We contacted Izzy to carry out a CCTV survey after noticing that our rainwater pipe was causing a significant amount of water to run onto the brickwork. He quickly identified the issue and, in the process, uncovered several other problems that could have led to significant and costly damage further down the line. One of the issues he discovered was a manhole in our garden that had been hidden beneath materials and slate and, worryingly, didn’t have a safe cover. With a toddler running around, this was a safety concern and something we were incredibly grateful he spotted. Izzy was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely went above and beyond. He not only identified the problems but worked quickly to get everything rectified within just a few days. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and are very grateful for all his help. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Izzy to anyone, and although we hope we won’t need his services again anytime soon, we would definitely contact him if we ever needed help in the future! Thank you 😊
We had a leak in the corner of our kitchen, above which was a flat roof and a drain. We had 3 roofing companies out to quote for the job, but each cited a different issue regarding the roof. Instead, I contacted FlowClear to check the drain - he found the problem straight away, showed us, and immediately went out, got the part (a new drain section) and fitted it. All sorted in a few hours at a fraction of the cost we had been quoted. It's been torrential rain since and we've had no problems whatsoever & he has messaged to check the problem is definitely fixed. Would absolutely recommend.
Been having issues with slow drainage and foul smells coming from the garden, flow clear came round to investigate and noticed a damaged gully and severe blockages. New gully fitted and all the lines jetted out in the same day 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Brilliant service and a great price for clearing a blocked drain. 100% recommend
FlowClear installed our downstairs toilet and tap in time for Christmas. Very professional service and friendly. I definitely recommend their services. Many thanks 😊
very good gutter cleaning and fixed a long standing problem. Very helpful.
Edit: 2nd job Following on from the excellent service I had from Izzy, I employed Flowclear to I stall a downstairs toilet in my property. A tricky job involving groundworks to expose and connect into existing victorian drainage, breaking through a very thick wall, installing new pipework in my crawlspace and finally connect the toilet. The rewiring of the lights witch was also included. Izzy and his team worked hard to get the work done in time for Xmas and I'm thrilled with the quality, effort and price. I'll be getting Flowclear back in the spring to do the drainage repair and replacement in my garden. 1st job: I employed FlowClear to install an outside tap, core hole a wall for sink waste pipe and undertake a drainage condition survey. Izzy communicated well via messenger and was able to provide accurate estimates. Izzy arrived on time on the agreed date and undertook all the work (despite it being trickier than anticipated). Whist undertaking the work Izzy was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the work was undertaken to a professional level and left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state. I recommend ClearFlow Drainage Ltd to anyone who needs similar services

Had a bad smell coming from what appeared to be the drain outside. Izzy found the problem was actually in the bathroom, cleaned and disinfected quickly and efficiently. Smell has now gone, excellent work. Highly recommended
Had a blocked drain with the manhole overflowing with sewage, as the manhole was over 4 foot deep I knew it was serious!! I called flow clear who came within half an hour, they managed to get access to an inspection chamber down the line and did a camera survey to find the blockage. They then jetted the drain and cleared the blockage. This was all done within an hour even with cleaning the area and replacing all covers. I was so impressed with their professionalism and nothing is too much trouble attitude I thought I must leave a review so others can call on their services.
