Lon and his colleague were both really decent, polite and well-informed and knew exactly how to tackle a terrible bodged previous plumbing job with leaking soil waste pipes and poor drainage. They know their stuff and were very good at explaining what needed doing. Punctual and pleasant, they're just the people you'd want in your corner when plumbing lets you down. Fast on paperwork and asked fir a fair deposit amount for a competitively-priced job. Thank you.

Addison from Drains24 came over promptly to take a look at roots causing a blockage between our house and the garden soak away. He was very knowledgable and, after considerable effort, managed to clear the blockage and get our drains flowing again. All in all it took about 2 hours on the day start to finish. Not especially cheap but it did involve jetting, a jackhammer for the soak-away cover and a CCTV camera. All in all saved us considerable expense in the long run since, had it rained heavily, our entire ground floor would likely have flooded.

Oliver repaired a small but important fault in our drainage system that had been causing repeated issues. He explained everything clearly and completed the repair the same visit. Very efficient and trustworthy service.

Oliver is very helpful and doing the job highly efficiently. Will recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Absolutely brilliant service. The whole team were brilliant from start to finish. They came to the site, solved the problem with the drains and even recovered our drain cover which was no mean feet as it was solid lead😵‍💫, and it had fallen into the hole and broken the end of the piping. After they’d gone it was as though no one had ever been there except of course that the drain cover was back in place and the drains are clear🌟. The team kept me up-to-date all the way along with what they were doing. Would definitely recommend them and use again.👍

Lon and Addison did a super efficient job unblocking the drains and removing limescale which had built up over many many years. They provided a professional, friendly and reassuring service. I highly recommend this company and their team.

Excellent Communication, went out of their way to assist. Great service, highly recommended.

Despite reading great reviews here and elsewhere I can not recommend Drains24 at all. I hope your experience is better than mine but I strongly advise you to find someone else. Note that they also offer cash discounts for five star reviews, so take what you read about them with a pinch of salt. If you do hire them, things to consider: -- The difference between promises and reality (timing, price, completion, success) -- Beware the constant (and likely unnecessary) upsell -- Check the work is complete //as quoted// before paying

Drains24 came out at very short notice to my mums house to unblock a drain. Normally I like to be there with her but couldn’t make it. The team turned up on time, really polite and unblock the drain quickly. Spoke to my mum afterwards and she was really happy with the service and their professionalism. Great guys, clued up definitely recommend.

Very personable man. Blocked drain cleared quickly with high pressure hose. Build up of scale in pipes suggested camera but can't afford that at moment. He cleaned up and put covers back on manholes

They were very quick to respond, identify the problem, give a competitive quote, and do the work. Comms were good, as was the work itself (fixing a displaced sewer drain). Would highly recommend

Oliver came out at 1230 am on a Saturday night as we had sewage coming on to our patio. He kept us updated of his ETA (he was travelling quite far), and gave us a rough price in advance. He fully investigated and correctly assessed that it was not our drains, but a communal drains issue, so he put us on to the right people, he spoke to them too and followed up the next day via text to see how it was going. Thoroughly helpful and reassuring in an unpleasant mini crisis! Would definitely recommend.

I called Oliver and his team after our main drain became blocked. He came the following day assessed the problem and explained the options very clearly. We went with his recommendations and they came a few days later and completed all the works needed to rectify the problem and stop it happening again. Excellent service from a nice team. They were clean, efficient and friendly. Will definitely use again (hoping we don't have a need!).

Oliver visited to provide an estimate for a blocked drain. Unlike 2 other companies that had visited he advised that it was a shared drain and therefore the responsibility of the local sewerage company. This has potentially saved me a lot of money and undertaking remedial work that would have been illegal. Thank you for your advice and honesty. Fully recommend.

Bloody brilliant.

Oliver was great and he did a quick job!

Drains24 ! Very efficient , explains exactly what they are doing, not expensive . Oliver Quinn is a personable engineer , and I would definitely use their services again if I had problems, hopefully not for 2 or 4 years, that would be just for a check up.

Oliver did a great job sorting a blocked drain that had years of root growth. He was knowledgeable, friendly and kept in touch to arrange a visit. He also advised that we could contact Thames water who should sort the issue for free if it happens again as it is a shared drain, which I appreciated. Very reasonably priced too, can’t fault the service.

Called about a blocked kitchen sink, Oliver took the trouble to come out the same day despite being far from my location and having several other stops that day. He made sure to update me on his eta throughout the day when his schedule changed and I really appreciated the regular communication. He cleared the blockage and explained to me the process at each stage of everything he wanted to try, and then once the main blockage was cleared he took some extra measures to clear the rest of the external pipe work as a precaution without being asked. Fast, thorough, friendly, and effective! Definitely recommend.

Drains24 is an exceptional service provider! From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They promptly addressed my drainage issues with efficiency and care, leaving no stone unturned to ensure the job was done to perfection. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Drains24 to anyone in need of top-notch drainage solutions. Five stars all the way!

Called for a blocked drain, water overflowing firm manhole cover on drive. They had someone out same day, cleared the block and used the camerato look at the broken pipe. Had a team come back 2 days later to repair the pipe with an inner tube. Great clear communications throughout. The repair team did a great job in sub zero temperatures. Can happily recommend this company for similar work.

Oliver was knowledgeable and explained all what he would and could do. Communicated well and attended the same day. Fair prices for a professional service where I had a blocked toilet. He used the camera to check the stack pipe which was reassuring knowing there were no serious issues. Would definitely recommend.

Had a drain blockage at my house and Oli came out fast and put a lot of extra effort in to clear the blockage, was very informative and helpful and very fairly priced.

Great guys, Oliver was especially helpful 😁

We had a blockage in our waste drain, which was causing a large leak in the downstairs of our newly-purchased home. Within minutes of arriving, Oliver had not only cleared the blockage, but also identified a more serious potential long-term problem. After clearly explaining our options, and clearly stating how much each would be, he was happy to go with our decision and ensure we would avoid that potential major problem. Within 3 days of first getting in touch, Drains 24 had not only solved the immediate issue, but prevented us having a expensive issue to deal with long term. I would highly recommend them to anyone with issues with their drains.

Lon definitely knows what’s he’s doing in the drainage game sorted out my blocked drains clean tidy and efficient from start to finish. He even repaired some paving for me whilst he was here. Fantastic work definitely recommend

We had a problem with our shower backing up with water from our washing machine, sink and toilet initially. The problem escalated into raw sewage from other flats backing up also. With a call to Drains24 he was here the same day to resolve the issue, which only took a couple of hours to resolve. To us it was a miracle as this issue caused so much stress. It wasn't just a great service provided, but a great communicator and friendly bloke. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had an emergency drain blockage in New Milton on a block of 4 flats, Drains24 were contacted during the night and in no time an engineer was assigned and he made contact with me. He attended the property within no time, and accessed the flats and did his best to unblock, but the problem was within the main drain hole within a commercial property under the flats. We agreed to meet next day (Sunday) at 08:00 in order to review. Oliver the engineer was on time, he was courteous, professional and explained in details what could be the cause. He assessed all possible areas, inspecting the flats and at all time keep my informed. Eventually the cause was identified and the problem was cleared promptly. He and his colleague were the most courteous and professional team I have ever engaged with. Once the the drains were cleared, they tidied up the areas, cleaned them and ensure all systems were working as they should. Even his van was clean and tidy, the equipment were as new and comprehensive, cameras, jet wash pipes tools all were of high standard. I am so blessed and lucky we contacted Drains 24 and having Oliver and his colleague to resolve what would have been a catastrophe. Thank you Oliver from all the tenants and me.
