They arrived and found the problem quickly with an underground camera which, by the way was interesting to watch. The repair will necessitate excavation work outside the house which is due to slight subsidence. All staff were professional and friendly. MDS were unable to complete this part of the job and recommended a firm approved by either South Staffs or Severn Trent. As a matter of interest MDS checked all other underground pipework and found a tree root coming into the sewer from nearby which at the moment posses no problem and is 9 metres from the house.

*WOULD NOT RECOMMEND* *AVOID* *DO NOT USE* called this company and asked for a pump engineer, a drainage engineer came out instead said he had no idea about pumps but said he had fixed it. A week later we had a garden full of sewerage, tried contacting them several times. Finally got hold of John, an extermely rude and unfriendly man who basically said it was not his problem!
Was meant to call before coming out never called and charged £90.00. Would not recommend this company absolute rip off.
Never used these guys in the end as they were fully booked out and needed a CCTV survey desperately to avoid a standstill onsite. After speaking with some other drain companies who were extremely rude, it was refreshing to be handed over to John by his receptionist. He took the time out to explain what would need doing and also looked on Google maps to try and advise where the manhole covers could possibly be and best options to move forward and keep things ticking over. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Midland Drainage Ltd in the future, thanks for the advice and keep up the good work. Rob
Have a friendly conversation these guys where with me inside a week. We used them for a CCTV check needed for an extension. Everything was explained and a full copy of the review was sent in a few days. Definitely recommended.
