Just had a four man crew to site to help with a reoccurring issue. Shaun, leuan, Jacob and Cameron. (Aka, Ducky), did a sterling job. They are easy to work with, undertaking the task at hand with diligence, competance and humour. They worked to clear a long line of any snags blockages and debris. Provided some good visuals, showing the condition and the construction of the pipe, plus the nature of the debris. They went extra and even helped to locate an errant inspection chamber missing amongst a jungle of undergrowth. Very handy should this problem return. Cheers chaps. Marvellous! 👍 🤛

Excellent service. Would highly recommend. This is the second year to use the company to empty our septic tank. Very friendly customer service, easy to book and extremely quick service.

We've been using Redwood for 2 years now as we require specialist disposal of our septic tanks NP26 area. Booking them is easy and they are always able to get to us quickly if needed or you can book in advance as we did this time. The out of hours service is really worth the extra money when you run a business from the premises (we did book out of hours yesterday but they arrived early) so it's worth checking when they are coming. We found out the person that came from the company 6 months ago has now left which was a relief as we were not happy with his service at all. Martin carried out our lastest tank empty (yesterday 15.7.25) and the job he did was exceptional, the tanks were left the cleanest we've seen them and the site was left spotless afterwards. We will be requesting his services every time! He also wouldn't accept a tip either which we wanted to give him for such a fantastic job! I think for the specialist service we need and the quality of their work they are a good price too. Thanks Martin and the Redwood team.

Horrendous and stressful experience with this company. I can only back up Charlotte’s review as we had a very similar experience. They fitted a sewage treatment plant, which to cut a long story short, was backing up and overflowing. We called them back to remedy the problem and after several weeks of them coming back and fore being unable to find the problem they finally said it would cost £15,000 to “fix” it. We were desperate by this stage as foul water was spilling into our land and we have dogs, cats and ducks which we were concerned would get sick. We asked for an itemised quotation as this seemed excessive (more than double the cost of the original install), but they refused as their quote was for a “bulk price” which they said could “be more” if they gave an itemised quote. Needless to say we asked them to not continue and we got somebody else in who discovered that the initial install had been faulty including missing joints in the pipe work (as you can see from the photo - a pipe going nowhere and full of mud, no wonder the plant was backing up!). He fixed the issue at a cost of £3,000, a fraction of what Redwood wanted - and their proposed solution was not even the correct one! Since getting the alternative contractor in we have had absolutely no further issues. Redwood are now taking us to court as we refused to pay their bill of over £2,000 for dropping off some materials (a few concrete drain formers and some plastic piping plus a “day’s labour” that was in reality about 20-30 minutes as evidenced by our CCTV footage). We live in a large property and believe that we have been the victims of “long drive syndrome” whereby a tradesperson makes an assumption that because a client has a large house they can charge whatever they like and not be questioned. Their first attempt at taking us to court (small claims) was thrown out and they are now trying the business court. We can only hope that the judge has sense enough to see the truth of the situation. When we last had our plant emptied by another, well-known drain company, the chap who came told us that he used to work for Redwood and left because of their working practices. His words: “I wouldn’t trust them to put my granddaughter’s bike together”. It is telling that the good reviews here are for cess pit emptying etc. which is hard to mess up. Avoid like the plague (and if they respond denying any of this, which I am sure they will, know that they are lying).

Redwood were absolutely fantastic from start to finish in completing extensive draineage works on our property. Their communication is brilliant not only over email from a project management perspecive but on the job itself, it was really reassuring to have each stage explained and to us and have our options laid out. They all worked so hard through long and hot days. Polite, tidy, knowledgable and professionals throughout. Thank you so much Redwood! No more flooding for us!

Don't want to give 1 star.. had a whole system put in...doesn't work had sewerage backing up to house.. denied ever fitting. Sorry to all the locals that I recommend to use. I would avoid. I have spent more then x2 of initial instal and even though I have emails been back to correct they are still denying they ever fitted... funny thing is such a big company has only 7 reviews... probably deleted all the bad ones
