The kitchen sink had been draining incredibly slowly, despite trying a few things ourselves. We booked a drain cleaning service and were impressed with how thoroughly it was dealt with. The sink is now draining much better and there was no fuss.

Addison from Drains24 came over promptly to take a look at roots causing a blockage between our house and the garden soak away. He was very knowledgable and, after considerable effort, managed to clear the blockage and get our drains flowing again. All in all it took about 2 hours on the day start to finish. Not especially cheap but it did involve jetting, a jackhammer for the soak-away cover and a CCTV camera. All in all saved us considerable expense in the long run since, had it rained heavily, our entire ground floor would likely have flooded.

Absolutely brilliant service. The whole team were brilliant from start to finish. They came to the site, solved the problem with the drains and even recovered our drain cover which was no mean feet as it was solid lead😵‍💫, and it had fallen into the hole and broken the end of the piping. After they’d gone it was as though no one had ever been there except of course that the drain cover was back in place and the drains are clear🌟. The team kept me up-to-date all the way along with what they were doing. Would definitely recommend them and use again.👍

Oliver turned up promptly and advise work required. Lol and Dylan arrived next day cleared blockage and replace Buchan trap that has kept getting blocked over last 5 or ten year. Nicely cleared any mess, tested blockage. Hopefully Buchan trap will no longer be an issue. Happy days - so far.

Drains24 came out at very short notice to my mums house to unblock a drain. Normally I like to be there with her but couldn’t make it. The team turned up on time, really polite and unblock the drain quickly. Spoke to my mum afterwards and she was really happy with the service and their professionalism. Oliver came out at 1230 am on a Saturday night as we had sewage coming on to our patio. He kept us updated of his ETA (he was travelling quite far), and gave us a rough price in advance. He fully investigated and correctly assessed that it was not our drains, but a communal drains issue, so he put us on to the right people, he spoke to them too and followed up the next day via text to see how it was going. Thoroughly helpful and reassuring in an unpleasant mini crisis! Would definitely recommend.

Oliver visited to provide an estimate for a blocked drain. Unlike 2 other companies that had visited he advised that it was a shared drain and therefore the responsibility of the local sewerage company. He also advised that we could contact Thames water who should sort the issue for free if it happens again as it is a shared drain, which I appreciated. Very reasonably priced too, can’t fault the service.

Called about a blocked kitchen sink, Oliver took the trouble to come out the same day despite being far from my location and having several other stops that day. He made sure to update me on his eta throughout the day when his schedule changed and I really appreciated the regular communication. He cleared the blockage and explained to me the process at each stage of everything he wanted to try, and then once the main blockage was cleared he took some extra measures to clear the rest of the external pipe work as a precaution without being asked. Quick efficient and good value for money.

Called for a blocked drain, water overflowing firm manhole cover on drive. They had someone out same day, cleared the block and used the camerato look at the broken pipe. Had a team come back 2 days later to repair the pipe with an inner tube. Great clear communications throughout. The repair team did a great job in sub zero temperatures. Can happily recommend this company for similar work.

We had a problem with our shower backing up with water from our washing machine, sink and toilet initially. The problem escalated into raw sewage from other flats backing up also. With a call to Drains24 he was here the same day to resolve the issue, which only took a couple of hours to resolve. To us it was a miracle as this issue caused so much stress. We had an emergency drain blockage in New Milton on a block of 4 flats, Drains24 were contacted during the night and in no time an engineer was assigned and he made contact with me. He attended the property within no time, and accessed the flats and did his best to unblock, but the problem was within the main drain hole within a commercial property under the flats. We agreed to meet next day (Sunday) at 08:00 in order to review. Oliver the engineer was on time, he was courteous, professional and explained in details what could be the cause. He assessed all possible areas,inspecting the flats and at all time keep my informed. Eventually the cause was identified and the problem was cleared promptly. He and his colleague were the most courteous and professional team I have ever engaged with. Once the the drains were cleared, they tidied up the areas, cleaned them and ensure all systems were working as they should. Even his van was clean and tidy, the equipment were as new and comprehensive, cameras, jet wash pipes tools all were of high standard.
