An incredible individual and an exceptional professional. I truly appreciate the assistance he provided. He went the extra mile to resolve my issue, even when I had no idea where the manhole on the property was located. He could have easily said that there was nothing he could do and charged me anyway, but instead, he dedicated 40 minutes to search for a manhole that was hidden beneath the conservatory floor. He quoted for job with photos I sent before arriving and then arrived within the timeframe he said (within 2 hours), did great job clearing our blockage, explained to us what caused it and even offered advice for future maintenance. Wonderful service would recommend to friends and family.

Our garden drain was blocked, and Brent arrived punctually to help. He tried to locate a manhole but found that we didn’t have one in our garden. He then used a rod to clear the blockage, and after a few attempts, the drainage improved significantly. Although he could have called the job done at that point, he went above and beyond by checking with our neighbour to locate their manhole. Since his machine couldn’t reach it, he manually used the rod to clear the blockage from there. In the end, we could clearly see the water flowing freely in the neighbour’s manhole—it went from looking like a fish tank to running completely clear. Brent truly went the extra mile. Fantastic job, and I highly recommend him!

What a guy! Upfront, for a tradesperson you can't ask for much more, not a money grabbing 'tradie', disclosed what and what to do when looking for a contractor. When rang the next day to save us from a blocked toilet, came down within 15 minutes in-between a job and efficiently investigated blockage and quickly got to unblocking the source of the problem and left us with a honest cost.

Excellent service from Brent, professional, thorough & timely. First of all, he let me know he was on his way (10 minute warning). It wasn't a straightforward job, but he persevered, revealing a drain cover that hadn't been opened for almost 25 years! He was then able to successfully clear the blockage. I have no hesitation in recommending Brent.

Had Brent round to look at clearing out my drains. As we have more drainage holes on the property than people, Brent went round the property methodically checking flows between each of the drainage points. Identified the problem and flushed out to allow unobstructed flow. Not only did Brent get the job done, but he also identified and explained all the various flows around the property for future reference. All round lovely demeanor and definite value for money. If you are in his catchment, would highly recommend and don’t go for second best.

Brent is always positive and courteous throughout. He explains thoroughly the issue and shows you the work undertaken and the resolution. Brent is very prompt and communications are fantastic and works around your schedule. The service is always exceptional and Brent now looks after all our drains and gullies around our apartment building. Great service received from Brent. After making initial contact for a domestic drain blockage, Brent arrived within a couple of hours, cleared the problem and also inspected the house drains via the 4 manholes. A de-scale was suggested as the flow wasn't great, and build up was visible. Within the week, this job was also completed. Would definitely use again for anything similar. Thanks v much.

Our experience with Brent was first class from start to finish. He arrived early, immediately understood the issue, and investigated it thoroughly. Having found the problem, he thoroughly cleared the blockage, showed me what he had done and explained why the issue had arisen, and demonstrated that the drains were now clear and the urinals were no longer backing up. He advised on how to minimise or avoid the problem in the future. He was positive and courteous throughout and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Brent came out and was exceptionally professional, helpful and efficient. He cleared our blocked toilet drain which was almost impossible to get to due to it being under a rusted metal plate which had been bolted over the drainpipe access hole. Great service...we used them for a blocked drain , which they resolved quickly...but we still had issues with the sink not draining.....the gentlemen who came round tried a couple of things and was able to find the root cause (the blockage was due to buildup of dishwasher tablets)....all I can say is they were fast to respond, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend their service!

Top class service from two absolute gents! Thank you Brent and George! Called them at 1pm about a serious blockage causing sewage to overflow into the house. Already had one other company attend and refuse to take on the job. Brent and George turned up within a couple of hours and diligently identified where the blockage was and then persistently and carefully worked at it for a couple of hours to avoid having to drill into the waste pipes. It was a nasty and unusual blockage but they did a fantastic job and provided helpful advice on how to avoid it happening again. They charged fairly and notified me about the initial costs and again before the costs rose as the job went on. It's so rare to encounter such friendly, polite, helpful and professional tradespeople. The engineer responded to my phone call immediately and arrived at exactly the time he said to sort out the problem. He was polite, friendly and extremely reassuring.
