I was let down by this companies unprofessional approach. On Friday we agreed a time and address for a site visit on the following Monday via phone and even confirmed again via text. I then made special arrangements with work so I could be available at the property. Then Monday morning 30 mins prior when I text again to confirm the eta, suddenly it was too far away and they couldn’t be bothered. No communication or updates, and if I had not text again to confirm they would just not have turned up without a word.
