Contacted Drainage & Plumbing ltd to fix our blocked kitchen drainage pipe and they visited with a few hours and fixed the issue. They also showed us the video of inside the drainage pipe that caused the root issue, which is literally the root of our garden plants managed to get through the small cracks in the drainage pipe. They also suggested a strategic long term solution for the fix for a reasonable price. Overall happy with the service.

Highly recommend Drainage & Plumbing Ltd to anyone needing drain unblocking or emergency drainage services!

The service that was provided was highly professional, as the engineer who attended was extremely polite and took the time to clearly explain exactly where the blockage was located. A price was mutually agreed upon in advance before any work began, and the blockage was successfully and completely cleared. Overall, the entire service was very professional, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Fash came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it for me in short order. He left the space clean and tidy — couldn't ask for more!

Proof that not all hero’s wear capes! I called and spoke with Ash at 11am on a Sunday morning because I couldn’t unblock my toilet. He turned up in the early afternoon (on the same day), as he said he would. Straight away he knew what the issue was and lifted the manhole cover to show me, within half an hour the drain was cleared and the issue was fixed. Ash was polite, friendly and professional. He was also very honest as he could have increased the cost of the job but didn’t because he knew there was no advantage to me in doing so. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic service! They came out within an hour and sorted the problem quickly. Friendly, fast and honest from start to finish. Really impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend! Especially locally.

Really excellent service. Ash first had to search for a manhole that it turned out was buried under plants but took extra care not to harm them. He identified and explained clearly the problem and then got everything cleared and working again. He was very thorough then in checking that everything leading into the drains was clear and working, also checking with cameras, and tidied up at the end. A great service for a very fair price. We would definitely recommend.

Rang at 7:30 with a blocked drain was told I’d have someone with me in 90 minutes and true to their word a lovely gentleman was with me by 9am. He quickly cleared my drain of years of sludge! Reasonably priced and no more sink smells. Highly recommend

Great guy. Fixed the issues almost immediately. Will recommend his services.

Quick response after calling them. They came assessed and gave the cost of the job and it was done immediately. Very professional. Paying attention to the home surroundings to bring in necessary equipment. The result was very satisfactory and very thorough. Excellent rates to clear drain by kitchen sink outside and clear it straight to/from the manhole. Excellent customer service. This Company comes highly recommended.

Amazing service at such a good price. I had issues I was scared to address due to bad experiences with endless other companies in the past. Other companies have over-charged, fabricated problems, or else charged a call-out fee simply for telling me what I needed to have someone else come in and do. Alex came out to me, located the problem, fixed above and beyond the issue. He fixed and made other related issues safe nearby for future-proofing, and was incredibly thorough. There were no surprise charges, no extras that were tacked on, and no attempts to inflate costs. My problem was solved thoroughly, accurately, and honestly (plus further work to make things safe)... for less. Thank you Alex!

My mother who is 92 had a blocked drain on Sunday and most companies that I tried were closed. Farhad answered my call and came on time. The blockage was difficult but Farhad kept trying and finally managed to unblock after nearly 4 hours. I was very pleased with Farhad's determination to solve the problem. Done a great job!!! Will recommend.

Farhad and his colleague were brilliant. I had a recurring drainage issue that hadn’t been properly resolved by a previous company, but these guys were on a completely different level. They arrived quickly and carried out a really thorough investigation, checking all three manholes rather than just one. They jetted the system properly, removed root ingress where possible, and most importantly traced and checked the outlet pipe all the way towards the main sewer. What really stood out was how hands-on and thorough Farhad was. He actually got into the chamber and physically checked the U-bend and outlet section to make sure there were no hidden obstructions. He explained everything clearly as he went along and was very patient with my questions. It was a completely different experience compared to a previous company I used, where the issue wasn’t fully diagnosed and returned shortly after. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely thorough. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Brilliant services, drainage unblocked Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend him to my friends

Excellent and quick response to a blocked sink and drainage issue. Attended same day. Very professional and friendly. Listened to the issue, identified the area of blockage and got straight to work. The team did a thorough free check and found the source of water leak, and was able to help fix on the same day with several checks to ensure there's no leak anymore. Nice guys who explained the process and shared tips with us to reduce the chance of leak to happen again.

Freddie was excellent. Came straight away for an emergency call out. Wasn't expensive whatsoever. Explained everything that needed doing and sorted the blockage really quickly. Would definitely recommend and would use their assistance again

Our main manhole became blocked yesterday. DRAINAGE & PLUMBING LTD. dispatched a single engineer in a well‑equipped van, arriving within the hour. Before starting, he inspected the problem, explained the plan, and quoted a price—payment only due once the job was finished and I was happy. He then: 1. Cleared the blockage. 2. Jet‑washed the pipe. 3. Resealed the manhole cover. The visit took about an hour and a half. He talked me through each step, worked tidily, and the final cost felt fair for the work done. On the strength of this experience, they’ll be my first call for any future drainage work.

Freddie was really good with the drainage issue I had. Focus on completing the task well, no complains.

Great, effective and reliable service. Sorted blocked drainage within an hour. Happy customer and most importantly happy wife! Thanks!

Registered job on site, they contacted me within 5 minutes, turned up on time. These guys Shawn and Mo were superstars, we had a very stressful time with the job tackled a few days before with an incompetent plumber that made my toilet worse. Shawn and Mo completed the job in a couple of hours, we had two very badly blockage drains, they came with all the right equipment, they left everything clean, even went the extra mile and drilled all my decking back after they finished. Price was very good. Have no hesitation in recommending this company. I will be using them again for future jobs.

Prompt and professional service.

Plumber arrived early , gave me a price and did the job. Had several plumber out in the past and even when they leave was always still slow drainage. What a difference !!! Very very happy with the job !

Both workers were very polite and even offered to clean their shoes and show me the bottom of their shoes before entering the premises, they explained everything they did very clearly and provided all round excellent service.

The problem was assessed quickly. The microjet deployed to great effect, and the blockage cleared straight away. It's entirely satisfactory.

They moved to Purley area recently. I was impressed by their professional equipment. They jet cleaned and unblocked my manholes and drainage system, and removed limescale and debris. Now all our toilets are flushing smoothly. Reasonable competitive priced, they came to me very quick and didn't charge me call out fee.
