Spot on Drains Cleaning Services

highly recommend Spot On Drain Cleaning. The technician was polite, respectful, and arrived at our home exactly on time. They used a hydro-jetting system to thoroughly clear out stone particles blocking our residential drain line, and then used a camera to inspect the area afterward to confirm that all blockages were completely gone and verify the structural integrity of the pipes. They provided a fair, honest price upfront for the whole job with no hidden surprises. It is rare to find a company this thorough, professional, and reliable. We will definitely use them again

This man saved us thousands by retrieving 2 Lexus key fobs from a grate at the side of the road . After explaining that my granddaughter had dropped 2 key fobs down a drain in the side of the road he said no problem and came to us in the middle Beverly fully equipped with everything needed to lift things out of a deep water filled drain. First scoop of debris and the keys were there safely in his scoop. Very nice polite man fully recommend him.

Came same day, quick, easy and good value for money; highly recommend!

Very friendly and polite and sorted the issue out very quickly at a great price - would highly recommend 👍

What a great job alex did our soil pipe was blocked managed to clear it out to find baby wipes from years ago. Excellent service and very friendly person. Thanks alex

Just had Alex to sort outside drainage problems. He was amazing. Very efficient and knew exactly what needed doing and proceeded to do the work quickly and well within the hour. He was happy and cheerful and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend him !!

I can’t recommend Aleksander at Spot On Drain Cleaning Services enough. After I called, he arrived incredibly quickly and was friendly, professional and really easy to chat to from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave some really helpful advice and quickly got to the bottom of what was causing the issue. It turned out the blockage wasn’t actually on my property and was the responsibility of Yorkshire Water. Even though the problem wasn’t mine to fix, Aleksander still carried out the investigation and was kind enough to offer a discounted call-out rate because of the situation, which was hugely appreciated. Thanks to his help, I now have the information I need to take the issue back to Yorkshire Water and hopefully recover the call-out cost as the fault appears to be on their network. Fantastic service, honest advice and a genuinely nice guy. If I ever have any drainage issues in the future, he’ll be the first person I call.

Alex was busy so he got his brother to come around in less than 30 mins. My stubborn blocked kitchen drain was no issue for him. Cleaned fully and running clear now. Highly recommended

Believe the reviews! Alex was a wizard, great communication, on time and very reasonable. After a very thorough examination with a camera he cleared our drains and even checked one of our toilets and cleared a limescale build up for no extra charge. He is fast, efficient and is the real deal. Top tip, he loves a (very) strong coffee.....thanks Alex.

Alex came out to unblock my toilet and was brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. After the initial visit the issue came back, and without any hesitation he returned the next day, put a camera down the pipe again and found that limescale further down was causing the problem. He went and got the proper equipment to fix it properly and didn’t charge me for coming back out. Really appreciated how honest, thorough and reliable he was throughout. The toilet is now flushing perfectly again. Would definitely recommend Alex to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

A great guy called me to let me know when he would arrive. He turned up on time and sorted the waste in no time at all. I could not ask for more.

From start to finish, Alex was reliable, informative and a complete professional. He came to the house the day after calling him at the time he said he would. He identified the problem quickly and worked well with my dad (who loves to be involved) in fixing the drain blockage in a short space of time. His fees are extremely reasonable and he is a genuinely lovely man (according to dad!). Thank you Alex 😊

Arranged a visit to help / locate a leak. Arrived promptly at the arranged time (unlike some) He helped in finding the issue and gave me some excellent advice regarding a shared drain. Many thanks 👍

Excellent service arrived within an hour of the call issues sorted an hour later . Professional and courteous with very reasonable pricing would def recommend

We’ve been fighting a battle with Bellway homes for some time and they have been no help whatsoever to resolve a reoccurring blockage we’ve had for months. Alex came straight down the same day we made contact and identified the issue with the blockage. He showed us how we can sort it in the future ourselves should we need to so we don’t need to spend our hard earned money calling people out or spend hours on the phone chasing our home builders! He explained everything so we could understand and he was very friendly and polite. So glad we called him and I’d recommend him to anyone! Thank you very much Alex.

Alex did a fantastic job unblocking our toilet soil pipe, worked his socks off, in hot weather never stopped, didn't even stop for a drink. Absolute gentleman, arrived early, very polite and extremely reasonable. Thankyou very much Alex .Andy and Sally

I called Alex with a blocked drain and he came out to Driffield the same day..no call out fee! He was so friendly and knowledgeable we felt we were in a safe pair of hands. We’ve just moved in, Alex sorted out the drain no problem and flushed through the whole system for us. He gave us brilliant advice, we are so grateful. All the good reviews are totally ‘spot on’…if you have a drainage problem have no doubt that Alex is the only man you need to call.

5 stars for Alex at Spot On Drain Cleaning, their name says it all, Fast, Reliable, Go Above and Beyond,, Proper Grafters, I had 2 jobs in one day, one a big one so it ended up late on a night but nothing was too much trouble , I highly recommend Alex and His Team at Spot On Drain Cleaning Services 👍

Amazing service. Called up as I had blocked stack was at my house within half an hour and job done within an hour. Great friendly service great price would definitely recommend 👍

Really excellent service. I called Alex on Friday afternoon and he was here in Saturday morning. Quick, professional, very friendly, and fixed a drainage issue that we absolutely could not do ourselves. I cannot recommend him enough!

Fantastic service. Quick response, efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Alex was incredibly polite, efficient and quick with very reasonable rates. Can't recommend Spot On Drains enough. Thank you very much Alex!

I called Alex to clear a blocked stack.. He arrived as promised and completed the work at an excellent price.. Great service and very professional. Thanks. Update June 2024: Called Alex again to assist with a blocked drain for my tenant.. came out very quickly and assessed the situation.. fabulous service as always !

Never thought I'd say this about a drain cleaning service, but genuinely the best customer service I've ever had for anything. Could not reccomend highly enough!

Alex was fantastic. He called us in the morning and organised a time that suited us, arrived on time and identified the issue quickly. Once the issue was resolved he ran extra checks to make sure everything was working as it should. He was super friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Alex from Spot On is amazing... he was a massive help to us with a large drainage issue at our house. Arrived within 2 hours of calling and was gone 2 hours later with the issue sorted. Pricing was very reasonable, and Alex was extremely friendly. The perfect example of how you would want any tradesman to be.. 1000% would use again!

I called Alex at lunchtime - went to voicemail but got a callback within minutes. I described the issue over the phone and he was able to schedule me in the same afternoon! Prices were informed in this initial call, based on an hourly rate. Alex gave a 15mins heads up call to say he was on his way and turned up promptly following, just as suggested in the initial call. Alex was very professional, courteous and polite through all calls and face to face interactions. He got to work on our blocked toilet drain, and explained what he was having to do to get the issue cleared. We had massive limescale buildup in out toilet soil stack due to the pipes not running down hill. Alex has all the best kit, and was able to show me the difference with his camera before and after. When Alex had finished he showed me nice clean pipes, just perfect! Payment taken by card machine on finishing the work and he made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. I would DEFINITELY recommend Spot On Drain Cleaning, and would use him again. Thank you for sorting my issue the same day! I was amazed at what a good job you did! Very happy!

I called Alex about two blocked drains (turned out to be three) said he could come first thing next day. Looked like a tough job but he got it done inside the hour. Very happy with the efficient service 5*

Absolutely brilliant service, after calling Alex his brother arrived within a few hours. He cleared the blocked drain within 20 mins. 5 star treatment and service

Super friendly, polite and efficient service! Called to let me know when he was going to arrive and was able to quickly assess my drains and let me know the main drain was blocked therefore would be unable to unblock my drains as it was a Yorkshire Water job. Cleaned my drain at the front of the house for free. Would absolutely recommend Spot On drain cleaning services!

Alex responded to my problem really quickly, in fact beat me back to the house and dealt with the issue promptly and with the upmost of professionalism, highly reccomended!

I cannot recommend Alex enough, he got the job done quickly and was really friendly and took the time to explain everything. He was responsive and visited us ASAP and fixed it I'm no time at all. Really reasonably priced too! Thanks so much Alex!

This company lives up to it's name; absolutely Spot On! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Alex came the same day and arrived on time. Very reasonably priced! Impressed with the service received and would highly recommend !!!

Alex came as soon as he could with camera and jet washer and within an hour saw the problem. His brother came first thing the next morning to repair the drain, it was all done within 4 hours. I found them polite, honest, hard working and reliable, with no extra hidden cost for the camera just an hourly rate to pay. also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them, they offer a great service.

Fantastic service, came to sort my drains out as soon as he could. He used the camera and there was limescale blocking to drain routes. Over 2 metres worth of limescale removed, drains no longer blocked. Very polite, professional and very reasonably priced Thank you for your help, very much appreciated 👍🏻

Called Alex at 08:30 and his brother was with me within the hour. Blockage identified, cleared and clean up carried out afterward to a high standard. Great service and lovely guys. Highly recommend them both.

Came the same day! Got the job done quickly and professionally! Lovely guy….. highly recommended

Alex attended our blocked toilet / quickly diagnosed an issue with external drains but within boundary and resolved. Excellent, efficient service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone 10/10*

Update to my previous post from March! An incredible service from a fantastic team of Alex and previously, his brother. My drain became blocked again, the evening before Christmas eve, the business had just closed but Alex took the call and saved the day by coming out to deal with the problem. I cannot rate the service highly enough, amazingly there is no call out fee, even at the weekend and the fee was so reasonable, I doubt anyone could beat them on price and service. Alex was so kind to do this, I cannot imagine what Christmas would have been like without him coming out specially! Alex loves his job - helping people! I’m so appreciative. Spot on is definitely top rated, vey impressed with their professionalism and so friendly. There is absolutely no need to look any further than Spot on if you need your drains clearing. Lots of advice about maintaining the drain too. Caroline, one very grateful and happy customer. Thank you so much - again! I highly rate Spot on! The problem was identified and dealt with very quickly, the drain was washed down and a camera used to check for any ongoing problems. Advice was given and gratefully received. Very polite, I can’t fault the service, I’m so grateful that the problem was sorted out so effectively. You are a great team. Thank you so much

We used Spot On Hull between Christmas and New Year. I read reviews for a couple other people and then came across Spot On.. I’m so glad I did! The service provided was quality, he was knowledgeable and efficient with great customer service. Came over quickly and was done within the hour. So friendly and nice. Already recommended to family and friends. Thank you for the work you do.

Excellent service provided, arrived promptly and resolved blocked drain quickly. Highly recommended

Alex from Spot on was fantastic. A lovely friendly guy. I called at 4pm on a dark rainy Friday night, he arrived at 5pm found the source of the blockage, cleared it with his machine and my drains have ran clear since. I'm very happy and recommend to anyone and everyone. I called my landlord on the Monday and said to keep his number as they should use him every time for all their properties 🙂

Super quick to attend and super thorough to clear my blocked toilet and remove limescale blockage in pipes. Greatest job that could have been done and cctv showed when finished. Very happy customer. RL. Hull

Fantastic service, prompt and very reasonably priced. They came, cleared and investigated the drain network at my property going above and beyond what I anticipated. Great job, great guys.

Second time 2 called Lord Alex and bish bash boom! In and out. So quick. So funny. Keep the whole place tidy and was earlier than expected. Not gonna lie this is the best service I’ve ever got with anything. Better than Amazon Prime. If Alex did weddings they’d be best in the world. God bless you and your linage!

Lovely guy, professional great service all around. Really recommend.

Another thumbs up for Alex of Spot-On drain services. Had him out today in Hull sorting out an issue that, if left, could have been very costly...With high pressure jetting, CCTV and other equipment he managed to get the drains up and running in about 40 mnutes. Great service and price.

Called around 9 am and was told someone could be here by 1pm due to other unblocking jobs. Got call back an hour later saying they could make it by 11. He put in a good 3 hours work trying to unblock external drain which kept reblocking once he'd cleared it. He ended up clearing it 4 times and left unhappy as he wasn't 100 percent sure it wouldn't block again later. Very professional, checked neighbours drains, cleared up bulk of waste from drains (including the waste that had already been washed up from drain in the few days prior to my contacting them). Would definitely recommend

Excellent service turned up within a couple hours very polite real good job and did a very good job cleaning the drain would highly recommend

Called Spot on to help with a blocked toilet, Alex attended in a couple of hours and did a very professional job, I'd definitely recommend him.

Called Alex at 9am in the morning, he was with me by 10 (think I got a little lucky with a cancellation). Blocked sink drain that had been giving me grief for two days was sorted rapidly. Great service, Alex super polite and professional, all for a very reasonable price. Excellent, will use again.

What a great guy. Arrived quickly. Sorted the problem(drain blocked by tree roots) reasonable price . Clean and efficient. Very happy with service highly recommend.

Alex is amazing and it's great to see how many 5 star reviews he has! He truly deserves them all. Each review says how professional, polite and dedicated he is. I really can't add anything else that others haven't already said. He really is that good! We've used him for 3 different properties over the years and will always recommend him! Thanks for your help, Alex.

Many thanks Alex job well done 👍

Alex is one of the nicest and most professional trades we have ever dealt with. This is the second time he has done work for us. The other time was boxing day. He came out on a Sunday when my daughters drain backed up and flooded her bathroom and did not charge us silly rates either time. Would highly recommend Spot On.

Faultless service from Jurek. Showed up on time, completed the job within the time frame quoted and was really friendly and helpful even through the heavy rainfall!

Top class job, sorted out my blocked drain quickly and with no mess or fuss. Friendly and helpfull, I received a curtesy call to confirm arrival time. Set about the task with polished professionalism. Confirmed results with "in drain" camera. All on price, highly recommended.

Great guy, fast service and good price. Recommended

The company does exactly what it says on the advertisement absolutely spot-on very polite knowledgeable professional with All up-to-date equipment would highly recommend quality company to anybody absolutely spot on

Called yesterday as my drain outside has been blocked, we tried ourselves with no luck, he came today early, really nice guy I didn't speak to him my boyfriend did, he tried to unblock my drain and told us it was actually a Yorkshire water problem not ours didn't charge us even tho he came the next day and early too, plus he had been here a good 30 mins and still bo charge, shocked as usually I get a bill even if it can't be fixed, if you need someone like this call spot on 5*

What a genuine gem fellow. One of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Don't know who to call! Call him! No hidden costs. No jargon or wooly talk. Tells you straight up. We were struggling to find time in our diary, he worked around us and found a late evening slot same day without charging extra. Works efficiently, doesn't rush and ensures customer satisfaction. Cannot recommend enough. Especially in todays times hard to find a trades man like him. He is permanently in our books now if we ever need anyone or if anyone asks for a recommendation!

Turned up on time.👍 What a nice man totally professional. Ok there was a problem but he came back to rectify it within 4hrs. I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, quick turnaround to sort a blocked drain and good pricing. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Spot on Drain Cleaning Services on many occasions to unblock drains, baths, sinks and toilets in our rental houses in the Hull area. Alex does a great job, at a great price, arrives on time, an all round fantastic service. Highly recommended!

very fast and professional help, I recommend it !!

The man has just been and done the job quickly and efficiently, friendly service and came at short notice - very reasonable price too. If I could rate 6 stars I would.

Alex did a great job, real gentleman fast efficient it was a tricky job, and he sorted out and cleared up when finished👍

Rang Alex as our main drain was blocked, though he couldnt fit me in that day he was round first thing the next morning, which was a Sunday too. Sorted the issue within the hour. Very professional, polite and far cheaper than some of the bigger national companies had used in the past. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Alex!

I cannot praise the service provided by Alex enough. His work ethic, prompt attendance, courteous manner and fairness is nothing short of being exemplary. I used him for clearing a blocked chamber which created problems with all the kitchen domestic white goods just before Xmas. He attended the same day and it was all sorted within the hour. Immediately after Xmas i had a blocked chamber at the front of the house which he again attended promptly, cleared the problem and didnt charge me as he stated it was a water board problem and the blockage was with a next door neighbours drain which was connected. You simply rarely get tradesmen of this calibre and i shall not be using anyone else with any future such problems. Thank you Alex.

Excellent friendly service definitely recommend

Lovely fella. Very fast efficient service. Would definitely recommend, and definitely use services again if need in the future

You want meet a more honest person came to clear a blocked drain and told me that if I rang Yorkshire water that they would do the job for free but because he was here and he quoted me 55 pounds for the job I said go ahead and do the job how honest great job spot on with the name and spot on with the job

Alex arrived within two hours of our call, even checking if he could come earlier than the time agreed when we first spoke to him. He was very courteous and professional, cleaning up all the unavoidable mess. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use Alex again.

Alex sorted some tree roots blocking my drains very quickly. He had all of the right equipment, was very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. It was great to see someone that clearly knew what they were doing, had pride in their work and did it with a sm ile on his face. Would highly recommend 👌

I called Alex at 09:15 today due to a blocked drain and he was at my house 1 hour later! His service was top level and he is also very friendly. His prices are very reasonable and I will be sure to use him any times i have a blockage. I would recommend him to anybody. Top job and 5*

This Drain Cleaner Is Very Good At His Job. He Turned Up Perfectly On Time And Sorted The Problem Very Quickly And Very Cheeply Could Not Fault Him Would Definitely Use Him Again 👍.

Alex came very rapidly and did an excellent job. Will definitely use again.. top bloke

Alex arrived on the dot, took a quick look at the offending drain and went to work, after clearing out some roots the drain was clear and draining away perfectly, but he then explained he wanted to plunge the sinks and shower inside the house just to make sure everything was clear. Fantastic job, professional and friendly and very competitively priced. Highly recommend 👍

Spot on is its name and the service you get is spot on, I would recommend this company to any persons with drainage priblems. I rang in the morning with a problem and told he would be about one and a half hour and one hour later he rang to say he was on his way on arrival he assessed the problem and went to work using a camera the problem was found and cleared. Great service and full recommendation from me,

Called Alex in after reading reviews and his service and work were absolutely spot on. Got to the problem and had the job done quickly whilst we chattted. What a nice bloke too, easy going yet professional he even checked and cleared another drain in the garden whilst he was there. Really excellent price compared to other call outs and estimates I had too and work guaranteed. Highly recommend.

What a super, professional service! A very polite, respectful guy, who after inspection, stated that the problem with my drain was Yorkshire Water’s responsibility. I repeated offered to pay for his call out/inconvenience but Alex wouldn’t hear of it. Never seen so many 5 star reviews without feeling a little dubious but I can confirm he’s worth every single one! Definitely the only one to call for a first class, 5 star service!

Have an outside drain that blocks every month despite being jetted clear. Called Spot on Drain Cleaning Services and Alex was amazing. Found the cause of the issue, cleared quickly and was just an absolutely lovely guy. Great price too. Absolutely recommend!!

Quick, efficient, reliable, and affordable prices! Highly recommend Alex.

Alex was very easy to contact, and was able to come to my property within the hour. Highly professional and great price. Would use again and highly recommend

Polite, friendly, fast and effective. Couldnt ask for any more. Thanks Alex

Excellent service, very polite and arrived only two hours after I called. Very reasonably priced and efficient. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you 👍

Alex really is spot on. He's sorted our drainage problems twice over the last 4 years. Don't even think about using anyone else. A third time I called him, he looked at the blockage, and told us , call Yorkshire water, they will fix that for free Can't recomend Alex enough

Very quick service and friendly

I called late one evening and Alex was with me the next morning at exactly the time he said. It turns out that the blockage was more serious and the responsibility of Yorkshire Water. He did not even charge me. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service, would definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend Alex enough! He is extremely knowledgeable, clean, tidy and passionate about all aspects of his job! He came exactly at the time promised and talked me through the issue. I would recommend to anyone! He treats his customers with respect and values their custom. Thank you Alex, I will be letting everyone know about your great service!

This business is great value for money ...Alex is friendly and on time ...great at his job ...he worked together with the environmental health from the council ......others wanted to try to charge me hundreds of pounds for what he done today ...

Had a slow draining external sink on my drive, had tried chemicals first but should have called Alex first and saved the money and effort. Alex was at my house with in 2 hours of my call, arriving when he said he would. Very polite and straight on to the job, clearing the blockage that was 4 metres down in less than 30 minutes. Would 100% recommend for any drainage issues.

Only called this morning, booked an appointment for early afternoon, arrived when promised, very friendly and polite. Wouldn't take any money for his time as it was a Yorkshire Water problem. Highly recommend, a very honest tradesman.

Alex came to our house at 7pm to unblock a waste pipe. Explained clearly what he needed to do and why and how much it would cost. Was finished within the hour. Professional service and a very nice man. Cleaned and disinfected afterwards as well, can highly recommend this service!

There is NO ONE better. Honest. Professional. FIRST CLASS

Fast efficient service, will be my first call in any future problems.

Spot on attended to an urgent drain problem at the hospital where I work. He arrived on time and cleared the problem promptly and efficiently. Spot on are very well equipped with modern drain clearing technology and provided a very thorough and conscientious service.

Should be a 6th star for this guy.

Excellent service, contacted me when he was on his way. Did a great job and much cheaper than most of the other companies that I contacted. Would certainly recommend Alex.

Excellent, friendly service. Cannot fault the professionalism and efficiency of Alex.

Alex was great he turned up promptly and did a great job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Alex has helped us twice now over the last couple of years. I have had prices for 4 companies and Sopt on / Alex has been the best cheapest, please note this does not effect on the quality of the work done. Really honest genuine company. I would not use anyone else. Both visits on a weekend night and did not charge extra. One quote i had was double.

Alex came within 60-90 minutes of calling , just as he said . Extremely courteous and pleasant . Got on with the job immediately , no messing !!! . Gave good advice to deter future blockage , tidied up and discinfected the whole area on finishing . Very reasonable price , would use his service again and certainly recommend to others . Thank you Alex .

Alex is incredibly polite and professional. We had an issue with blocked drains in our area. Upon investigation, Alex actually pointed out that it was the responsibility of Yorkshire water and that they would do it free of charge. Not often you get a tradesman that would give up money to point you in the direction of someone to do it for free! However, I was happy for Alex to investigate himself as he had taken the time out of his day to attend. Unfortunately the problem was affecting the drains down the entire street and so Yorkshire water would have to do the job. Despite being out investigating for 45 mins Alex did not charge me a penny! (although I was happy to pay him for his time) Absolutely superb guy that I would recommend to anyone. Very rare to meet a tradesman with such integrity.

I was dubious about all 5 star reviews, but can confirm definitely 5 star service. Came same day, did all that was needed to clear toilet not draining properly turns out was caused by roots. Very happy 😃. Professional sign written van with lots of expensive tools just for the job. Will be my default person to call and recommend. No mess. A++

Great service, rang to tell me he was on his way. Quickly sussed out the problem and was done in less than an hour. Highly recommended 👍

Came out to us within 30 minutes. Alex is so professional and helpful. We would recommend Spot On Drain Cleaning Services to anyone! Thank you again.

Without doubt an all round customer focussed professional.Arrived on time plus call 30min prior to confirm. Quickly found blockage and sorted. Even cleared gullies at no extra charge. Great service Great price 100% satisfied.

We had to call Alex as I had been trying for three days to unblock our main drain and failed. He came when it suited us best and had it unblocked within half an hour. Not only were we happy with Alex's professionalism, but he is such a nice warm person and very reasonably priced. Thank you Spot On Drain Cleaning services! Highly recommended.

No need to look anywhere else! Contacted Alex who turned up within 60 minutes and completely sorted out my drain block. Professional and really friendly. Top man and top job! Highly recommend.

Contacted Alex about a drain that was backing up after a new extension was built using old pipework. Arrived promptly, sorted the issue no problem and gave good advice. No extra charges for camera or machinery work like other companies. Amazing price. Don't look anywhere else. Very professional would definately recommend. Tracey.

Arrived within an hour and completed job within 30 minutes. Excellent service, And cheapest in Hull.

Sent an email to request a call back - explained the details and he called back to advise that it was the YW's responsibility. Thought I should write a review because it's not always easy to know which people are honest or trustworthy. He didn't compete any work but I hope this is a good indicator for any work that would be undertaken.

Turned up on time as promised. Polite, efficient and a reasonable price. Spot on sir. John thorngumbald.

Very polite, accomodating and hard working gentleman - unblocked my drain swiftly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

A very prompt, efficient and professional service from Alex. He was honest enough to tell me that I was entitled to get the work done for free by the water company but I asked him to sort my problem out anyway. Great value pricing structure, friendly service and clear explanation about the problem. Couldn't fault him and would not hesitate in using him again. Do not hesitate in contacting Alex should you be unfortunate enough to need his services.

A true professional. Alex came round within an hour of calling him and had the job done within an hour. Very polite and very happy with the service. Highly recommended 👍

Fantastic and courteous service from Alex, arrived bang on time and solved the issues well within first hour. Cannot fault

Excellent. Couldn't recommend more. Friendly, professional and thorough. His attitude to his work is nothing short of excellent.! 10/10

Brilliant service. Quick to arrive and very friendly. Could not recommended more! Will certainly be calling Alex again in the future if we need him.

Alex was friendly, professional and efficient. He went above and beyond what was needed and we were so pleased with how he carried out the job. I would definitely recommend his services to my family and friends! 5/5 👍

called this morning about a blocked drain at my mothers house. said he would be round about 4.30. arrived just before 3.00 and had problem sorted within 45 minutes at very reasonable price. my mother said he was a very pleasant gentleman and would highly recommend him.

I can’t recommend Alex enough. Called this morning with a totally blocked toilet. He came exactly when he said he would and completed the job within an hour. This included clearing the initial blockage, putting a camera down which showed another object that needed clearing, removing the toilet, retrieving the object (a toy!), putting it all back together again and cleaning everything up. He’s such a nice guy too and the price was excellent. I’ll never use anyone else in the future!

Alex's business name sums it all up. He's spot -on. Punctual, professional, efficient, friendly, and all at a good price. Came to my house bang on time, saw the problem and conquered in minutes. Brilliant.

Called Alex after reading reviews he arranged a time, called to say on his way came and did the job in minutes, a true professional and a nice guy to add. Would give him 6 stars if possible top guy excellent customer service.

I needed someone quiet short notice and i read some reviews on google and found this business, I had a blocked drain and because its my business i needed someone urgently to solve the problem. Alex told me he would arrive at 2 and he stuck to his word and was here on time so i could prepare for his arrival as my shop was open. with other businesses i have used punctuality was always an issue but not for Alex which is much appreciated. The problem which i thought would take hours to solve literally took less then an hour, not only that but he told me he would email me some alternative solutions if the problem consisted and he did so immediately. He was also very polite when he approached my shop which was lovely, its very rare to get good customer services nowadays so it was a nice change. Not only would i recommend Alex to do the work but i would definitely use him again and again, as his services were brilliant and the prices were very reasonable, also a lot cheaper then i thought. Thank you again.

21/01/2019 Contacted Alex. He arrived within 90 mins which was great. He got to work in his friendly manner and within an hour my nasty drain problem was sorted. He cleared the drain, then he used his array of gadgets twice more just to make sure. And afterwards he cleared up the mess wonderfully. A nice guy, friendly, chatty, but thoroughly professional. And he's inexpensive too. Really happy with Alex and would thoroughly recommend him. Spot on.

Alex is a star! I rang him at 16.30 on Monday and he offered to be there by 17.00. We arranged for a Tuesday morning visit to clear my blocked drain ( which turned out to be a bigger job than expected). He arrived promptly and I immediately warmed to him. Very personable, polite and he never stopped smiling, clearly he loves his job. The drain is now fully cleared and Alex also gave me some good advice on a related issue. The charges for the work were more than reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alex.

Absolute hero, called him on New year's Day for a drain blockage and even with a higher price for a bank holiday, he was cheaper than anyone else. He was very polite, professional and was committed to clearing the blockage and then cleaning any limescale from the drains to leave it the clearest it's probably been in years .Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if unfortunate enough to need to.

Excellent, prompt, professional, courteous, polite, reasonably priced service. I would highly recommend.

Alex came within 1hour of my call. We had severe back up of our drains and he cleared the problem quickly and efficiently. This is a superb service from the most pleasant and helpful professional. Thoroughly recommend Spot On!

Great and very professional service , highly recommended SPOT ON !!

Great service from Alex. Called at 10.30 on a SATURDAY and he arrived dead on 1.00, when he said he would be there. Unblocked the drain in 5 minutes and even gave me tips on how to fix my sticking front door. Top job.

Made appointment for 10 am, arrived at 9.59, good start, spent 3 hours trying to rectify the problem in the rain but couldn’t through no fault of his own, can’t fault his attitude, work ethic and manners. He then said he didn’t want paying because he hadn’t done the job 😳😳 but I insisted on paying . I would highly recommend Alex, there should be more like him 👍

Great service from Alex this morning rang him at 9am he arrived at 10 fixed the job so professional and great price

I phoned Friday morning to ask if he would be able to visit at lunchtime to clear blocked drains. He arrived on time and set to work clearing the blockage and removing offending roots which caused the blockage. Very polite, and reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Right from the first smile and reassuringly firm handshake Alex was fantastic. He came within the hour even though it was 430pm already and he managed to sort a blocked toilet problem that we had had reoccurring since July. Another company has had several visits and many hours work to sort it and Alex did it in 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Alex did a great job, arrived early cleared the blocked drain and checked another one that wasnt causing a problem Great service at a great price well recommended

Brilliant! I cannot praise Alex highly enough. He arrived on time diagnosed and solved the problem which a previous plumber and drain cleaning firm had been unable to do and was the complete professional. Smartly dressed, polite, friendly, courteous, highly knowledgeable and very quick and efficient, plus he did everything with a smile and was very reasonable! If you have a drainage problem call Alex you will not be disappointed.

Superb, fast and very efficient at an excellent price. Would not hesitate to use again. First choice and highly recommended. Alex is a top guy who loves what he does and takes pride in doing a great job. Spot On did the job at a time that suited us and even though it involved more work than expected, they went above and beyond at no extra cost to get the job done. Perfect!

Just had the pleasure of using this service to unblock a sewage pipe problem that surfaced quite suddenly. Very friendly service, arrived very quickly, in the evening on Christmas Eve no less, and solved the problem and even went the extra mile to clean out 2 gulleys that were not yet causing trouble but were building up anyway. Very fair price too despite the conditions, and the normal rate he told me about for usual hours was also very good. Would definitely use again if I needed to, got a very good clean out of it.

Very polite and friendly person. Arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

Arrived when he said he would and unblocked drains that I'd had trouble with. The reviews are very positive for a reason - he's a lovely guy that does a great job and he doesn't overcharge.

Very polite and able to attend at short notice with competitive and clear pricing policy

Helped unblock a stench pipe at our cafe today. Arrived on time very professional and very polite. Great value, absolutely no point getting your hands dirty. Would recommend and will use again thank you .

Top service by a top guy. Very polite and friendly, and did a great job - drains cleared in under an hour. Don't bother going to the big name drain cleaning companies, you'll just pay twice as much for half the service.

Very impressed. Alex worked really hard to solve a long standing problem with the drainage from our kitchen, a problem which had been misdiagnosed previously by a large, well known company that shall be nameless! I can recommend Alex wholeheartedly. Hardworking, honest and a pleasure to do business with.

The best in Hull .... Well Done good job today many thanks .....

Professional work. I recommend to all 5 plus!

Excellent service. Alex is polite and very thorough with his work, also well priced. Highly recommended.

Top service, came out imediately and sorted the problem. Reasonably priced. Many thanks and sorry for late payment. Would recommend. (Graham)

Alex was swift in his response to my telephone call of a blocked kitchen sink. He arrived within an hour as planned. He introduced himself and was very pleasant and courteous. He was respectful of my property, placing covers on his shoes. All his equipment appeared clean and well maintained and his price was very reasonable. He even cleaned the outer drain without charge. Thank you . Would highly recommend.

I dont usually leave reviews, but this guy deserves more than 5 stars for his honesty and pleasantness. He even put shoe covers on to enter the house!

Fast, friendly, efficient and very affordable. It took exactly an hour from me calling him to getting the job done. This was 9:30pm! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Used this company twice for my food business. Outstanding prompt service, friendly and great value.

A very quick and thorough job, and it was even done with a smile! The price was very reasonable and I'll be using again 😊

Amazing service! Alex came when he said he would and did the job for the price he quoted. Rare to find decent and honest guys these days. Will be using Alex for all our drain needs from now on, thank you.

Honest, reliabIe and great prices! I got in touch with this company after reading a couple of reviews from Google. I had a blocked drain in the rear garden which produced large amounts of surface water. The person that dealt with this was Aleks- He did a fantastic job and was extremely flexible and accomadating. The price was quoted honestly from the start and was extremely good. If I'm faced with similar problems In the future I will defiantly use this company again.

A great service. Arrived on time, was clear about costs in advance of starting work and talked through what he was doing. Drain cleared quickly. Offered to return free of charge within a week if problem returned...it didn't. A friendly reliable service. Call this guy and not dynorod as he is far better value for money.
