Made contact with bloke called Danny at creative drives as wanted a quote for a block paved drive , a patio and some fencing to be replaced, Danny came around the following day with some samples of colors for the driveway and the patio We chose what we wanted for both jobs and agreed a price for the 3 jobs. The jobs were started a few days later when 6 blokes started taking away the existing driveway, the old patio and the fallen down fence. By the end of the first day all material was taken away and left really tidy The following day hardcore was delivered for the paving and the driveway which was levelled by a wacker plate machine and the new fence had been put up The following day the driveway and patio were finished and looked stunning The standard of work was superb and the people doing the jobs we couldnt fault at all including the lack of noise when jobs were being done We would highly recommend creative drives to do work in the future

Quality, professional service

We had the best experience with these guys . Originally they came to renew our old patio but once we saw the quality of their work we decided to have a new block paving driveway and a new lawn and kerb at the front of the house . Danny and his team worked non stop ,to get all finished within 7 days . Always keeping everything tidy at the end of the day . They kept us well informed every step of the way . So confident were we that we even went away for a couple of days during the work . We completely recommend them and would use them again with no hesitation .

EDITED. After the very efficient laying of my new patio last autumn, I contacted them again in April to say that one slab on the step area had split horizontally and had started to break up. As they gave a 2yr guarantee on all the work, I expected them to come back and just replace that slab. Probably a 1hr job at max. However despite repeated chasing on the phone or on Whatsapp, they have not been to repair this area and I am getting fairly annoyed. So definitely will not give them 5 stars and others need to beware. I have put a photo of the split paving slab below. NOT SO Very pleased with the service from Creative Driveways and Patios Ltd. Firstly, the boss responded to a phone call enquiring about the paving job I was thinking of doing. Then the same day he called in and looked at the job, made helpful suggestions and gave a price for the job. He suggested we see a range of possible stone pavers at his preferred supplier in Standlake and we agreed a particular brand of stone paver. We were kept fully informed as to time scales and the job was done on a day by a very efficient team of workmen. When one pack of stone slabs was found to be damaged, a replacement pack was collected immediately to keep the job on schedule. All in all well pleased with the job

Awesome work from start till end

We chose creative because they are a local company with many examples of driveways around the local area. From commissioning to work completion was just over a week. The team were knowledgeable and helped us decide to make the best decisions about design and colour scheme with no added pressure. We are very pleased with the final product and would would highly recommend them if You want a stress free experience.

From start to finish these guys have been great to work with. I phoned up for a patio quote on Friday afternoon and by the following Weds the whole patio was finished! I'm delighted with the new patio. 5 stars all round.

We are very happy with our new (September 2024) Creative driveway, patio and garden path. My parents were starting to struggle with the multiple steps and levels on our old driveway, paths and door steps. Rather than more ramps and railings, we now have a mobility friendly, great looking block paved single level from the road to the top of the garden with just one step for each door. I can’t argue with the final bill when I take into account the size of the job and the amount of old concrete and earth removed! Many thanks to John and the team for a great job. Kind regards Steve.

We are delighted with Creative Drives. From the start we have received helpful advice and John and his team work swiftly and efficiently. The old concrete drive was steep and uneven and was demolished quickly. The gradient was levelled out to make it much smoother. A new wall was constructed and safer steps to our front door. The new drive looks amazing. The team were always very helpful and questions were answered and any problems resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company.

We’ve just had our gravel driveway re-done with Creative Driveways & Patios. We’re really, really happy with the results and it’s improved the front of the house massively. Danny & team were brilliant start to finish, and a pleasure to have here. Danny has a great eye for design & detail and made suggestions as the job went on which made for a finish that was much better than we could have hoped for. Sadly Johns communication, management and time keeping were lacking and poor. Started with the quoting and not answering my calls. His father then called to sort the price. The guys worked hard but were left to struggle with a lack of machinery and materials. I was even given the incorrect bank details when paying. Three months on the job is still not finished to satisfactory standard

Such a pleasure to use this company. Professional, helpful, very reasonable prices and a good team. They came on time and kept in touch if they had to change a time. They did a wonderful job laying curb stones on my drive and have improved the garden so much. They know their stuff and were able to advise on materials and colour. Well done.

John and his team were excellent from start to finish on this project - we couldn’t fault them! The work they carried out was truly transformational! We wanted to turn the back of the house, which was a gravel parking area, into a garden and construct a new driveway and parking area at the front and side of the house. It was a huge project made more challenging by existing tree preservation orders. Despite this John’s team worked tirelessly to complete the job, nothing was too much for them and they were very mindful of the property and existing garden. They were also excellent at coming up with creative solutions due to their vast experience. They went above and beyond on this project and we are absolutely thrilled with the result!
