Time for You Weybridge

An absolute god-send for busy working households with very precious spare time. We are so grateful for the service Time For You provides and for Beverley who they have paired us with, who we’ve worked with for 6 months now. They fit around our schedule and it’s always an immaculate finish.

We used Time For You Weybridge for over a year. During that time, we had a few excellent cleaners who did a fantastic job, but unfortunately many of them either moved on to other careers or no longer had the capacity to continue. As a result, there was a constant turnover of cleaners, which became increasingly frustrating. The replacement cleaners were often not of the same standard. Many of the cleans felt rushed, with corners being cut and tasks missed. More often than not, we were left feeling that the house wasn't as clean as it should have been after a visit. This raised concerns about the vetting process and the consistency of the service being provided. After deciding to leave the company, we found an independent cleaner through Facebook who had previously worked for Time For You and had completed several cleans for us in the past. She recognised us immediately and mentioned that she remembered cleaning our home. During the conversation, she explained that she had stopped returning because she felt offended that, on one occasion, I was too busy to make her a coffee. Unfortunately, the conversation then became extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that staff at Time For You had spoken about me in a disrespectful manner and then went on to make several rude and inappropriate comments herself. Whether these claims were true or not, the entire interaction was shocking and completely unprofessional. I ended up having to block her. This experience only reinforced concerns we had already developed during our time as customers. We also became aware of numerous complaints regarding the professionalism and conduct of the manager, James, which did little to inspire confidence in the company. It's a shame because there were some genuinely excellent cleaners who worked with us over the years. However, the constant turnover of staff, inconsistent cleaning standards, poor communication, and the unprofessional behaviour we experienced ultimately led us to take our business elsewhere. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service.

With Time for You, I know that if there are any issues, or if Elena is on holiday, we can get a substitute cleaner for that week. No fuss, no hassle.

I’m so utterly impressed with this cleaning company. They did an amazing job and really went above and beyond everything looks spotless, even the little details I usually miss. What stood out most was how friendly and respectful the staff who helped me were. They took real care with my home, and it shows. Walking back in afterwards felt incredible. DO NOT USE. Edited after company reply: of course their reply is a pack of lies designed to make themselves look good. No surprise there. Absolute sham of a company. Rude office manager, utterly useless Kristina and James who own the company. They couldn’t care less about customers. Promised the earth for a very elderly lady. Cleaner didn’t even bother to turn up to our first clean with them. Obviously do not qualify and check their cleaners references at all. Gross waste of time.

The service provided by Time For You is great - brilliant communication and reasonable prices for the services offered. Our cleaner Katarzyna (Kate) does an incredible job every week - our house is left completely spotless and she is always on time and highly reliable.

Time for you has been great for us so far as it takes the work out of finding a cleaner and dealing with the admin or finding replacements when a cleaner is unable to come. They are very communicative. Our current cleaner, Katie, is very good, efficient and thorough and a pleasure to have around.

They are keen to make sure that you and your cleaner are a good fit, so there are no limits as to how many cleaners you can try until you find the right one. I have been using Time For You for the last 2.5 years and have found them to be excellent. The cleaners that they have allocated have been brilliant as are their routine check-ins to see how things are going and/or to arrange holiday cover. I was so impressed that I later arranged another cleaner (Kinga) for my elderly father's home. Kinga is a really lovely person... hard-working, pro-active, responsive/communicative (if we ever need to WhatsApp to adjust the time one week etc). We're so grateful for Kinga's help each week. I've been using Time for You for a few months now, getting a fortnightly clean. Our regular cleaner, Simona, is friendly, efficient and thorough. As a bonus, she's also lovely to our cats - they now come to the door to greet her when she arrives! The team at TFY are communicative and regularly check-in to make sure we are happy with the service. When Simona is unable to attend, they always find someone to cover for her - and phone afterwards to ensure the clean went well. The prices are fair and not having to worry about cleaning the house after a long work week 100% makes it worth every penny.

Good agency to find a local cleaner - we were able to try a new cleaner after mixed results with the first, and now we are really happy (our cleaner is Paige). Only real downside is having to pre-pay the agency fee for a 13 week period before knowing whether the cleaner is any good.

The company also check in with us from time to time and are able to find alternative cover for any leave. Very good service overall.

We started with Time For You a few months ago and everything is great till now. There were some problems in some point when the cleaners couldn't come due to personal issues but we always got a replacement when needed. Might not be the same day or week but at the end someone came to provide the service. Right now we are with Chevon and she is very good. Time for you contact us regularly to double check that everything is fine and we are happy with the service.

House cleaning done with efficiency and care

Does take the hassle out compared to other cleaners - first cleaner dropped out but was replaced before initial clean. Christiane has been very thorough, conscientious, cleans to a high standard and has been able to swap times when needed which has really helped us out.

All is fine until stuff goes wrong, which in our case it did a lot. We used them for just under 3 months. In that time we were allocated 4 cleaners (so not the regular cleaning service we wanted). Cleaner 1: came twice and then her car broke down. She never returned. Not sure why. Cleaner 2: was provided as a cover cleaner for when the first cleaner’s car broke down. She was good, but couldn’t do it on a regular basis. Cleaner 3: Time For You put us in touch with a cleaner who wasn’t free at our allocated day/time, so we had to ask them to review this. It sure why they sent her our details when they knew the day and time. Cleaner 4: was good but arrived late on more than one occasion, meaning she was then still here when we were cooking dinner etc in the evening. She then called and said she would be late again, but, since we had people coming that evening, we said she could come that day. This meant I then had to clean that afternoon instead. With every new cleaner, it was down to us to communicate with them, set up payment, show them around etc. Between this and talking to Time For You, it seemed far from the easy and slick service that we were promised. I contacted then between cleaners 3 and 4 and said I wasn’t happy with the service. I made it clear that they needed to provide a reliable cleaner or we would not use them anymore. When cleaner 4 also proved unreliable, I contacted them to terminate I was told there was a “one month cancellation period”, not acknowledging the fact that I was only cancelling because of the poor service and I was actually being very reasonable by not expecting any refund. They eventually agreed I wouldn’t have to pay for the one month period but this was painful and all the person I spoke to said was “no one did this deliberately”; this make no sense and I would certainly be concerned if any company deliberately provided a bad service. The point they are missing is that it takes deliberate actions from them to ensure a good service and they simply aren’t prepared to do this. Another “defence” the person I spoke to gave was that a cleaner was provided each time we wanted one. This was not true, as on the final occasion we were left with no clean that day, but also seems to set the bar very low. If their sole aim is that any random person turns up at a client’s house then they have achieved this. However, this is not the “hassle free” and “professional” service that they advertise on their own website. Even though I was told on the phone that I would not be charged for the one month cancellation period, I have since got an email asking for payment for this. I am currently awaiting a response from them about this. Yet more inconvenience for me and poor service from Time For You.

Avoid this company at all costs. We were required to pay up front for 3 months of their service, which they refused to refund when we had a horrible experience with their first two cleaners. The first cancelled on the morning of when her son was ill (which is completely fair!) - but then asked if she could come the next day, and bring her son with her. My wife is 5 months pregnant so we were not happy to have a child sick enough to go to the doctor the day before, come to our house - not to mention the fact we are not running a daycare! They allocated us a new cleaner very quickly, but her first visit was of such a poor standard (dirt still visible all over the floors, shower glass and taps completely untouched) that we immediately asked to cancel TFY (we’d completely lost faith in them by this point) - and were told that their fee was non-refundable. Their email responses were incredibly unprofessional and seemed to indicate that they thought they’d delivered the expected level of service, when nothing could be further from the truth! There are plenty of more competitively-priced options available which we’d strongly recommend considering before you ask Time For You. Photos are attached to show the poor standard of the clean.

Time for You is a really great company providing household cleaning services. They are very quick to help resolve any questions, are easy to deal with and take away all the hassle of trying to find a suitable and trustworthy cleaner. Our cleaner is superb; she does a super job and most importantly is a pleasure to have in the house, even our dog loves her!

Time For You made it really easy to get set up with a new cleaner for our three-bed townhouse. They were extremely prompt in getting back to me when I sent an email enquiry, understood my needs perfectly and had a cleaner ready in no time at all. Their fees are very reasonable given the quality of service from them and their cleaners.

Really friendly and trustworthy company.

Have used this service for about 9 months. They professionally worked out what my requirements were. It took a few trials before we landed the right cleaner who met the expectations we had set but they kept looking and have finally found us a really good person. It’s worth being really clear on your standards at the start and definitely worth persevering

We have been using Time for You for a couple of years now, and have had our current cleaner for 18 months. When the first cleaner moved away, we were swiftly matched with someone new, and when we provided some feedback about that particular person, TFY were very swift to respond and replace. Our current cleaner is communicative, professional and reliable. If she can't make a session TFY could provide a replacement which gives us peace of mind!

The best professionals in cleaning, always correct, I recommend 100%. With time for you you will always have a home shining with cleanliness and at a good price.

A very professional service and good value

We have used this company for just short of a year. They introduce you to cleaners and that’s about it, they offer a replacement cleaner service but very rarely find you a replacement. We decided to leave recently as we were 3 weeks without a cleaner due to holiday and covid with no replacement. They still charged us for this period and for a months notice payment - not very good service at all.

Don't recommend this company. We signed a contract with them to get cleaning services for our flat and paid £91 them. But they left us alone with all the problems we had with the cleaners. Both cleaners they sent never kept the time right. This company never bothered to support or provide any service. better yourself google a cleaner. Less risky. Waste of money!
