I had serious damp issues in my property, asked Cannon Preservation to investigate, found Scott to be professional with a wealth of experience, he fully explained what was causing the damp and provided me with a comprehensive report and quotation. I've recently had the work completed, the work was carried out exactly to the report and price quoted with no hidden surprises, job was left spotless, would recommend Scott and the team.

I contacted Scott to ask for his opinion on a long-standing mould issue in one of my rental properties. By the next morning he’d arrived promptly at 9.30 to have a look. He was knowledgeable and he was able to tell me the cause of the black mould on the downstairs bedroom walls and knew exactly what to do to rectify it. Within 2 weeks he had completed the remedial work for rising damp, re-plastered and redecorated the room. 4 months later everything still looks great. So pleased and happy tenants too! Thanks Scott!

Arranged an appointment, visit happened and promised review in a 'couple of days'. Nothing happened so chases and told, 'have been out of office for 5 days'. Waited still nothing. Chased again to be told, 'it has been sent, check my spam and junk folder'. I pointed out I always check them and maybe a glitch at their end. Still nothing and when I checked again...no answer to my emails. Totally unreliable and would not recommend that you use. Very poor business practices!

I booked an appointment with Scott Cannon to address damp problem in our kitchen and utility areas. All confirmed and agreed but Scott didn't show up on the day of the appointment. He didn't tell us why nor reply to our texts or calls to say if he was coming. We were waiting all day long at home for him, after having re arranged our schedule to be off work on the day. How unprofessional of Scott Cannon and what a waste of our time. We could have booked another contractor in to do the work. Definitely don't recommend Cannon Preservation.

Scott is fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone with damp issues in their property. Very genuine and trustworthy man. Really knows his stuff and puts his customers first.

Discusting!!!! We had problems from the start you said you would resolve our issues!! What a joke !! You got me to take out my kitchen after Xmas and said you would start work January I have had no kitchen since and as you well knew you have completely screwed me over I don't have thousands to take you to court otherwise I would the stress you have put me and my family through is untold I hope you have had at least one sleepless night as you have caused me many!! Stay clear his guarantee is not worth the paper printed on thanks for nothing scott ....
