Pass & Co

Came round to do an estimate not got back to us. I'm trying to ringing but no answer, hay ho.

Had work done by these guys which failed in no time at all. 30 yr guarantee is laughable, didn't provide a certificate originally, charged 40 pounds for one afterwards and then made us jump through hoops and came up with various excuses as to why they wouldn't honour the guarantee. I suspect that these handful of 5 star reviews are from people within the company or friends and relatives. Have given up trying to get them to rectify their original shoddy work and gone elsewhere. ****** In response to the below, this is a genuine review and was never posted on Yell. It's easy to ask for further details and make out you're a helpful company on a public forum. Shame you weren't as keen to help out when I actually asked for it!!

I am very pleased with the damp proofing and replastering in my kitchen. Pass and Co have done a great job and the 30 year guarantee is very reassuring. Thank you.

All involved were highly professional, very friendly. Due to work and issues we had, we asked a lot of questions and even got them back a 2nd time to resurvey. We also had to cancel and rebook a number of times due to delays on our side due for the other issues and they were very understanding and nothing was a problem. Thank you for such a great job.
