Cheshire Damp Ltd

Gary and the team did an amazing job of damp coursing my terraced house, they arrived on time every day and were very helpful and gave me regular updates through out the job, plaster and skirting boards fitted through out the whole of the downstairs look brilliant, Gary also treated dry rot which he pointed out to me at the start of the job once the plaster had been knocked off, Thank you Gary and the team👍

Gary, Lewis & Anthony did an amazing job of putting in a damp course in my through lounge and dining room. Really pleased with the quality of work and their professional approach. Would highly recommend.

Used Gary and Mark following damp readings in property we were purchasing. Professional job to strip and re plaster a no of walls in the hallway and complete new DPC outside. Clean, friendly and efficient

Fabulous service from Cheshire Damp Proofing who have just provided damp proof course services, re-plastering and replacing skirting boards together with replacing joists caused by dry rot together with a 20 year guarantee. Lewis and Anthony were a great team, who arrived on time, kept me updated of progress and ensured that everywhere was cleaned to my satisfaction once the job was completed. They were polite and professional and when asked specific questions about what they were doing, they were very knowledgeable! I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Gary was very reassuring and informative as to how they will complete the work to resolve the damp issue. They were extremely efficient and tidy. I would certainly recommend this company.

Great service from Gary from start to finish. He was in touch from the minute he gave me a quote keeping me updated as to when he could fit the job in and even done it earlier than planned. Both days Anthony and Lewis were on time. They were professional, worked tidily and with hardly any disruption. Would definitely recommend

Very pleased with a job to waterproof our garage, it was a complicated job which several other companies had turned down or not bothered to follow up on so we were very pleased with Gary's approach. He worked with us to find an affordable solution, turned up when agreed and completed the job on time, so we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Great price , outstanding service, great knowledge of the industry Very happy with works completed from Gary and his team Thanks again

Gary and his team carried out a full damp course to our rental house and main home. We found them competitive, professional and clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend, many thanks shallanta and william

Rang to ask for some advice on work complete by someone else to a poor standard. Gary was really helpful, knowledgable and came out to take a look and offer his professional advice. I am sure Gary could have convinced me to agree and pay for additional work I didn’t really need to do, but instead was honest and selfless in his advice. Sadly not many like that around anymore. Thanks Gary.

Gary from Cheshire damp assessed a troublesome damp issue that a couple of trades people had made unsuccessful attempts to resolve. He was knowledgeable and quickly identified the key issue , whilst his solution was more involved I have no doubt that it will solve the problems I have had . The repairs were done that week and backed by a 20 year guarantee. I would have saved money by going to him first. Excellent job and nice people too, highly recommended.

Damp proofed and re-plastered my lounge. Work was finished to a high standard. Gary and his lads were all friendly and approachable. Would use their services again if required.

We have been dealing with Cheshire Damp Proofing for quite some time now. I would highly recomment them. They are a good reputable company.

Great job done- start to finish Gary was informative and explained the process and responded to my many questions. Returned to site when needed for 2nd assessment. 2 lads Anthony & Lewis who did the job where customer friendly & did a great job, turned up on time and worked hard to complete in 2 days. Would certainly recommend. Thanks again 👍🏻

Quick to respond, very reasonable quote/price, nice guys, got the job done. Would definitely recommend them.

Gary and his team have just completed our basement renovation and we couldn't be happier. The project involved full damp-proofing, tanking, boarding, plastering and finishing. Kenny & Dave were hard-working, professional and courteous. I wouldn't have thought our basement could look as good as it does now - their plastering skills are second-to-none, and their ability to create such a smart space from a damp brick room was impressive. No stone was left unturned in terms of ensuring longevity of the project either. The guys answered all our questions along the way and explained what they were doing and why at each step. I'm very confident that the solution we've been provided is of the highest quality and will secure our home from recurring issues. So pleased we used Cheshire Damp. Thank you all!

Gary and the whole team at Cheshire Damp have been amazing in converting our completely unused and bare basement into a full extra floor that we can now use! From first meeting Gary in January when he came to quote for the job I was immediately put at ease by his honest and friendly approach and great advice. Having had other companies in to quote for the job it was refreshing to have Gary buy into the simple ideas we had without going overboard and quoting for a job we didn't really want or need. Gary, Kenny and Dave were on time every day and treated the house with complete respect. We had no hesitation in giving them a set of keys for the duration of the work and couldn't have had a more trustworthy bunch working in our home whilst we were at work. Kenny and Dave worked tirelessly, alongside a number of others (Chris, Ian, Dave); the amount of work they completed over the space of a month is testament to how hard they worked. I know that a number of neighbours have been in touch with Gary regarding doing work in their home and I couldn't recommend Cheshire Damp highly enough! We would also be very happy for future customers to come and take a look at our finished basement and to chat about how the process went for us. Thanks again Gary, Kenny and Dave for all of your hard work over the past month. You've been great and we can't thank you enough. Alex and Katie.

Excellent spoke to Gary on Phone was really helpful and gaves loads of advice, nice bloke would definitely use him again.

Used Cheshire Damp this week! Very professional, good job, cleaned and tidied the house after work. Thank you James.

We have used Cheshire Damp several times, and have always been happy with their work! We’ve just had a garage renovation done. 10 out of 10 guys great job as always! Highly recommend!

Not the cheapest out of the 3 quotes I got, but the most professional and knowledgeable, you get what you pay for and I received a first class, clean service that I will use again and recommend. Faith in proper tradesman has been restored.

good price , good workmanship , will use on my other properties

We have used Cheshire Damp several times and have always been very happy with the standard of the work and with the friendly, professional team. Highly recommended.
