Shire Driveways & Landscapes - Driveways Leicester

I am extremely pleased with the block paving driveway installed by Shire Driveways and Landscapes. From start to finish, the team provided a professional, friendly, and efficient service. The entire driveway was completed within just two days, which was particularly impressive given the quality of the finished result. The workmanship is superb. The team worked hard throughout the project and ensured that everything was completed to a very high standard. The finished driveway has completely transformed the appearance of our property and has exceeded our expectations.

Simon did a great job on my driveway. He removed the old tarmac, extended the driveway, and laid new tarmac and paving stones to a high standard. The work was completed professionally and on time, and the finished result looks fantastic. I’d definitely recommend Simon for anyone looking to have their driveway done.

Done my parents driveway and patio price was fair. Work was very good quality would highly recommend thank you.

Really pleased with the finished driveway. The work was completed to a good standard and looks great. They turned up as agreed and got the job done efficiently. Would recommend.

Just had Shire Driveways and Landscapes install a driveway and patio in Caramel Latte resin bound gravel. We are very pleased with the result it really has lifted the kerb appeal of the property. The old concrete slab and stones were looking tired and shabby now it looks absolutely amazing. Simon and his team all worked very hard to achieve this final result and many thanks to them all. See the photos they speak for themselves.

Great job by Simon and his team. My drive looks great and I am very happy with the results. Thank you!

Thanks Simon & team for a great job! Far exceeded our expectations! There is only one word to describe Simon in relation to his job & work and that is passionate ! He cares & is very knowledgable and gives good advice/ suggestions. Thank you for giving us a wonderful patio ! Sally & James.

Five-star service from Simon and the Shire team began with my first phone call, when he actually answered. Other landscaping companies had stolidly ignored my phone and contact form messages. How rude! Simon came round the same day, and skilfully designed a porcelain-paved garden, easily chasing away all thoughts of us replacing our split-level wooden decking with composite. His polite and friendly, professional and skilled team have left us with a stylish outdoor living space to be proud of, and I can’t wait to spend the summer enjoying it and showing it off. I can’t recommend Simon and the team at Shire Driveways and Landscapes enough.

Thanks to Simon and his team we now have a wonderful garden and outdoor living space. We were set on replacing our tired decking with composite, however Simon opened our eyes to porcelain tiles. We are delighted with the choice. In only a few days the old garden was ripped out and replaced with a new wall, tiles across the split levels and a beautiful stairwell to join the floors. Everyone that worked on the project was great. We look forward to enjoying a fabulous summer furnishing the area and hosting our friends and family. Top work!

This guy does great work

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shire Driveways & Landscapes, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the first consultation, the team was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to improve the final result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. My new driveway and landscaped garden look absolutely amazing, with great attention to detail and a really clean finish. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The team worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, and kept everything tidy throughout the project, which made the whole process stress-free. What impressed me most was their reliability and communication. They kept me updated at every stage and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and professionalism so well. I would highly recommend Shire Driveways & Landscapes to anyone looking for high-quality work and a trustworthy team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Simon & his team have completed a fantastic job on our driveway. Very impressed with the service. Polite & professional throughout. Definitely recommend. Thank you guys

I wanted to share how genuinely impressed I am with the team who recently completed my new block-paved driveway and front area. Living on my own, having work done on your home can sometimes feel a little daunting, but from the very beginning they made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. What they achieved in just three days was honestly incredible. I went to work each day and came home to see the progress they had made, and the transformation of the front of my house is amazing. What was once an ordinary space is now a beautifully finished driveway that makes the whole property look smart, welcoming, and something I feel really proud of every time I arrive home. The team were polite, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They arrived early each morning, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and kept everything tidy and organised. It was clear they take real pride in their work, and the attention to detail in the block paving is outstanding. Every line is perfectly laid and the finish is absolutely first class. Just as importantly, Simon wes reassuring, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. He explained what they were doing, kept me informed, and made sure everything was exactly right. That level of care and respect meant a great deal. The result has completely transformed the front of my home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It looks fantastic and has made such a positive difference. If you’re thinking about having a driveway installed or block paving done, I would recommend this team without hesitation. Hardworking, trustworthy, and incredibly skilled — they did an outstanding job and I’m so grateful for the work they’ve done. A huge thank you to the whole team for such a brilliant transformation.

Can’t fault Simon and his team our drive looks fantastic and they turned it around in two days, grafted hard on the first day and they were ready to put the bricks down the next. Simon is a perfectionist and won’t leave until the job is done well. They were tidy and respectful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

Simon and the Shire team have done a fantastic job on our driveway, its a pretty big area but they've got the job done in just over a week. It would have been finished in the week if it was not for the bank holiday meaning no Tarmac supplies. Lovely block edging round the main area, a step and a matching block paved section all compliment the main driveway finished with top grade Tarmac - a lovely job. Simon dealt with all our requests, offered ideas from his experience and provided reassurance throughout. Whether you're already clear in what you want or want Simon to provide ideas, he even allowed us to make changes as the job went on. He will give a fixed price, set out what is included and what extra options will cost too and nothing paid until the job was done. He's a great guy, couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Shire.

Great company good work very tidy would recommend to anyone

Wow wow wow, what can I say about Shire Driveways. I can tell you that they are the real deal, absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Simon was present and constantly giving us updates and ideas for the project throughout. His years of experiance really shows as his knowledge is second to none. We had alot of quotes for our drive to be block paved and Shire stood out from the off and so glad we decided to go with them. The craft and workmanship is second to none and they are hardworking, puntual and very very tidy. Fantastic company will use again

Simon and his team were very efficient and did a very good job. They turned up on time, worked very hard and cleaned up afterwards. The finished result was outstanding and we are delighted with it

Our driveway was shockingly horrible with part tarmac and part block paving, and loads of weeds growing through the block paving. Also had old large well established plants in the way and looking messy. Searched online for a local driveway specialist so we could go and bang on their door afterwards if we weren't happy, as we had no recommendation which how we usually find people. Well we won't need to be banging on their door. Unless we decide to get our patio done later! Our drive now looks awesomely fantastic and much much better than I could have imagined. Simon and his team listened carefully to what we wanted, gave good advice, turned up quickly and promptly and got the whole job done working for 3 days. This involved pulling up old tarmac, removing loads of old paving stones, and removing a considerable amount of foliage, lots of manual digging done by Charles and Simon on his digger. All rubbish was removed and the site left clean and tidy each day, even cleaning the pavement and road. I would recommend this company. We felt like we were taking a chance initially as we didn't know them at all, but they were fantastic, as is our driveway now. Very many thanks Simon, Charles and everyone else!

Wow is all I can say about Simon fantastic guy done my driveway to the maximum quality what could of been achieved seen driveways getting done around my area for a while now by different company’s but after I spoke to Simon about my driveway I knew this was the company to do my driveway and I’m speaking from my heart my driveway looks the best in my area by far the work has the wow factor and this wouldn’t of been achievable without Simon & he’s team they started my job and didn’t leave my job until it was finished worked hard every single day even true the rain but I suppose that’s what separates this company from the rest thanks so much Simon I generally can’t thank you enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
