Had a 4.5kw solar system installed with a Tesla power wall 3 battery and gateway by the team. Installers were good guys, very friendly and got the job done. Communication was great throughout from Neil who kept me up to date with everything. Just approached the team to get a Tesla power wall 3 expansion unit fitted as well which I’m getting done soon. 👍🏻👍🏻
Install is good quality when it happens. But my experience has been: - Poor communication and updates, often chasing - Felt like I was having to project manage the project I'll add that this was a complex install for a residential solar install that also involved works by the local DNO, but that still doesn't excuse the poor general approach to communication, updates and the project in general. EDIT: I've adjusted my review because their customer service post-install has been very good went I had some failed equipment. It was quickly swapped out before the supplier had even authorised the RMA. I value this a lot.
I am very impressed with the way they handled the purchase and installation of the unit. I am happy to recommend this company as I was given proper advice to secure energy cost savings. Dwijen Barkataki
Auream installed an additional Tesla PowerWall 2 at my house, the job was done quickly and efficiently and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Auream have also given some other very useful advice that has helped me save eve ore money on my energy bill. As a follow-up my dad had Auream install a PowerWall 2 at his house, again a first rate job. Dealing with Auream is an absolute pleasure and I plan to use them to extend my solar installation this year. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had full confidence that they were the best team for sale's, installation and aftercare. Now four months after completion and very happy that I have made the right choice, enjoying free electricity and selling back to the grid which is great for me and all helps towards the eco friendly future we all need 😁
Auream Energy has installed a complex Solar Panel System with battery in my house and the work and output was outstanding. Scaffolding and installation was done in 8 days with no issues. Everything is working perfectly and I am a very happy customer. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Laurence and his team @ Auream Energy Ltd. The service I received was excellent, from point of contact until installation. I was always informed if there was a delay (which there was but out of Laurence’s hands due to supplier issues) If I ever needed advice, Laurence had the answers, a very knowledgeable guy that will assist you with the many questions you are sure to have. Installation was painless, his team of fitters do a high quality job and ensure the customer is happy before finishing the job. I would recommend Auream Energy Ltd if you want a competitive and quality job with the peace of mind of the aftercare if required.
Fantastic company and a pleasure to deal with. The whole team were extremely helpful in helping us to understand what information they needed and what could be done with regards to the install. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an EV charger fitted.
