From the moment I made the initial call to the completion of the job, I was met with consistently polite, calm, and helpful service. Every member of the team I spoke with was courteous and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The tasks they took on had previously been left in a poor state by a former builder, yet the team handled the situation with complete professionalism. Despite having to pick up the pieces and correct someone else’s rubbish work, they did so without a single complaint, focusing instead on delivering a high standard of work. The job was completed swiftly and efficiently. The builder arrived on time each day and made sure to clean up after every task, keeping mess to a minimum. On the final day, they gave the area a thorough clean, leaving both the worked-on spaces and surrounding areas tidy and presentable. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and would highly highly recommend this company

Terrible service did work in my home and nearly 2 weeks later after numerous calls and promises to come and remove the rubbish from outside my home and throwing paint in my neighbours garden I get told to day after another non show that the waste team keep letting them down and I should talk to L&Q about it, would never recommend Edit: To respond to the response, if removals are out of your control then why did you repeatedly tell me you’d come on two Mondays in a row to remove the rubbish that you left, but fail to turn up? You were also rude and sarcastic when I asked about removing the rubbish you left. Your advice was to contact L&Q, so I did and made sure to provide all the evidence, including the paint you got on my flooring and other property and including the damage to my neighbours property. I’ve also told my neighbour they would have my full support if they wanted to contact the police for criminal damage or pursue legal action against you. In regards to the work, it was substandard. You painted over large patches of mould, which we have pictures of. You painted over peeling wallpaper and you painted over cracks. You have nothing to be proud of.

Having seen their painting and decorating work first hand, it is shoddy and substandard and what people would call "The Landlord Special". If there's an imperfection, don't worry, they'll just paint over it and jobs done.

They were very quick at their job thought they would have trouble getting my furniture out the doors and stairs but they managed I would recommend them to friends and family and they are very reasonably priced
