Apardion customers report a helpful and quick service. One reviewer said Kayla the facilities manager arranged plumbers who were on site within 30 minutes after leaks. Another said Stuart and Steve always attend with a smile and a can-do attitude at student accommodation buildings. A long-standing customer praised the quality and value for money and said the team are responsive and on site quickly, including a security guard alarm response and key holder service. Another reviewer said Gabriela dealt with an enquiry for their mum, who was happy with the friendly and pleasant workers.
I cannot fault the service I receive consistently from Apardion, especially Kayla the facilities manager who bends over backwards to help. We have had several issues recently with leaks and nothing is too much hassle for Kayla, plumbers arranged and on site within 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend.
Apardion have been outstanding from the get go. They are always happy to help and quick to attend, which is great when something goes wrong in our Student Accommodation buildings. Stuart and Steve always attend with a smile, can do attitude and feel like part of the team. Thanks to these guys for brightening up our day when something needs done.

Great service from start to finish! Made an enquiry for my mum and was contacted the following day, they viewed the job and sent a quote and speaking with Gabriela. My mum was very happy with the guys that did the work and said they were friendly and pleasant. Would recommend Apardion and would use again... thanks, Simon
