Really excellent service. Ash first had to search for a manhole that it turned out was buried under plants but took extra care not to harm them. He identified and explained clearly the problem and then got everything cleared and working again. He was very thorough then in checking that everything leading into the drains was clear and working, also checking with cameras, and tidied up at the end. A great service for a very fair price. We would definitely recommend.

Rang at 7:30 with a blocked drain was told I’d have someone with me in 90 minutes and true to their word a lovely gentleman was with me by 9am. He quickly cleared my drain of years of sludge! Reasonably priced and no more sink smells. Highly recommend

Amazing service at such a good price. I had issues I was scared to address due to bad experiences with endless other companies in the past. Other companies have over-charged, fabricated problems, or else charged a call-out fee simply for telling me what I needed to have someone else come in and do. My mother who is 92 had a blocked drain on Sunday and most companies that I tried were closed. Farhad answered my call and came on time. The blockage was difficult but Farhad kept trying and finally managed to unblock after nearly 4 hours. I was very pleased with Farhad's determination to solve the problem. He was polite and felt responsible to make my elderly mother comfortable.

Farhad and his colleague were brilliant. I had a recurring drainage issue that hadn’t been properly resolved by a previous company, but these guys were on a completely different level. They arrived quickly and carried out a really thorough investigation, checking all three manholes rather than just one. They jetted the system properly, removed root ingress where possible, and most importantly traced and checked the outlet pipe all the way towards the main sewer. What really stood out was how hands-on and thorough Farhad was. He actually got into the chamber and physically checked the U-bend and outlet section to make sure there were no hidden obstructions. He explained everything clearly as he went along and was very patient with my questions. It was a completely different experience compared to a previous company I used, where the issue wasn’t fully diagnosed and returned shortly after. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely thorough. I’ve had a problem with a toilet that keeps backing up and Drainage & Plumbing answered my request and called today. The engineer was courteous, very helpful and gave me a lot of good advice. Our main manhole became blocked yesterday. DRAINAGE & PLUMBING LTD. dispatched a single engineer in a well‑equipped van, arriving within the hour. Before starting, he inspected the problem, explained the plan, and quoted a price—payment only due once the job was finished and I was happy. He then: 1. Cleared the blockage. 2. Jet‑washed the pipe. 3. Resealed the manhole cover. The visit took about an hour and a half. He talked me through each step, worked tidily, and the final cost felt fair for the work done. On the strength of this experience, they’ll be my first call for any future drainage work.
