Solar UK Ltd customers report a mix of good service visits and poor follow-up. Several reviewers praise friendly, helpful staff, including a service visit where the system was explained clearly and a fitting that was well communicated and flexible. One reviewer says a service and anti-freeze replacement made their solar water heat much better, and another reports a good panel clean and service. On the other hand, one reviewer could not get any reply when trying to arrange a service, one could not get a quote after chasing repeatedly, and another says the company showed no interest in explaining how to use the product after purchase.
contacted them so many times to arrange a service, but cannot get any reply. its actually hard work trying to spend money with them!
Justin and Michal were brilliant this morning. As also was Annette in the office who booked the call. Our thermal solar system was installed by the previous owners, so I never really understood it. Thanks to Justin and Michal, I now know everything I knew I didn't know and more! Seem to be lovely people genuinely making high quality products in the UK.
After they sell you a product for several thousand, they are not even interested in giving you the knowledge on how to use it to make it functional.
Fantastic service fitting our solar panel system- great communication and flexibility so the system does everything we wanted it to (and we were fussy!). The team were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
Unable to get a quote, chased multiple times over a number of weeks - multiple promises made, none delivered on.
We used SolarUK to service our home's solar water panels. They weren't performing terribly well. After replacing the anti-freeze type solution, and servicing the system, there was a total transformation; on sunny days the water is scorching hot and free! Very fair pricing, too. Recommended.
Just had our panels cleaned and system serviced excellent service we have received, very friendly and professional guys who came , would recommend every time.
SolarUK were an excellent company. I was uncertain about the technology and the investment at first. But SolarUK were outstanding both in their advice and in the installation. I have had over £1000 back from the FIT in the last year. Installers were polite and did a good job. I would recommend solarUK without hesitation.
