Damptec Systems Ltd

Very pleased with the results achieved to solve a damp issue on concrete floor. Workforce a credit to the company . Very professional, on time and hard working. Great job guys Would defibately reccomend

We were worried about our basement in our newly purchased property where we had noticed some fungal growth. Although Damptec were not able to send a surveyor out, they looked at some photos that we sent via email and were able to identify that we didn't have a major issue and that simple measures would be sufficient to address the problem. We really appreciated Pam's help, expertise and her going out of her way to provide us with some assistance and reassurance.

Professional company they did a great job sorting out my damp basement that was done badly. Highly recommended with great communications and very hard working team members!

Very good company 👌🏼

We have used Damptec to survey and remedy damp related issues in several of our properties. Their service is professional and very effective. Highly recommend.

Used this company and highly recommend them. Good communication, polite staff, quality workmanship with minimal disruption. Would use again.

no communication what so ever , work always got delayed as reasons that they made that as to do with our part rather then them . was very happy with the end result i must say. but saying that ,they always try to get away from responsibility on the follow ups and problems that accrued. never answer there calls i did try to reason with them before were writing this review but as they do they ignore our calls and our massages very un professorial , very bad customer service , we would recommend to find a different company as there plenty, i been told by them there only two in the country which made me trust them which again wasn't the case.

We were delighted with the service we received from Damptec who were professional and courteous from start to finish. The rising damp treatment was completed on time and the guarantee issued shortly after. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot praise this company enough excellent customer care and such pleasant people the work they did for me to rid my front room of rising damp was second to none i would highly recommend them.

Excellent service all round. From the completed survey report, right up to the completed works, everything was done in a professional manner. We had peace of mind reading their other reviews and our high expectations were fully met. Can highly recommend this company.
