Careful with delivery from these guys. They are liars and don’t deliver on the lead times promise. Order made next day delivery promised, chased two days later to be told its a manufacturing problem which is silly, if that’s true then it wouldn’t have been possible for next day delivery! They make apologies but this is worthless when you have people on site waiting for materials and they are unable to tell you when they will arrive. there is a cost to lies like this and some suppliers don’t seem to care, they just want to take your money based on false promises and forget about you. Unfortunately changes meant I had minimal time to place this order so be careful with these guys if you are in a similar situation. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

The website is easy to navigate, prices are competitive, and delivery is consistently quick and reliable. The drainage materials are good quality and everything arrives exactly as expected, which is really important for keeping our landscaping projects running smoothly. Customer service has also been helpful whenever we’ve had questions. A great supplier that we’re happy to continue using and recommending.

I am building a small extension to my house. As a DIY project I have used this company twice to supply drainage materials and UPVC facia / cladding materials. Their website is clear and easy to use with prices far below local suppliers for the same product and great delivery. One delivery was missing an item which was dealt with by a quick, friendly phone call. Loads of info on the website to help any DIY job. Would highly recommend them and I would use them again without question.
