Do not use this company!! They carried out a job for me and the roof repairs they were meant to do all they did was tape parts of the roof and didn't do the work they said they would. They dumped materials in my estate. They were meant to replace the flu and all they did was tape over it. Not replaced the flashing on the velux window just added tape and had said they are would replace it. Broken tiles were glued back together. Just used the original led or second hand it wasn't replaced as they said it would be. I was charged £1,300 for this!! I went through checkatrader as I thought this would be safest. What a mistake! Avoid like the plague. I've phoned so many times and they keep hanging up and won't take my call.

Contacted JWC via check a trade and was asked to provide pictures for a damp issue which I did. I was then contacted via check a trade, text message and phone call from Billy to arrange a time to come and assess. A time and date was arranged but nobody turned up. I sent a text message to the number that had previously contacted me asking for a better idea of time and had zero response. Very disappointed.

Billy showed up quickly to quote for the work. He and his team completed the partial tanking of a small room, making good damaged woodwork and ensuring a plaster finish to a high standard. Four days straight through, leaving just a bit of painting for us to finish. They were unobtrusive, polite and worked tidily, cleaning up after themselves at the end. We would definitely use them again.

William (Billy) and his team did an exceptional job. My conservatory seems to have been a bit neglected in previous years and seemingly had a fair few problems, all of which meant the space was all kinds of damp. Billy was really transparent from the outset that he spotted several issues, and when he identified another once work had started, he explained the problem and suggested a solution. The team got everything done in two days, and were impeccably clean throughout (which is very different to experiences I've had in the past when I've had work done). Everything looks great, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend, and will definitely ask for their help in future.

I purchased a 97-year-old house Trusting the home report's claim of excellent flooring. However, after removing bouncy broken tiles and laminate flooring I discovered that beneath the surface, my floorboards were essentially dust and wood fiber in the bathroom, I later uncovered that the left side of my bathroom was missing a proper support joist. Freaking out that this was my worst nightmare I contacted several larger companies, only to encounter delays and hefty inspection fees before being able to get started. Enter Billy and his team. Not only did they tackle the flooring issue with expertise, but they also lent a helping hand with removing stubborn doors I was struggling with. Then his team even went above and beyond by assisting me in loading up a skip full of mess that was unrelated to their work. Billy and his crew were true professionals, Every one of them was likable and I can't recommend them highly enough. Billy offered a service that was affordable and deserving of every penny. He knew I was on a budget and came through. They made my nightmare go away, The entire experience was flawless and he made it stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. His entire team made me feel like they wanted to help. They never stopped for a minute. Thank you, Billy and team, for your outstanding and swift work! I am over the moon with it.

I called Billy looking for some advice regarding damp in my wall. He was very prompt and came to inspect it the same day. I was very pleased with the advice given and would highly recommend this company.

I can not praise this guy enuff for the work he has done above & beyond & would highly recommend william to do any job required nothing asked of him was a problem & was always very curtious also wouldn't hesitate to get him in the future for other jobs.

Very nice guy but left part of the job very badly done so much so I'm having to get plaster board fitted again by someone else When I spoke to William he was happy to pay for new plaster board and what the new guy was charging to fit it which was fine but it shouldn't have been left like that So wouldn't recommend him

Really pleased with William and the guys I’ve had dampness for a while now and had various company’s around in the past but they couldn’t stop me getting damp and moist on my walls . One thing I can guarantee William will stop your dampness these guys know what they’re doing . Will definitely recommend them . Thanks guys
