We are incredibly impressed with the prompt, professional and polite service from Drain Clear . The team provided a reassuring and rapid response to our request for help in flushing the somewhat complicated drainage system. In the past Simon has performed a camera survey of our old terracotta soakaway. We wouldn't go to any other firm for drainage problems and maintenance.
Excellent family-run business. Ran into an issue with my outside drain being clogged up with fat, grease and debris that built up over many years, tried contacting the larger companies like Dyno-rod and Metro-rod who couldn’t get to me for at least 3 to 4 days. Called this company and Lewis showed up within an hour and sorted out my problem, all for cheaper than what I was quoted by these other larger companies. Top job, kind, polite and efficient, looked after me and my home, highly recommend them!
Simon was with us literally within 1 minute of our phone call having just finished a job in the area. Our three manholes were totally blocked. He located the cause of the blockage (a root) and removed the same. He cleaned out the substantial blockage and left everything neat and tidy. A super efficient and friendly service.

Excellent and professional service. Swift response, said that they could provide someone quickly for our emergency and the van arrived about an hour later! Friday afternoon and desperate as we had a blockage leading to all loos being out of action. Other well known names could offer Tuesday response, which would have meant moving out. Absolutely amazing service on a Sunday. Came within a couple of hours from a severely blocked drain that was spewing waste into our garden. Drain was unblocked and all waste was cleaned up despite none of it being Drain Clears problem. Very professional and highly recommended.
Ted from Drain Clear called out to our business recently as we had a blockage in the pipe work in the cubicle toilets. We were more than happy with the communication from initial contact to then arranging a call out. The job was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Ted was very friendly and honest. Visited same day to clear a blocked septic tank feed pipe and used a camera to diagnose a drop in the pipe. Very thorough job clearing and cleaning the pipe and affected area. Fairly priced and would use again.
Major water drainage issue which caused the garage to flood. Simon was able to find with his CCTV that my underground down pipe water pipe was splintered. The piece of plastic was lodged further down the main line which caused the water to back up then flood. Once removed we've not had any issues since. 10/10 for his service.
