They constructed their report there and then & then methodically went through their findings including how they would approach the solution, breaking it down step-by-step. I have left messages for them to call back and to date they have not called back. I wish I had gone with someone else. I cannot understand why they have such a high rating?

The visit yesterday by Josh Broadbent, and his associate Jordan, was very detailed and explained to myself exactly what was causing the recurring problem to the ceiling of the bedroom in question. Their report was thorough and helpful in allowing me to make an immediate decision in instructing them to arrange for the recommended remedial work to be carried out at the earliest opportunity.

Recent visit by Daniel Harper (Feb 2022) Daniel was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Having recently moved into a house built in 1935, we had serious concerns about the possibility of a failing damp course but he very quickly put our minds at rest and took the time to explain, as we moved from room to room, how and why the damage had been caused to walls and sills around the property. He inspected every area of concern and was able to give sensible and affordable ways in which we could remedy the problems. An excellent service which we would happily recommend.

I have used the company, Peter Cox, twice now for two different issues on my early 19th century home. I will always recommend them. Everyone that I have dealt with from the lovely Caitlin in the office to Sam the surveyor and the teams that have come out to to the work have been brilliant, patient and clear. Used Peter Cox to rectify a number of rising damp issues to my rental property in Bristol. Great communication from start with original surveyor, through to the completed job. My property manager & tenant confirmed work had been carried out to a high standard and the team were very tidy and professional.
