Went in to get a vape to help me stop smoking but wasn't sure what device would be best or what pod but nicky and Darryl were very helpful and took the time to get me my device that suits me

Went into the vpz galashiels yesterday, i am 20 years old and was asked for Identification. i handed over my license as proof of age to a male worker, he proceeded to very ruffly scratch my ID then took it through the back to another college which i heard them laughing at it. he came back through told my my ID was a fake and he was keeping it and i was not having it back. i was late for work had to phone 101 head to the police station and get and officer to walk me to the shop to retrieve my id back. most humiliating experience my licence was in date and the staff were horrifically rude about the situation never even got an apology. if your under the age of 25 i would definitely avoid will not be back to the gala store

The service here is great, I’m a regular customer and am always greeted warmly. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I recently bought a new tank and the sales assistant took time to recommend the best replacement.

I use the gala shop on a regular basis. From liquids, to pods or coils, new vapes or the odd occasional disposable vape for a cheeky night out or festival they always have what I need. Also the staff are so friendly and helpful. Will continue to use.

Popped in here on Saturday 15th June. Asked for Solt nic salts. Girl behind the counter told me the flavour I wanted wasn't in stock. I asked for an alternative. As long as it was nic salts as ejuice is harsh on my throat. Got given an alternative or so I thought. Put some in my vape and throat was getting a bit raw after a day or two. Guess what, it's e-juice!! What bit of " nic salts only please" was not understood? I'm a vocalist in a professional touring band and my throat has to be in good shape. Hence why I don't use e-juice and use low Nicotine salts. £23 down the drain as I live too far away to get a refund.
Really glad I found this place! Really friendly and helpful staff, who knew exactly what I would like and made recommendations that were spot on! Clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. Whilst I'm working in Leith, I'll be getting all my vape supplies from here.

First time being in the store few days ago took ages too pick which kit and liquid to buy we have a simular kind of go too liquid for flavour but with the help of our wonderfull staff member called ALEXIS she was so helpfull pointed me in the right direction she even stood for a good bit sharing some very good knowledge of hers about different kits and liquids dispite how busy the shop was she really is amazing so thank you again ALEXIS...she's also amazing at her job and customer service is great too she really knows her stuff very patient.... Then again today Saturday 10th of February 2024 ... she was in store again today and much so the same very helpful answered all the questions I had and even helped me pic some great liquids again and let me have a try of the testers Thanks youu!!! If you see my review u can let me know next time am in store thanks again :)

Great shop, lovely staff and the atmosphere is always friendly. Went in not sure what I was looking for but after the guys explained the different products and how they work / how to use them, I came out with an amazing vape and some amazing vape liquid flavours! Its been over a month and I've had 0 problems. Highly recommended.

Great selection of e liquid s and very nice staff but unfortunately they just can't compete with online prices as I find the store rather expensive ... ok for example I like the naked brain freeze liquid and I get it online for £10.50 for 50ml with a free nic shot making it 60ml ...plus free delivery...and In store it's on offer £15 for 30ml so it would cost £30 in store to buy the same amount ..I just can't justify buying it in store and it's also £6/7 more expensive for coils than online ... but for starting out as a new vaper I would recommend going in store as they would be very good at giving advice on what would suit you ...
Brilliant shop and all shop assistants have a great knowledge of what they are selling.
Went in today to buy a new mod, it turned out the mod was faulty and not only did the chap replace it immediately but even loaned me the batteries from his own mod while mine charged in the shop. Absolutely first class in every department.
Nice staff, good stock, reward scheme is good too, will definitely be returning.

Love this shop i brought a mvp4 ecig blue from here and daryl and gregor was very helpful amd exchanged it 4 a new 1 then 2weeks later i decided i wanted to get a stronger 1 and i got the gold smok alien i havent had a problem wiv it at all daryl and gregor r really polite and happy to help wiv watever problem you have got they help u out wiv oils as well they tell u wat stengh to get i cant thank them enough
