UKSS fitted my roller door in about 2 hours. Lovely job, very pleased. I mentioned that I wanted to fit a led strip horizontally on the outside, and they fitted the supply cable discreetly, so it was out of site. They also mentioned that I could either have it powered from either the interior courtesy light on the door control panel or from an alternative power supply. I opted to power it from a smart plug and I now control it from "Alexa" on a " routine " Absolutely love the roller door. I live on a corner plot with my garage is at the bottom of my garden, amazed that the " remote" works from inside my property through a double glazed window approximately 15 metres away. The attached photo would suggest that I have led lights on the sides ,but that's not the case.

The absolute height of unprofessionalism. I called this company on five occasions and was assured a call back on four of those occasions but was never contacted. I also submitted a message on their website detailing exactly what the issue was and also giving my contact number (again) and my email address, but this was ignored. I'd also like to add that on one of those calls I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes. What kind of legitimate business just ignores people?

Absolutely appalling service Rang for repair to garage door needed Had one phone call but I wasn’t at home and heard nothing since That was 2 weeks ago so called another company who thankfully are efficient and did a free call out and have since repaired the door If I could leave minus stars for this company, I would Theyre great doing the big jobs but don’t expect any after service care

Sold my elderly housebound parent's remote garage doors, which keep randomly opening. Promise they will come to fix them but never do. Been going on for several months now. Company seems entirely disinterested in resolving the issue at one point even accusing customers of lying. Avoid.

Had new front door fitted nice job but trying to get them back to sort a problem horrendous after numerous calls over the last month promising to come out, still nobody has come to fix. Not happy will not be using them again, shame as product good even though expensive.

I needed a new garage door and they came and listened to my requirement and gave me clear advise and explained the options as to what choice I could have. Whilst they were not the lowest quote in S-O-T I felt they were the most confident. They followed up the quote once I chose the door I wanted with a visit by the fitter whom wanted to do a final site survey so he could ensure there were no additional aspects he needed to be aware off. The agreed date was able to be brought forward which was a pleasant addition. The fitment was done in about 3.5 hrs with all refuse taken away and the site cleaned up and its operation explained. I highly recommend this company as I cannot fault the quality of the SeceuroGlide SWS door they fitted or the installation that was done in a very professional manner to a high standard. I would like to say I would be a returning customer but ive only one garage 🙂 so the next best is to share my experience with them. Highly recommended A+++

Would like to say what professional service from start to finish . From the moment the garage door was measured , to the fitting, the guys were amazing. The door was fitted in no time with a expertise , all features explained to ourselves and when they left no mess whatsoever. New Roller Garage Door. It matches my front door perfectly. From the first contact with Simon, the quotation from Jason, the survey by Robert the Company have been a delight to work with. I cannot speak too highly of Warren who fitted the door. He was very assured, organised and tidied up as he went. Delighted with the appearance and the finish. I ordered the door on 19 November and fitted on 16 December. Would recommend.

I'm really pleased with Steve and his team at UKSS. They fitted two garage doors for me within a few weeks of ordering and I'm delighted with job. The quality of the doors is excellent, the fitters were great and I can't fault their workmanship. I would certainly use UKSS again and I can highly recommend this company - great job Steve !
