Thank you so much for arranging for my blocked drains to be cleared. The response time was just over an hour. The engineer was really helpful. Cannot recommend Clear-flow Ltd enough. Will book this company for future issues!

These guys were contacted by our letting agent to sort our drain blockage which occurred on Christmas eve. I contacted the agency asap on the morning of the 27th. Clear-flow arrived by 2:30pm and busted the blockage promptly and even disinfected the areas surrounding the blocked drains which I really didn't expect but greatly appreciated. Top stuff and highly recommended.

Just used this company for a drain CCTV survey. They were easy to book with, turned up on time with a friendly/professional crew, got the job done thoroughly in a reasonable time and produced a report in the timescale promised. Costs were on a par with others offers and what would be expected for the job, so while I always wish to have paid less, I have no reasonable grounds to complain and was fairly charged. As such with having a good job done by people who were nice and friendly when dealing with, I have no grounds to give anything other than 5 stars.

At short notice and out of hours on a Sunday came and cleared our blocked drains etc. Turned out to be a large and tricky job. But the young man from Camborne (sorry didn't ask his name) was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Please pass on my thanks to him again. Happy customer. Would recommend.

Expected Wednesday and didn’t turn up promised they’d be here Thursday and didn’t turn up and no notification or apologies. Waited 3 weeks for this, absolutely disgusting keep a wide berth unreliable.

Contracted to clear drains, camera drains and cover them. 2 incredibly rude men turned up and refused to do all of the above. Was told to call them out every time the drains block.

Excellent customer service over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Notified Clearflow late afternoon that my drainage system was backing up. Someone came to investigate early the following morning and, by lunchtime, both septic tank and soak away had been cleared. At all times staff were friendly and professional.
