VGHL Ltd

VGHL Limited and Craig provided outstanding service from start to finish with my urgent Japanese knotweed survey and insurance-backed guarantee requirements for a pending property sale. Craig and his team acted quickly throughout, communicated clearly, and consistently went above and beyond. They patiently answered questions from both me and numerous residents in our apartment block, ensuring everyone understood the process and that everything progressed as efficiently as possible. What impressed me most was Craig's commitment to keeping things moving. He frequently responded to my urgent emails outside normal business hours, helped find practical solutions to speed up the process, and made sure everything stayed on track to meet some very tight deadlines. Without their professionalism and dedication, I'm genuinely not sure my property sale would have completed on time. Their expertise, responsiveness, and customer service were exceptional from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VGHL Limited to anyone needing a Japanese knotweed survey, management plan, or insurance-backed guarantee. Thank you again, Craig and the team, for everything you did to help make this happen.

A good service at a very good price. During the survey for the quote Craig was happy to answer questions and give advice regarding different options etc. The work was completed quickly and the area left tidy. We would definitely use this company again next time. Thank you!

Craig removed all our knotweed without fuss, with great communication and skill. I moved into a house and garden for which he was already managing a small knotweed problem. He kept on top of everything and soon got rid of the problem.

Craig was very diligent over the years in getting rid of our knotweed. I would certainly recommend.
