Reggie was brilliant - arrived quickly late on Friday night after an external sewerage pipe overflowed, did a great job of letting us know what he was doing, why, and being transparent about costs. Cleaned up the place and got rid of a rat too! 100% recommend, and will be using him again.

Reggie, Russ and 247 Drainage were a godsend. Having had a drainage issue possibly resolved, we wanted to check with their service to make sure. Reggie was incredibly responsive and Russ and his colleague arrived quickly to perform the check. They found some further blockage which would have quickly caused the problem to come back, and extensive scale in the piping which requires cleaning. We had gurgling drains every time we flushed the toilet, so we called out 247 Drainage to investigate. Regan attended and quickly got to work. He removed the toilet, snaked the drain, and carried out a CCTV survey. It turned out an old toilet rubber had become lodged in the stack, causing the issue.
