Contacted Rhondda Damp proofing as we discovered dry rot upstairs in my mams house. The surveyor was prompt to assess he was friendly and helpful in answering my queries. The estimate was quick and accurate as no extra monies was needed. They started work earlier than expected and it wasn’t for the bad weather would have finished earlier than anticipated. All of the men were friendly, polite, courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and kept me informed of everything that was happening. I was on speed text to Haydn as I was always on school run so had to be at mams when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with dry rot upstairs Thank you

Contacted Rhondda Damp Proof when I discovered two patches of rising damp in my basement kitchen, they attended and completed a survey which was returned, priced reasonably and quickly. The work was carried out by two lovely chaps that were really respectful of the property, they cleaned up as they went and kept me appraised on each day's completed work and what would be happening the following day. The work was completed to a high standard and I would not hesitate to contact RDP again in the future. Highly recommended

They wanted £50 to survey a small stone wall where a 90 year old woman was having rising damp. They said we won't give a quote or do anything unless you pay £50 for a survey first. Money grabbers with no sense of service.

The whole team was easy to communicate and work with, they did a really good job. I was not at the property and the sent me a lot of pictures throughout the work being done so I was fully up to speed on everything.

After the discovery of dry rot in our house we contacted RDP who promptly did an inspection. What we thought was a little problem turned out to be extensive work needed to both the kitchen and bathroom with new concrete flooring, new supporting RSJs, tanking to the rear wall and extensive dry rot treatment and damp proofing throughout those two rooms. RDP were fantastic, so reassuring every step of the way during what was an extremely stressful process. All works were carried out to an exceptional standard and the guys who came were always so friendly and sociable. Top rate company, would highly recommend!!!

Rhondda damp proofing Ltd , carried out a damp repair on my rear external wall. They provided a professional and responsive service, Completing the work to an extremely high standard, you couldn't tell the new render from the old and solved the issues with damp in the room. Have had a lot of work done at my property by Rhondda Damp and they were extremely helpful and work was done to a satisfactory standard. Very helpful throughout the whole process and very happy with the result.

They came to do the damp proofing and re plaster. They only hacked off some of the plaster not all of the affected area even though there was a clear crack in the affected area. When they did plaster, it was such a bad job that there were divots in the plaster and cracks. When they came back a second time to put right the job they do don't do the first time, they just plastered over all the previous work and didn't back of any of the old plaster which was blown. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had real issues with damp for years. They explained the process and completed the work with minimal fuss. I now have no damp issues. Would highly recommend to others.
