We employed the services of John Goble on the advice of our surveyor, a member of the RICS. We found John to be courteous, professional and extremely competent. He was methodical and extremely thorough in carrying out his inspection. An expert in his field, he quickly identified the issues with our property and the underlying causes and suggested the remedial works required to address the problem at the core. Throughout the inspection he pointed out the issues and explained his findings and analysis in a very simple and concise way, which, as a layperson, I found easy to understand. His written report was extremely informative and easy to read. Even though he had accessed the sub-floor of our entire property, he left our property exactly as he’d found it, truly remarkable! We hired John again, for a further inspection and testing and a rapid report was in my email box the same day. My father-in-law who is in the building trade also spoke highly of John, with exceptional knowledge and excellent communication with his clients. May I also add that John takes client confidentially seriously. John had made some excellent recommendations to us to which we followed his advice. Not understanding the government legislation, camera very bad quality for pictures without focus especially inside the brickwork , in some words in report nonsense, expensive for sure, will order someone else different. Be aware not always experience comes with quality. Used a words by third party not covered with any hard copy evidence . Same like The Sun newspaper, worth the same .
