Ventil8ed Limited recently completed the damp-proofing work for our garage conversion, and the whole experience was excellent. From the first contact through to completion, Paul, Natalie and the team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Every stage of the process was explained clearly in plain English, which gave us real confidence in the work being carried out. When a few adjustments to the scope were needed along the way, nothing was too much trouble. The team were flexible, practical and clearly very experienced in what they do. The finished result has exceeded our expectations and the space is now dry, solid and ready for the next stage of the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ventil8ed to anyone dealing with damp issues in their property.

Had a major leak issue in our bay window which was swiftly investigated, issue identified and fixed! Paul and Natalie carried out a damp survey and made us aware of different aspects throughout the house which needed sorting but also their honest recommendations. I was told the work would be done in 2 days and it was completed in 2 days! I must also say they were incredibly tidy whilst working too. The cost was always very transparent with no surprises. Will 100% use again in the future and more than happy to recommend.

Absoloutely fantastic Service from Natalie and Paul , Can not fault them fixing my re-occuring damp problems. Natalie was amazing to deal with, kept me updated, made sure everything was followed up correctly and really did do her best to make sure everything was seen through to the end with great communication. Paul and his team were just as exceptional, clean , tidy, well mannered and totally professional. He made sure the job ran as smoothly and as quickly as possible all whilst keeping my house safe and putting everyone's mind to rest and keeping us updated every step of the way explaining what they were doing , why they were doing it and the benifets of doing so. Everyone expects good service if your paying for work to be done , but never did I think it would be as easy as dealing with Ventil8ed.

Ventil8ed visited my property this week at their agreed time and date Paul was very helpful. Not only did they diagnose a condensation problem he clearly explained why my property has got a condensation and what needs to be done to fix it!! Recently had my basement done and what can I say apart from from start to finish the guys were amazing, the main man Paul was very knowledgable and made it very easy to understand for us . They turned up on time every day and carried out the job and cleared the rubbish and left it spotless The team were great workers big shout out to Ben , what a great man and a hard worker . Highly recommend this company, they completed extensive works in my office and one of our residents rooms and everything was left immaculate everyday, they moved what needed to be moved each day and put everything back afterwards.The whole process was stress free and all workers were very polite and friendly.

I called Ventil8ed after discovering mould behind some wallpaper just after purchasing a house, Natalie was incredibly helpful on the phone and the communication regarding the appointment was excellent at all stages. Paul inspected and tested the problem area and was very thorough in his explanations and recommendations. Paul surveyed are damp related problem in our bungalow. He was thorough, professional and diagnosed the issue, explaining why it was not rising damp. He offered a straight forward cost free solution which saved us a lot of money! He was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful providing evidenced based feedback. Don't get ripped off by rogue "experts"- Paul is a qualified surveyor and we thoroughly recommend him!

I can't recommend Ventil8ed enough. Having Paul (a qualified damp surveyor) do a damp report saved us lots of money because we learned that our problem was condensation not rising damp as everyone else had told us. Since having double glazing installed we developed mould patches in the corners of some rooms. After a survey, the team installed a Nuaire whole house ventilation unit (PIV) with additional passive ventilation. Lovely people, great service, nice bit of kit and i'm confident our issues are solved. Thanks again.

I contacted Ventil8ed due to years of condensation upstairs. The damp surveyor came to my property and with there experience solved my problem with a PIV unit that was installed and vents in our built in wardrobes. Large areas of our 3 bedrooms and bathroom we're damaged due to the mould and condensation. They removed the mould and decorated two of our rooms to a very high standard which I was very happy with.
