Ok service and they came out quickly but was quoted for wrong issue so had wrong works done that needed to be sorted again afterwards. I did get reimbursed the majority of what I paid but still frustrating

Update: A County Court Judgement (CCJ) has now been issued which has not been paid. I would advise others to stay clear of this individual who cheats his customers. Would give a zero star if I could. My experience with MA Dampcure has been awful. Do not use. Charges extortionate amount for work. Rang Mike for simple drain repair. Should have really cost £375. Mike charged me £2350 for this. And justified it by saying that it was a lot of work. He does not return if any problems. Have been told that his address on google does not exist. Please be careful, he takes advantage.

Had our whole house damp proofing done by Mike and his team. We went on holiday for a week so they could just crack on, which I definitely suggest cause its a messy process! They had basically finished when we got back, just the skirting boards left to do which got done within a day or so and they look great. Mike was in contact with us throughout, which was fab, sending us videos of the house and updates.

Michael and the team was a pleasure to have at my house. The Problem is solved and my house is back to normal and damp free They did a really good job. It was well planned. Sorted out a damp problem for a family member and did a really good job. I think what makes a good tradesman/company is the way they sort out issues (inevitable in an old house ) and these guys came up trumps when there were a few unexpected niggles on the job. Plastering has been matched to the original really well and damp/wood rot issues that have been around for years have been resolved. Mike kept us up to date on a daily basis and was honest about timings and what to expect. Top job, thanks!

Had work done in two different houses and both are still suffering with effects of Damp. The guarantee and insurance is not worth a carrot. Can talk the talk but work is really poor.

I contacted Mike in regards to damp issues, he got back to me promptly and came and gave me a quote when it suited me. He was very professional and during the time work was being carried out & he gave me regular updates and ensured I was happy with everything. Definitely recommend

Workers broke an electric socket. Supposed to have fixed it but tried it the day after they finished and not working. Still not fixed despite numerous phone calls and follow up email. Did not put dust sheets down which has ruined carpet. Cigarette burn to window sill by worker. Said they would tipex over it! Did file it off in the end. Not had the guaruntee for the work despite phone calls and email. Infact not heard anything since he was paid.

Absolutely brilliant. We got let down by another company so contacted Mike. He was out the next day and the job completed the following week. They were cheaper and what an amazing job! My biggest worry was the mess but everything was done to keep that to a minimum. Great job, great guys! Outstanding 👍
