I can’t recommend Aleksander at Spot On Drain Cleaning Services enough. After I called, he arrived incredibly quickly and was friendly, professional and really easy to chat to from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave some really helpful advice and quickly got to the bottom of what was causing the issue. It turned out the blockage wasn’t actually on my property and was the responsibility of Yorkshire Water. Even though the problem wasn’t mine to fix, Aleksander still carried out the investigation and was kind enough to offer a discounted call-out rate because of the situation, which was hugely appreciated. Thanks to his help, I now have the information I need to take the issue back to Yorkshire Water and hopefully recover the call-out cost as the fault appears to be on their network. Fantastic service, honest advice and a genuinely nice guy. If I ever have any drainage issues in the future, he’ll be the first person I call.

Alex was busy so he got his brother to come around in less than 30 mins. My stubborn blocked kitchen drain was no issue for him. Cleaned fully and running clear now. Highly recommended

After a very thorough examination with a camera he cleared our drains and even checked one of our toilets and cleared a limescale build up for no extra charge. Alex came out to unblock my toilet and was brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. After the initial visit the issue came back, and without any hesitation he returned the next day, put a camera down the pipe again and found that limescale further down was causing the problem. He went and got the proper equipment to fix it properly and didn’t charge me for coming back out. Really appreciated how honest, thorough and reliable he was throughout. The toilet is now flushing perfectly again. Would definitely recommend Alex to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

Used Spot On after two other attempts to clear a blockage that prevented the bath and sink draining away had failed. Alex turned up bang on time and was really polite and friendly, taking great care not to cause a mess. He got into the tight spaces using a variety of tools and cameras. I have used Alex on a number of properties. He is punctual, polite, and always has a smile. I can’t recommend Alex (Spot on drain cleaning) enough, our stench pipe was blocked, straight away confirmed it was limescale that had caused the issue and cleared it no problem, even clearing the pipe further up of the limescale build up. The price was more than reasonable, he cleared everything away and made sure everything was clean before leaving, I highly highly recommend him.

We’ve been fighting a battle with Bellway homes for some time and they have been no help whatsoever to resolve a reoccurring blockage we’ve had for months. Alex came straight down the same day we made contact and identified the issue with the blockage. Never thought I'd say this about a drain cleaning service, but genuinely the best customer service I've ever had for anything. Could not reccomend highly enough!

Alex was fantastic. He called us in the morning and organised a time that suited us, arrived on time and identified the issue quickly. Once the issue was resolved he ran extra checks to make sure everything was working as it should. He was super friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for anyone better!

I called Alex at lunchtime - went to voicemail but got a callback within minutes. I described the issue over the phone and he was able to schedule me in the same afternoon! Prices were informed in this initial call, based on an hourly rate. Alex gave a 15mins heads up call to say he was on his way and turned up promptly following, just as suggested in the initial call. He got to work on our blocked toilet drain, and explained what he was having to do to get the issue cleared. When Alex had finished he showed me nice clean pipes, just perfect! Payment taken by card machine on finishing the work and he made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. Alex came as soon as he could with camera and jet washer and within an hour saw the problem. His brother came first thing the next morning to repair the drain, it was all done within 4 hours. I found them polite, honest, hard working and reliable, with no extra hidden cost for the camera just an hourly rate to pay. also very reasonably priced. Update to my previous post from March! An incredible service from a fantastic team of Alex and previously, his brother. My drain became blocked again, the evening before Christmas eve, the business had just closed but Alex took the call and saved the day by coming out to deal with the problem. I cannot rate the service highly enough, amazingly there is no call out fee, even at the weekend and the fee was so reasonable, I doubt anyone could beat them on price and service. Alex was so kind to do this, I cannot imagine what Christmas would have been like without him coming out specially! Alex loves his job - helping people! I’m so appreciative. Spot on is definitely top rated, vey impressed with their professionalism and so friendly. There is absolutely no need to look any further than Spot on if you need your drains clearing. I called at 4pm on a dark rainy Friday night, he arrived at 5pm found the source of the blockage, cleared it with his machine and my drains have ran clear since. Another thumbs up for Alex of Spot-On drain services. Had him out today in Hull sorting out an issue that, if left, could have been very costly...With high pressure jetting, CCTV and other equipment he managed to get the drains up and running in about 40 mnutes. Great service and price.

Called around 9 am and was told someone could be here by 1pm due to other unblocking jobs. Got call back an hour later saying they could make it by 11. He put in a good 3 hours work trying to unblock external drain which kept reblocking once he'd cleared it. He ended up clearing it 4 times and left unhappy as he wasn't 100 percent sure it wouldn't block again later. Very professional, checked neighbours drains, cleared up bulk of waste from drains (including the waste that had already been washed up from drain in the few days prior to my contacting them). Would definitely recommend

Called Alex after reading the reviews after the previous 'specialist' failed to find or fix the issue of a blocked sewage pipe under the house causing an horrendous smell in our house. Jurek arrived smack on time and 20 minutes later problem solved. He then made sure he checked all the other drains during the hour. Called yesterday as my drain outside has been blocked, we tried ourselves with no luck, he came today early, really nice guy I didn't speak to him my boyfriend did, he tried to unblock my drain and told us it was actually a Yorkshire water problem not ours didn't charge us even tho he came the next day and early too, plus he had been here a good 30 mins and still bo charge, shocked as usually I get a bill even if it can't be fixed, if you need someone like this call spot on 5*

I cannot praise the service provided by Alex enough. His work ethic, prompt attendance, courteous manner and fairness is nothing short of being exemplary. I used him for clearing a blocked chamber which created problems with all the kitchen domestic white goods just before Xmas. He attended the same day and it was all sorted within the hour. Immediately after Xmas i had a blocked chamber at the front of the house which he again attended promptly, cleared the problem and didnt charge me as he stated it was a water board problem and the blockage was with a next door neighbours drain which was connected. Alex is incredibly polite and professional. We had an issue with blocked drains in our area. Upon investigation, Alex actually pointed out that it was the responsibility of Yorkshire water and that they would do it free of charge. Not often you get a tradesman that would give up money to point you in the direction of someone to do it for free! However, I was happy for Alex to investigate himself as he had taken the time out of his day to attend. Unfortunately the problem was affecting the drains down the entire street and so Yorkshire water would have to do the job. Despite being out investigating for 45 mins Alex did not charge me a penny! (although I was happy to pay him for his time) Absolutely superb guy that I would recommend to anyone. Very rare to meet a tradesman with such integrity.

called this morning about a blocked drain at my mothers house. said he would be round about 4.30. arrived just before 3.00 and had problem sorted within 45 minutes at very reasonable price. my mother said he was a very pleasant gentleman and would highly recommend him.

I can’t recommend Alex enough. Called this morning with a totally blocked toilet. He came exactly when he said he would and completed the job within an hour. This included clearing the initial blockage, putting a camera down which showed another object that needed clearing, removing the toilet, retrieving the object (a toy!), putting it all back together again and cleaning everything up. He’s such a nice guy too and the price was excellent. I’ll never use anyone else in the future!

I needed someone quiet short notice and i read some reviews on google and found this business, I had a blocked drain and because its my business i needed someone urgently to solve the problem. Alex told me he would arrive at 2 and he stuck to his word and was here on time so i could prepare for his arrival as my shop was open. with other businesses i have used punctuality was always an issue but not for Alex which is much appreciated. The problem which i thought would take hours to solve literally took less then an hour, not only that but he told me he would email me some alternative solutions if the problem consisted and he did so immediately. He was also very polite when he approached my shop which was lovely, its very rare to get good customer services nowadays so it was a nice change. 21/01/2019 Contacted Alex. He arrived within 90 mins which was great. He got to work in his friendly manner and within an hour my nasty drain problem was sorted. He cleared the drain, then he used his array of gadgets twice more just to make sure. And afterwards he cleared up the mess wonderfully. A nice guy, friendly, chatty, but thoroughly professional. And he's inexpensive too. Really happy with Alex and would thoroughly recommend him. Spot on.

We arranged for a Tuesday morning visit to clear my blocked drain ( which turned out to be a bigger job than expected). He arrived promptly and I immediately warmed to him. Very personable, polite and he never stopped smiling, clearly he loves his job. The drain is now fully cleared and Alex also gave me some good advice on a related issue. The charges for the work were more than reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alex.

Absolute hero, called him on New year's Day for a drain blockage and even with a higher price for a bank holiday, he was cheaper than anyone else. He was very polite, professional and was committed to clearing the blockage and then cleaning any limescale from the drains to leave it the clearest it's probably been in years .Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if unfortunate enough to need to.

Great service from Alex. Called at 10.30 on a SATURDAY and he arrived dead on 1.00, when he said he would be there. Unblocked the drain in 5 minutes and even gave me tips on how to fix my sticking front door. Top job.

Made appointment for 10 am, arrived at 9.59, good start, spent 3 hours trying to rectify the problem in the rain but couldn’t through no fault of his own, can’t fault his attitude, work ethic and manners. He then said he didn’t want paying because he hadn’t done the job 😳😳 but I insisted on paying . I would highly recommend Alex, there should be more like him 👍

I phoned Friday morning to ask if he would be able to visit at lunchtime to clear blocked drains. He arrived on time and set to work clearing the blockage and removing offending roots which caused the blockage. Very polite, and reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Right from the first smile and reassuringly firm handshake Alex was fantastic. He came within the hour even though it was 430pm already and he managed to sort a blocked toilet problem that we had had reoccurring since July. Another company has had several visits and many hours work to sort it and Alex did it in 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

He arrived on time diagnosed and solved the problem which a previous plumber and drain cleaning firm had been unable to do and was the complete professional. Smartly dressed, polite, friendly, courteous, highly knowledgeable and very quick and efficient, plus he did everything with a smile and was very reasonable! Just had the pleasure of using this service to unblock a sewage pipe problem that surfaced quite suddenly. Very friendly service, arrived very quickly, in the evening on Christmas Eve no less, and solved the problem and even went the extra mile to clean out 2 gulleys that were not yet causing trouble but were building up anyway. Very fair price too despite the conditions, and the normal rate he told me about for usual hours was also very good. Would definitely use again if I needed to, got a very good clean out of it.

Top service by a top guy. Very polite and friendly, and did a great job - drains cleared in under an hour. Don't bother going to the big name drain cleaning companies, you'll just pay twice as much for half the service.

Alex was swift in his response to my telephone call of a blocked kitchen sink. He arrived within an hour as planned. He introduced himself and was very pleasant and courteous. He was respectful of my property, placing covers on his shoes. All his equipment appeared clean and well maintained and his price was very reasonable. He even cleaned the outer drain without charge. Great guy, great service, great price. You cant ask for much more really and I would use him everyday of the week. Had a couple of issues with the kids blocking up the drains and then the kitchen drain backing up with grease. Came out the same day each time, arrived when he said he would and got the job done.

Honest, reliabIe and great prices! I got in touch with this company after reading a couple of reviews from Google. I had a blocked drain in the rear garden which produced large amounts of surface water. The person that dealt with this was Aleks- He did a fantastic job and was extremely flexible and accomadating. The price was quoted honestly from the start and was extremely good. If I'm faced with similar problems In the future I will defiantly use this company again.

Offered to return free of charge within a week if problem returned...it didn't. A friendly reliable service. Call this guy and not dynorod as he is far better value for money.
