Kevin has always been very responsive and recently undertook the replacement of a long section of my outside drains. He is excellent at keeping in contact and providing updates and delivered the work very thoroughly and professionally. His team were all equally helpful, polite and friendly. He is very considerate and works incredibly hard. I would highly recommend him and will use him again if needed.

Absolutely outstanding service. The team came to unblock our toilet and were professional, reliable, and trustworthy from start to finish. They not only resolved the issue quickly, but also clearly explained where the problem was and how the waste pipes are connected outside, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. It is rare to find a team that combines great technical knowledge with such honesty and care for the customer. There are simply not enough words to praise the quality of the service. Mark came out to assess the issue and clearly explained, and showed me, what the problem was. The follow up appointment to do the work was offered the following day, but I couldn’t do the date, so work was booked in for a few days after. Communication was great throughout and the job was completed to a high level. Would definitely use these service again.

Kevin helped me the same day when I had a drainage issue. The house and system was old so the layout was puzzling. He talked me through each step and his process for finding the blockage. He also showed me the camera footage so I could understand where the flow was restricted. I’ll be booking him back in to do a full descale to avoid these problems in future. He was great, really helpful, would recommend.

This company turned up after I’d responded to a site purporting to be a company local to me - they weren’t. Quoted £1200 to remove toilet in order to clear blockage. Got in a local company who identified roots in the pipe and cleared obstruction for £150.

Absolutely first class! Had toilet backing up into shower (nightmare) drains & mains were straight here, camera detected blockage and they sorted straight away, friendly courteous service really put my mind at ease. Sorted problem and showed me on camera it was all now clear. Cleaned up after which really helped me out. Would absolutely recommend and 100% use again if needed. So impressed with service. I reached out to Kevin on a Saturday evening after discovering a couple of blocked manholes. He came straight over after a previous job, sorted them out quickly and efficiently, great communication, professional and helpful. Pleased with the price too for a Saturday night. Would recommend!

Do not hire him! Paid 5000£. Left without legit survey/report, nor invoice! After a month of pointless reminders, phone calls, texts and multiple confirmations still no sign of documents. Taking another small jobs and not caring about people spending their savings.

Thames Water were here for several hours over 2 days trying to resolve a blockage in our drains. In the end, they said it was a private drain and not their problem. Called Drains & Mains who were fast to reply, even at late night. Came and amazingly unblocked the pipe in under half an hour. Top blokes too. best of luck to them.

Anthony from Drains and Mains came to the rescue!. I can honestly say, if it wasn't for Anthony, the situation would have been far worse. He was real expert, and very knowledgeable. It didn't take him long to figure this out, despite the root cause of the issue being difficult to find. He was able to explain to us and he communicated with us at all times. He has excellent people skills and helped us through the emotional distress caused by the emergency. Anthony was so kind with our predicament, he went over and above to make sure the family were safe. A top guy with great knowledge and experience!

I had a blocked toilet and I called them out at about 12.30am, they arrived with in 1and half hour. They were very good at their work, and they were very clean, and very well priced. Would definitely recommend them.
