I don’t normally leave reviews, but I am very happy to make an exception for Bentley Roofing and Building. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are a fantastic team — professional, reliable and excellent at following up and keeping us informed throughout the process. The team who worked on our roof were exceptional. They worked quickly and efficiently, were remarkably quiet and considerate — which is no small achievement when replacing roof tiles! — and left everything beautifully clean and tidy when they had finished. They also worked through some of the hottest days we have experienced in the UK, which made their hard work even more impressive. I would highly recommend Bentley Roofing and Building. Came round soon after reaching out on Check a Trade. Provided an honest assessment and gave a range of options, their costs and the expected added lifespan for the works. Prices were competitive (I was nearly ripped off by a roofer I'd used before) and the work was done a week after quotation and all within a day including an extra job noticed on the day.
Had this company over after a recommendation and was very impressed with how everything was handled. Genuinely didn’t have one complaint. A little bit pricier than over quotes but I feel the money was well spend. Professional and regimental from start to finish and would highly recommend.
Luke and his team recently carried out a complete new pitched roof on my property in Claygate, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole team was professional, hardworking, and took great pride in their work. Really happy with the work Bentley Roofing carried out for us. They were friendly, turned up when they said they would, and got the job done with no fuss. The workmanship is spot on and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but these guys were brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend this team. Ben and Riley provided a thorough initial drone assessment, which gave us a clear view of the roof’s condition. When more extensive issues were found, they were incredibly flexible, allowing us to pause works while we figured out a strategic plan. Ben was exceptionally responsive, taking late-night calls to talk through our concerns and process. On-site, Hursh led the team and was consistently helpful. The quality of the guttering and bay window felt-work is excellent. Professional, patient, and decent guys all round. 5 stars!

Our roof was in a bad way. The weather was awful and needed 2 clear days. We waited for these and Sunday was one of them days. Ben got his workers to cancel their plans so they the work could start. We are so grateful for this and the roof looks so nice. Woul definetly use them again and will recommend yhem 100%
I recently had a roof repair done by Bentley Roofing and building, who was referred to me by my neighbour. I was very impressed by their knowledge, as a woman they made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. As with most people getting a new roof is a big deal. I was extremely nervous, so did due diligence to select a roofing company I felt comfortable with and felt I could trust. From the word go Bentley roofing and building services put my mind at ease. With their state of the art roof inspection technology to their willingness to go through all the stages of construction thoroughly. When I received the quote I was pleasantly surprised. They started work on time and finished on time. They even had to correct some structural work on my dormer. Work they didn’t even charge me for! The quality of my new roof is excellent and several of my neighbors have commented on the quality of workmanship and materials. Bentley roofing &Building is an excellent roofing company and I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact I already have! Thank you Scott and Ben for a cracking job! 👍

So I got messed about by another roofer who told me that my Mum's roof needed replacing. I decided to get a second opinion and called Bentley Roofing and Building, who came around the next day! I didn't need a new roof, luckily, all it was thankfully some repairs which I thought was a reasonable price. Anyone wanting roofing u can say a big YES.
Turned up on time and did a great job. The flat roof had been leaking into the kitchen and they were quick to get over and fix the issue. They left the job clean and tidy, would highly recommend

I called in Bentley's to investigate and fix a leaking roof. They had scaffolding erected on the Sunday and on Monday uncovered the cause of the problems. By Tuesday evening everything was fixed! Very pleased with the result and impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended.
I would like to sincerely thank Bentley Roofing & Building for the work they’ve just carried out on my home to fix and replace my ridge tiles and replace all guttering. From my very first interaction with Ben and his team, I was impressed with their professionalism, ease of availability to complete the work around my own schedule, communication, honesty, politeness, and most importantly the final quote, which was extremely competitive from others I had received, especially as the level of work completed was of a very high quality. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or building services you need doing (big or small) on your own property, and I would have no hesitation using them again for any more jobs I have in the foreseeable future – 5+/5 stars!
This is the second job I've had from Ben and his brother and I can't fault their work. They are prompt, reliable and do a real professional job.
Sadly we had a very bad experience with this company. While they seemed very friendly the reality was very different. They didn't finish the job properly and kept saying they would come back and never did. Now a few months later after heavy rain we have three different areas of our roof which are causing damp. Although they seem hard working and friendly the quality of the work has not lasted In response to the owner: This is a genuine job that was carried out by Kirk at the end of last year - I have the receipts of payment if needed and have been chasing to sort this out for almost a year.
As far as a 5-star job goes, this business, and the men who are affiliated with it are in my opinion very well adept and go far beyond what I was expecting. I’m always sceptical when it comes to trusting people, especially when it comes to my home, and also when my money is concerned. I felt comfortable from the moment I spoke with these guys. I felt comfortable, and that I was in safe hands, so much so that I let them have a key to my home, so that they could gain access to the parts of the house that they needed to work on, without having to rely and/or wait around for me or my partner to let them in, or to lock up. I must admit that I have never before given access to my property to a tradesperson. But I got to know the team very well over the period in which they were working with me, and I had great trust in Ben especially, that I felt comfortable enough to do that. Even though they had the run of the house as it were, they were nevertheless respectful, insofar as they respected the street where I live, and did not start work at the crack of dawn, nor did they work into the depths of night so as to disturb my neighbours, something which I was paranoid and concerned about initially. In-fact, I believe that Bentley Roofing and Building have just been approached about taking on a job for a neighbour! Their work and the team are nothing short of 5 stars. Glad to have found this company, and the number is certainly a must-have in any call-list for work that needs doing.
I needed two roofs replaced, and Kirk, Ben and the team were brilliant. They respond quickly, their quotes are reasonable, they do the work rapidly and without fuss, and they clean up after themselves. What more could you want? Oh, and they're also good fun, easy to talk to, don't try to upsell tons more stuff and you feel in safe hands. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
We used Bentley Roofing and Build to replace our roof. Ben and Kirk were a pleasure to deal with - they were knowledgeable, quoted a very fair price and delivered on time to a high standard of quality. More importantly, they were corteous, reliable and responsive from start to finish and that is something that is hard to find these days. I just had some work completed by Bentley Roofing and Building and I am over the moon with the finish. Kirk and Ben seem to take charge and get the job done. They had a team of around 4 to 5 other workers who were also on site. They were all very polite and I was pleasantly surprised not to hear any bad language or shouting on the scaffolding which I experienced before when we had the outside redecorated. They deserve to be recognised as professionals as it’s hard to come by these days. I am a lady who lives on my own and I felt very comfortable at all times. I gave them keys to let them self in and I had no problem with this due to the professionalism from them. Mark who’s is the father should be extremely proud, if I had children who grew up like this I would be delighted.
Had a last minute roofing emergency that needed sorting out (patch repair on a rubber roof) which was fairly urgent due to impending rain and the lovely chaps from Bentley Roofing came by between their other jobs to sort it out for me as well as keeping in touch via Whatsapp to let me know updates about when they could visit. They were professional and friendly as well as being quick and efficient. Couldn't recommend them further!
