Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing

Great work by the team and couldn’t recommend a company more. Everyone from the staff on the phone to the gents who carried out the work. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. 10/10

Truly professional job by Jim and his crew. Delighted with our new roof. Thanks so much for the hard work over the summer to replace everything. Highly recommend.

Contacted Broomhill Roofing regarding a long withstanding leaking roof, it was promptly assessed, and a quote was provided. The quote was very reasonable, work was completed quickly and professionally. I was kept informed about what was happening, the two roofers were polite, friendly and left no mess whatsoever. A brilliant service, I would thoroughly recommend.

A big thank you to Jim and his team for the work done on our roof, a great improvement. Kept informed all throughout the process, Jim always got back quickly to any queries. Everyone was very polite and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone looking to get roofing work done.

Contacted Jim and the team at Broomhill Roofing for a full roof repair/replacement. Quick turnaround on coming out to quote the job, and offered a very reasonable price and extremely responsive to all questions. After agreeing the work, they were great at providing updates on when they could make a start - complicated by the weather this past year. All the work was done to a very high quality from removing and replacing slates, replacing rotten timber and worn sarking, replacing zinc cladding and redoing the skews and chimney stack. Would recommend if you’re looking to get roofing work done in Aberdeen.

I’ve had a very positive first experience with Broomhill Roofing. I’ve been having ongoing issues with water ingress for years, an issue that my previous roofer couldn’t seem to get to the bottom of. Jim’s team came to my property and quickly got to the route of the problem and resolved the issue with no fuss. I was shown photographs of the work undertaken once the job was complete and I knew a professional job had been done. I’ll be using Broomhill Roofing exclusively from now on.

Outstanding service, prompt and efficient. Jim diagnosed the problem and Peter did the work. Peter took photographs at each stage to show me what needed doing and what he had done. Complete job took two weeks, from erecting scaffolding to clearing site. Thoroughly recommended.

Very punctual, polite and respectful workforce. No problems and hugely satisfied with their work. Left no debris.. and best thing didn’t damage my garden. Thank you Broomhill Roofing. Certainly encourage all to use this company. Thanks Jim.

Worked along side Broomhill roofing lately and have had no problems .All staff I’ve delt with have been respectful and helpful ,would easily do so again in future

We're delighted with the roofing work recently completed by Jim & his team. Excellent standard of work from start to finish; good communication; on time; in budget; friendly & courteous service; tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this reliable company.

A very reliable company that I will not think twice to recommend to anyone...all works( big and small) done always in high standard...excellent roofing services ...5thumbs up .

We are very pleased with the recent help we received from Broomhill Roofing. We had used Jim's company in the past and contacted Jim as we were away from home when we heard we had leaks from the winter storms. Jim kept in good contact with us, always responding quickly and he made an assessment and organised a stop-gap repair in our absence. When we returned, Jim visited and organised immediate help for us. The repairs were done quickly but thoroughly. All work has been neatly done with clearing up at the end of each day. The team were brilliant, very approachable and friendly and hardworking. It was all done for a fair price. We now have peace of mind. Broomhill Roofing is highly recommended.

Jim and his guys did a great job on my 2 roofs and porch roof. From the first phone call until completion was very impressed with the workmanship. The guys were polite, tidy and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend this Company.

Absolutely brilliant! Came round within the hour .. between Christmas and new year. My roof fixed following day .. can’t recommend this company enough! Seriously recommended. Also well priced. Thank you !

Thank your quick response and professional manner. Reasonable quote and good job. Would recommend your services to others.. C. Duncan

Trustworthy and professional. Kudos!

Very reliable roofing company. 👌

Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing did a great job on our steading roof. The team knew what they were doing, was polite and very considerate. The whole job was achieved efficiently and to budget. Highly recommended.

After we got duped by a local builder who left our house in tatters we Contacted Jim as he was highly recomended by a friend. From the off we felt at ease with Jim and he went through what was needing sorted and explained everything. Jim sent through the qoute which we were happy with and was very reasonable. The 3 workers showed up when Jim said they would, James, Gordon & Calum. They are 3 hard working guys and graft in all weathers, very professional and they tidy up after themselves each day. They really are a fantatsic Team and a credit to Jim. Communication is great from Jim & James and we have no complaints what so ever with their workmanship. We are going to get Jim and his team back in 2024 for more work as Broomhill Roofing is the company we want to carry out the work on our house moving forward. For someone who isn't a builder Jim explains everything very well. 5 stars from us and if we could give 10 stars we would. Thanks Team Broomhill Roofing 👍🙌💪

Jim and his fantastic team replaced our flat roof after months of problems due to an incompetent roofer. They responded immediately and did a superb job, working efficiently, professionally and quickly. Absolutely the best roofers in Aberdeen. All for an excellent price!

Got 3 flat roofs replaced , skews and several slates repaired. Very happy with workmanship. Competitively priced. Clean and tidy work. Would highly recommend.

This exceptional company do an amazing job, very reliable and professional. The two guys that did the work on my roof were very punctual and very polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. No job whether it be small or large is a problem.

We've used Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing for various roofing and guttering jobs since 2015. Our house was an older house, so has needed a number of repairs. The service has been nothing less than top-class. The first time we called, Jim (the owner) came right away, gave the best quote and was prompt in getting his men started. We've never had any bother. We now never go to any other roofer in the city even if I was in a hurry. I can honestly count on Broomhill to do the best job at the best price. I highly recommend the company with no reservation.

Jim and his team have gone above and beyond to track and resolve persistent roof issues. They offer an excellent service and are a professional, honest and helpful team with great attention to detail and nothing too much trouble. Jim’s communication throughout the work was great at every stage and all work was done promptly and at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend Jim and his team.

I was looking to get my roof done and was recommended Aberdeen Broom Hill roofing by a friend. Their response was quick & Jim was very poilte. Found them to be extremely reasonably priced: I agreed to the work being done his team did an excellent job start to finish very tidy, polite and kept me informed along the way I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Came when they said, helpful, polite Nd reasonably priced. Exactly what I needed. Many thanks

Very quick to come out to assess the repairs, all work carried out to a high standard and a reasonable price.

Great work for a great price, it was resolved within 7 days of first getting in contact, would happily recommend

Very reliable company &Job well done done up to the standard very professional work i would love to make a 5 star review 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻till next transactions .

Called a few before this one , Answered on first call, and came to view 3 days later. Work was completed a week later. The guys were very professional and friendly, all questions and queries answered on site . Definitely recommend 👌

Easy to deal with; responsive to queries and provided regular updates. The scope of work increased after the initial repair but this was quoted and scheduled in quickly. The guys cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. I would recommend Jim and his team.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Broomhill Roofing has provided an excellent service and was very professional .

Very good service, punctual and on time

Unlike many other roofers in Aberdeen, Jim answers his phone every time you call him and he showed up when he said he would. Very reliable and that's the main reason I used him. The guys did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards. I'm having Jim back to do more work as a result of a very positive initial experience. Thanks Broomhill.

Absolutely great team. I had a leak from a poor roofing job (not this contractor, obviously) causing water to pour into our bedroom. Called and had the team round within a couple of hours. Calm, collected, very experienced. Absolutely no stress to deal with. Sorted the problem and for a very reasonable price, considering the circumstances. Definitely my first call for anything roofing.

Very helpful and actually turned up a day early

Jim responded very swiftly to my phone call asking him to inspect and quote for repair. He asked me to email a serial number for the velux window and he would provide a quote . I sent this email the same day. We are still waiting for a quote 10 days on.. but typical response from the Roofers in Aberdeen. Only interested in big jobs... Really disappointing..

Never got s reply to my Query for a quote

Broomhill Roofing has provided an excellent service. Jim was very professional and helpful. As a landlord and unable to get to the property, Jim dealt with everything and even provided evidence of the completed work. I would recommend Broomhill Roofing to anyone. Thanks All.

Best company very accommodating and reliable company and lastly they offer a high quality of services! Good job 👍👍👍

Good roofing service

We have tiled roof system which needed to be replaced in its entirety. Jim came round promptly and gave us a very reasonable quote and started pretty much exactly when he had stated which was pretty impressive given the weather we had in July. Workmanship is very good, all credit to the team for the result given the the poor weather throughout the job.

I cannot thank Jim and his team enough. I needed a total re-roof , new velux windows and decided to have the gutters, downpipes and facias changed at the same time along with painting the exterior walls. A fabulous team of hardworking, polite, cheerful and above all professional guys turned up early every day and worked non stop. Nothing was too much trouble and when complete everything was left clean and tidy. A fabulous job that I'm delighted with. From the first phone call I made for a quote to the last day of completion, a really reliable firm that I would 100% recommend.

Does their job very well at a very reasonable price! I am really impressed! Kudos!

Following yet another episode of rainwater coming off the Dormer windows and under/through the tiles we decided to go for a complete re-roof back to the rafters. Jim responded quickly, gave us a good price and arranged for the scaffolding to be erected and the skips to be delivered. The crew were excellent and obviously knew what they were doing, their attention to detail going above and beyond what we might have expected. Owing to the time of year the job took a few days to complete, but the roof was left secure and watertight each evening. On completion everything was left neat and tidy with the drives swept and hosed. All in all, an excellent job and well recommended.

Similarily to Elise, arranged for Jim to come and provide a quote for a leaking roof, taking time off work and he was a no show. No phone call saying he couldn't make it. Not reliable.

Recently had a flat felt roof replaced by Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing (Aberdeen, West End). Getting a quote was straightforward and Jim (the owner) arrived at the agreed time to look at what work needed to be done. I received a written quote in the post (very competitive price) and gave the go ahead for the work to be done. Really pleasant guys who worked hard to get the job done. Will certainly be using them again for any other work I need doing.

Great work Carried out and brilliant price. Good group of guys and a nice tidy job. Well recommend this company.

Job well done and very energetic team work"!

Great priced left a very tidy job.a great bunch of guys highly recommended

sorted my roof , made a good job& at a reasonable price .Xxx

Was looking for someone to fix a leak in my roof, with the really heavy rain just now it seemed quite urgent to myself. I Seen the reviews and was impressed with his rating on google. People warned me but I gave him a chance. Gave him a call, really nice guy, arranged for him to come over and quote. He Failed to quote a leak in my roof not once, TWICE. No phonecall, not even a text, was just a no show. Wouldn't even give him a 1 star but had to put a star to write a review. It's sad that people can run a business like this- your better off giving someone else the job as he definitely is NOT reliable, can't even show up to quote.

Excellent job done on time and minimum of fuss, no mess left either

Known this company for over 20 years and have always done a great job. Never let me down and always reasonable prices. To the comment above I think some one may be jealous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect finished roof without any fuss and clean

I had my flat roof work done by this company excellent job would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have tried to get Broomhill Roofing to quote. The first time he kept changing the dates and times, when I finally agreed a date and time he never showed up, extremely irritating given I had taken time off work for this. I thought I would try them one more time for a further roofing job I wanted done. Date and time for quote agreed again and the night before he phones up and says he can't make it. I then tried to get in touch with him again to organise another date and time and he never bothered to get back in touch. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

I was impressed when I saw a 4 man squad appear on day one at our house, the guys were polite and friendly and they worked constantly throughout the 2 days, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. Some additional materials were required due to unforseen circumstances of which I was notified, once approved these were brought to site within the hour. It was an efficient, friendly service and the workmanship was to a high standard with regular supervision. Highly recommended and a big thanks to Jim and his team.

Absolutely fantastic job thanks!! These guys are true professionals, an excellent finish, they were very tidy and friendly and the price was competitive. Not a bad word to say, thanks!

this is the first time i have used aberdeen broomhill roofers and i will certainly use them again and recommend , the price was very reasonable , workmen were polite and left no mess lying about job well done thanks
