Had an extremely unpleasant interaction with 2 individuals driving one of their company vans. A woman who seemed drunk proceeded to shout out of the window at us adults and a group of kids to move off the road in a carpark, (there was plenty of space on the road). Then the male driver proceed to be verbally abusive to one of our adult volunteers. I hope their customers get better treatment. Save your pennies and hire someone with manners!

Appalling company to deal with. Let me down on my Legionella compliance. Required upfront payment of £440.00 for second visit and then ignored my e mails and telephone calls. Andrew Williams is a complete waste of time and I wouldn't touch these clowns with a legionella tainted stick. I will have no hesitation in issuing court recovery papers against these idiots.

Teach your van drivers not to tailgate and intimate people in 30 mph zones late at night. If that's their mentality on the roads it's not a good example to set in your company vehicles!

Attended an online course for Legionella responsible person training. Course was well run, informative and interesting.

Brilliant training session today with Shaun. Very informative, relevant and at times thought provoking. Didn’t think there was so much to learn about legionella but was captivated by the information. Particularly helpful were the statistical details and legislation. Thanks for a great session!

So disheartened, I have been provided accommodation through St Mungos and I had this person arrive at my door with this Rock Compliance uniform. He came into my room and saw needles on the table as I am a heroin addict and said that I need to clean my act up and called me a scag head and left the room shaking his head. He was in for 2 minutes and made me feel worthless. I have lived on the streets before and preferred being ignored on the streets rather than being spoken to like that.
