Amazing service. Rang at 5.30pm on a Sunday evening and had someone inspecting my drains by 5.50! Really professional service and drains unblocked quickly. Highly recommended. Will be using them for some overdue drain repair and pipe work repairs very soon.

I was referred to him by another plumber who couldn't fix the problem but took his £75 call out charge any way (OK, it was Sunday afternoon and I was grateful he turned up). Callum told me immediately what his charge would be and then kept me fully informed about when he would arrive. He arrived at 8.00pm, was courteous, professional and (most importantly) fixed the problem without fuss or making me feel stupid. I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him and his company.

Callum from Drains First Limited came round within an hour of my call to report an emergency concerning waste water overflow on the property, occurring at the unusually warm spring bank holiday weekend. The block in the drainage was dealt with promptly despite what likely had been a slow build up over months/years. Not only was the block treated and the area cleaned, the engineer also gave balanced advice about what to do next. An excellent service overall from customer support to the engineer's visit. Delighted to have gone with this local family-run service.

We had a major issue of our main sewer drain flooding the cellar of our Victorian house. We asked Drains First to investigate. Calum was fantastic. He quickly revealed the nature of the problem and identified the positions of blockages. As our drains connect with a neighbouring property the work had to be undertaken with Yorkshire Water but Calum stayed in touch giving helpful advice. I can strongly recommend Drains First.

I was recommended to use drains first as my drain was blocked outside, they came out very quickly kept me informed all the time when they were due to arrive solve the problem within minutes and cleaned up after them. Very nice young man did the hard work. I would highly recommend and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use again.

Blocked drain on a Sunday evening with heavy rain - not ideal! Called and booked for the next morning but realised it needed sorting sooner so called back and an engineer was over to Kirkstall within the hour. Sorted the blockage and paid there and then. Excellent service. Thanks for the save!

We needed help for a blocked sewer pipe & slow flushing toilet. Callum came to our rescue. After jetting water through a few times, he sent down a camera for 23 metres. Having realised that the problem was probably tree roots, he advised us to contact Yorkshire Water. He even spoke to them on our behalf & explained his findings to them - much better than I could have. I am so pleased that I picked this company, Callum was brilliant!! he was very thorough & extremely helpful - an asset to the company. I highly recommend Drains First Limited & Callum.

Great service: Called Monday morning, was given an accurate time estimation and the quote. Received a call 15 minutes before Callum's arrival, and in 10 minutes the service was done. Fast, effective and reliable. Can only recommend. As to other services, I asked for a quote for some pressure washer cleansing and they never got back to me :(

I had tried to deal with blocked drain myself, thinking it would be a big deal to get someone out, and also save some money. After spending the weekend up to my elbows in drain and spending money on drain rods and unblockers - to no avail- I wish I’d just got Drainsfirst out straight away. It was so easy to get them out- really efficient- did job in no time with no mess. A lot better than trying to sort it myself- definitely recommend!

Excellent from start to finish. Great customer service on the phone and from the drain specialist that did the job. We had a blocked exterior drain. Steve came with the all the necessary equipment, communicated well, was thorough and tidy. I was under the impression it was a minor problem (as minor as a blocked drain can be) but there is no replacing experience and Steve advised me that should it happen again to contact the Water Company as the problem was a lot deeper down and was pretty major. It’s always nerve-wracking finding and requested a service from a business that is new to you. I can’t fault this service as a first-time user of Drains First.
