5 ⭐️ without question Very professional, extremely high quality work and without the slightest hesitation, I’d happily have back for future work and recommend to friends and family (including you internet people) John’s set up like a proper company, this may sound like a strange statement but in an age of ‘fag packet’ numbers and broad statements made about products & materials, Benchmark is the complete opposite. Not to mention punctual time keeping. We had rear garden cleaned, this included 3 patio areas of mixed surface as well as block paved grass borders. To the front, block paved drive full clean, repointed with sand and sealed. The photographs don’t really do the result justice, however I can tell you that after being on an annual moss & weed chase myself each spring for the last 2-3 yrs, I never got close to the finish of either space Extremely hot weather and my own circumstances presented delays and the need to re-think the process of work, 100% outside of John’s control but he remained as flexible, starting 5am on resealing drive day to beat the sun and 30 degree temperature forecast. We will see John again for gutters and fascias in the not too distant future I’m sure I received a detailed, fully itemised quote as well as a summary of work to be complete. Pricing is very competitive which based on overall experience I’d consider to be excellent value for money.

John is the best example of a true professional. He uses the most up-to-date equipment however his prices are still competitive. He is very personable, tidy and does an excellent job.

Recently had all of my gutters and facias cleaned by Benchmark Property Services along with moss removal and bio treatment. Couldn't be more happier with the service and results. John from BPS came out to survey what was required and provided a detailed quote. Price agreed , work was carried out over 2 days, very professional, absolutely no mess , house looks new again. If you’re thinking of having any external work done then John is the man to book! I contacted John for a patio power-wash enquiry, we had black stubborn spots which would not come off despite trying my hardest. John / Benchmark was the only buisness (out of 4 I contacted in total!) to come out and get an accurate measurement of the patio / see the condition and was the only buisness to ask if we had pets and provided advice. The patio looks brand new!!! I genuinely have never seen it looking so good and even my partner couldn’t believe it (and he’s usually the most unobservant person ever lol!). Without any exaggeration, John (Benchmark Property Services) is the most thorough, careful, and professional patio cleaner I have ever encountered (and over the decades I've used many!). He takes great pride in his work and in the business he owns. He has the attitude and all the knowledge and relevant professional equipment needed to deliver a top-quality service and finished product. He is also cheerful, friendly, helpful and informative. The attached photos are but a few of the many equally impressive "before and after" shots that I have (in total our paved area is about 150 square metres). All has come up superbly.
