything was left tidy and the old cylinder removed. Very pleased with the results.

I had an emergency problem with a water heater that stopped working. In spite of short notice, David fitted me in. Wow, what can I say !!! Absolutely brilliant service. I noticed that my water wasn't as hot as normal on Tuesday of this week. Wednesday it was none existent. I contacted my landlord who contacted EcoFueled. She asked me to contact them direct to explain the problem and send photos of the water heater. EcoFueled communicated directly with me. This morning 2 lovely lads arrived at 0745 and by 1000 I had a new heater fitted and working. Updated the bathroom in our bungalow which involved extensive work on concrete floor to bury pipework. Work started on time and continued to completion. All workers were personable, polite and took care. The resulting bathroom is beyond our expectations. We cannot praise them enough. After completion there was a small problem with the toilet which was fixed without fuss first thing the following morning after informing them. David, Dom, Amy and the whole team (sorry I can’t remember all your names) have been outstanding from the outset. The price was very competitive and they clearly all have a brilliant understanding of ASHPs. The speed they worked at was incredible and they have done a very neat and tidy job. We have used the system albeit in the summer months and it appears to work very well. They took time to let us know what they needed to do and checked we were ok with even little things, which was appreciated. There was a very small issue during the install but this was sorted in a matter of hours and left us feeling in very safe hands. They were respectful to our home and kept everything tidy. I cannot speak highly enough about David and his team. I have been using them for years now and have always received excellent and timely service. David is very responsive and never lets you down.

I would highly recommend David and his team at Ecofuels Ltd. I decided to replace an old boiler after repeated problems and despite it being a busy time of year, I had a reasonable quote and new boiler fitted within a week of my initial enquiry. The whole process from start to finish was carried out in a friendly yet professional manner. Hence my 5 star rating.

I found EcoFueled very helpful in going through the decision making process about purchasing and installing my Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump. David was clear and supportive: no hard sell, and really helped me work through the options, especially when it came to how to link the system in with my existing solar panels. When it came to the installation, his team appear to have done a very thorough and professional job. Where the old gas boiler and water tank were removed, the space has been left tidy. All of the pipework is thoroughly lagged, labelled and accessible for any future servicing. The house was clean when the team finished the work. All of the gang were polite and friendly. I was not present while the work was done. Given the detailed conversations prior to the installation, I was confident that EcoFueled knew my expectations for the work. David kept me informed of progress while the installation progressed, sending me photos via WhatsApp. This helped provide the reassurance during the install that things were progressing to schedule, and in line with my expectations. I was given a clear briefing re how to programme the heating system. My initial follow up questions have also been promptly answered. I can't 100% comment on the full operation of the new system, as it has only been a couple of weeks. So far I am happy. It has not taken as long to heat the house as I had expected (about 1 degree centigrade per hour). The hot water heats really quickly (though the solar power gives that a boost). All in all, I am a happy and satisfied customer of EcoFueled.

I live in an apartment block and my shower was found to be leaking into the ceiling of someone below me. I researched local plumbing services and found Ecofueled who I reached out to over the phone. They arranged an in person consultation that same week where we looked at the problem. David did not upsell me, but helped me distinguish between the vital and non-vital work before providing me with an excellent quote and agreeing to start in under a fortnight. Due to a cancellation they were actually able to start and finish the work in under a week, I have my shower back, it's much nicer than before and it was effortless, I couldn't be happier with their service.

EcoFueled came to my rescue this morning. My boiler gauge was showing very low pressure so I was reluctant to turn it on meaning no hot water or heating. Even though they are busy, Amy organised for David to facetime me. This worked very well. David was clear with his instructions, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. He gave me good advice, sorted the problem for now and suggested the way forward. I am very satisfied with the service I received today. Within two hours I now have a boiler working properly. Very pleased. Would recommend.
