Paul James

Paul came to see us after another company quoted us 30k to rectify our damp issues. I rang and asked for a damp survey. He arrived within 30 minutes. He completed a survey and offered us honest advice. Charged nothing. Did not even want a drink of tea. A real honest trades man. Worth his weight in gold. The work he did recommend he did not even take on. Paul reassured us that there was no major works needed.

Paul James appeared like a knight in shining armour when I was desperate to get some damp proofing completed and Checkatrade had let me down big time. He gave me sound advice, a more than reasonable quote and was able to complete the job the same week. His workmanship is excellent and he tidied up afterwards! I would definitely recommend him.
