Could not fault the service at all. Was recommended them by a friend as we had a smell coming from the drains in our garden. I contacted them on the 7th August via WhatsApp. Very quick response and appointment made for 9am the following morning. When he arrived, he was polite and professional. I explained the situation and he gave me options, prices and recommendations. We decided to have the drained jet washed out. I was really impressed by the efficiency and respect and the overall job. I will be fully recommending them in the future! Thanks again!

They arrived exactly when they said they would, quickly found the issue, and had my drains cleared in no time. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to explain everything to me. They left everything spotless afterwards, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work they carried out. It’s so refreshing to find a company that’s reliable, honest, and genuinely cares about its customers. If you’re looking for a drainage company that goes above and beyond, this is the one to call. He went above and beyond to find and solve the problem was with me for 3hrs, I'm so happy he didn't just give up on the situation that needed high skill levels to solve. Hard worker, does the job and reliable too Thanks Kevin!! From one very happy customer :) Emerald

We have a drain that smells! They was able to attend in under 2 hours of my call (non emergency) he quoted me a price on the phone and that what he charged no attempts to up sell, explain the likely issue and conduct the service professionally. A1 service and a real nice chap.

Brilliant service, quick and efficient, l would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again in the future.

Really pleased with the work Kevin done, really efficient, would recommend him and great customer service

My hero!! Had the awful nightmare of flushed toilet contents into my bath tub!! 🤢 But called Kevin and he cleared it under an hour from arriving. Not only that but he used a special dye which he put down my toilet and bath and then showed me them going through the drains and pipes right through to the drain at the front of my property which then feeds into the main sewer. Very happy with the service, and a friendly chap, very understanding and polite. Hopefully this will clear them for a while now. Highly recommend Kevin if you want a decent local chap not a contractor for the big guns who charge you the earth.

Perfect service came within and hour and sorted the problem. Kev was very helpful and polite.

Was very polite and was very good at communicating what Kevin would do and turned up early which was nice and was very professional

Excellent customer service. The drainage was cleared within a couple of hours of my call. Kevin sent photos and video. The pathway which was a complete mess when he arrived has been cleared and cleaned. Highly recommended if you are looking for a professional job at a good price.

Absolutely amazing service. We phoned the guy on Sunday, hoping he can come in next few days, but he was at our property in 20mins. We didn’t realise how bad the blockage in outside drains was, was up to the lids, if we knew how bad it is, we wouldn’t even try ourselves with multiple unblocking solutions.. Anyway, he is a very professional guy, knew what he was doing, worked fast and efficiently. Unclogged everything in less than an hour. Very reasonable price as well. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. We saved the number and would recommend for anyone in similar situation.

Kev was amazing, came next day to unblock an outside drain (after I called evening before), no emergency call out charge and was done in half hour. Will defo use his services again!

Shotley peninsula, second time we've had them round. Wouldn't have had them round again if they didn't know what they were doing. They did. Very reasonable prices too, better than your national companies. I always prefer the small/independent traders, their reputation is their life-blood, not just a job. Oh yeah, and he's a nice bloke

Excellent service. Very reliable 👏 I would highly recommend.

Needed a 40 year old 15 meter 4" sewerage drain cleaned out as a precaution. Drain had only ever been used as a washing machine waste and so had silted up over its lifetime. Price was received before attendance. Arrived within an hour as was local. Drain pressure cleaned and tested. Fast, clean, tidy and professional. Perfect service. Business card now in my file.

Friendly and fast service

Awesome job, came out super quick for blocked drains (on a weekend), great guy, great work, and a very reasonable price, will definitely use again in the future

Highly recommend Kevin as someone who is genuine, efficient and not trying to rip you off! He came over the day after I first contacted him about an ongoing drainage smell we have had - he jet washed the drains and also ran a camera through them to find our issue and advise best next steps. This followed on from other drainage companies we’ve had in the past who have told us incorrect information and left us with the ongoing problem. Will be sure to contact Kevin again in the future.

One of the nicest professional people I've ever met. Got another company out twice prior and cost a fortune and blockage came back two days later. Kevin turned up within the hour started work straight away found problem sorted tested then for good measure put a camera down the pipeline and showed me and explained everything. Absolutely second to none. I would also mention I can't see you finding a better quote anywhere. I'm not one for doing reviews but this company deserves every word. Thank you Kevin

Kevin was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and prices very reasonable. Came out early on a Sunday morning found the issue and confirmed what I need to do next including a written report I can share with insurance to get next steps sorted. We’ve had reoccurring drain issues in our new build and stumbled across Clean Drainage Facilities from a Facebook recommendation - simply the best service we’ve received so far from any of the companies we have used for drain unblocking. Kev came out to survey our soak away system ahead of some planned building work. He was prompt, thorough and worked in the pouring rain! Good communications. Would highly recommend

Definitely a five star company , job completed within 3 hours of ringing for assistance to clear blocked main sewage outlet . Great outfit , polished red van , top dollar equipment .Thanks Kevin .

Brilliant service from Kev-called at 10.00 and he was on site at 12.00 and cleared the problem with no fuss. One to be recommended for sure!!

Just had Kevin out to unblock my drains, I called him initially last night and he offered to come out straight away but I said it could wait until the next morning, he turned up dead on time and was very thorough, showed me what the issue was and ensured all the drains were clear before leaving. Also because he uses water jet washers as well as rods the drains were fully cleared as apposed to using just rods which can cause the blockage to impact further down the pipes. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone over the "big named companies".

I would recommend this company 100%. Kevin was polite, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable throughout. He was very clear on his pricing which was good value and there were no hidden costs.

I would highly recommend Kevin. He was friendly and professional. He managed to fix a tricky pipe block on the same day that I called him. Thanks Kevin.

Kevin came back as unfortunately problem returned. The next step was to put a camera in. He suggested calling water board (to save money) and told me exactly what and what not to say. It worked a treat. They unblocked it and put a camera in free of charge. Kevin saved me a lot of money and didn't charge me for return visit. Great guy, highly recommend. Thank you

First class work! Very highly recommended! Kev was on time. He worked hard, and did extra tasks for us. Very pleased we chose him.

Kevin was with us within 20 minutes of phoning him. Very professional and sorted the problem with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We’re so pleased we found Kevin! A month ago, we managed to temporarily clear a blockage ourselves thanks to some DIY TikTok hacks, but the issue returned — this time our bathtub wouldn’t drain at all. After posting on the Clacton Community Hub Facebook page, someone recommended Kevin, and we’re so glad they did. He came out within two hours on a Saturday, which was amazing service! Not only did he clear the blockage, but he also improved the water flow so it now drains as quickly as our downstairs sink. Kevin really went above and beyond — we’ll definitely be recommending him to others. Thank you, Kevin!

Had blocked drain this morning Kevin arrived within half an hour . Very nice guy. Done everything he could to try and sort it.

Kev came out from clean drainage facilities within the hour of me messaging him. He tried his absolute best to resolve the issue but unfortunately was defeated by a hidden man hole cover. He recommended me the best steps to take and was a very reasonable price we was charged. Would absolutely use again and recommend this company to anyone who needs there drains sorting!

Kevin just left after clearing our drains. Fantastic price and knowledge. Identified a long standing problem which explained why our drains were backing up so often, which bigger more expensive companies failed to do even with their cameras. Honest, professional and great price compared to all the other companies we've used in regards to this problem.

Really professional and thorough highly recommend

Extremely happy with my experience with Clean Drainage Facilities! Over the past 3 years I’ve had 5 different visits from various plumbing and drainage companies for a blocked bath, and this was finally rectified today by Kevin. Thank you so much!

Kevin is a diamond! After cleaning out our very blocked drain in the back garden last week (thanks to the previous owners for leaving that for us) there was an awful smell stuck in our bathroom, Kevin was on the other side via text with advice but after a week the smell had not gotten better. Our boilerman/plumber thought there were cracked pipes which would have meant tearing up our bedroom floor due to another drain being located inside. Before we did this my husband messaged Kevin last night who was straight on the phone with reassurance and managed to fit us in this morning to use his camera so the pipes could be checked. The pipes were crackless albeit strangely laid but Kevin was able to clear more from a different end and return to us this afternoon to check out the drain in our bedroom with his camera and clear even more. Our drains our sparkling, the smell is gone and I will not use anyone else going forward. Kevin will be recommended to my family in the area and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review. A decent and friendly man who has saved us a lot money and a lot of stress ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very helpful & found the cause of the problem. Would recommend

Fantastic service, helpful and friendly. Drains sorted, very satisfied customer!

Thanks so much to Kevin. He came to unblock our complicated waste system and even though it was a nightmare, he persevered until it was done, even having to go away and order more kit, then coming back to ensure success. He was really nice, friendly, helpful and responded really quickly. Absolutely brilliant service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. Thank god for people like him, doing that grim job with no complaints.

Kev at Clean Drainage Facilities is fantastic! He’s professional, reliable, and really knows his stuff. He quickly sorted out our drainage issue with great attention to detail and left everything spotless. Friendly service and fair pricing—highly recommend Kev for any drainage needs!"

I was very pleased with the quick response and the quality of service. My call to him was to obtain information, but he gave me an appointment for the same day. He investigated the problem, cleaned the drainage and repaired the sink. I'd highly recommend him. He was professional, efficient, and thorough, ensuring that everything was functioning perfectly before he left. Thank you!

We noticed a drain bubbling full of poo so I searched for a drain cleaning company C D F was the 3rd company I phoned the cheapest and it was one price rather than a call out fee then price on top. Turned up as said within the hour and got straight to work in less than an hour it was flushed and spotlessly clean. I can not recommend C D F enough. Hopefully I'll never need C D F but if I get another crappy job kev will be my first call with out a doubt

Called out and was literally here with in 20 mins and was very friendly and professional great service

Literally my saviour and a tradesman that cares about his clients and doesn't rip people off. Xmas day and he came and saved us even though he was with his family. This company is everything you want but never get. Thank you so much!
