Cleanforce NI Ltd

Phil did a great job getting rid of the moss and leaving my roof practically sparkling. Arrive at 9 on the dot and stayed until the job was done. Will definitely use Phil and his services again. My neighbour even booked after watching him in action.

Phil and Team did an amazing job on our home. Fantastic results and tidy workers.

I asked Phil to clean out my guttering, facia, soffit and spountains. Did a fantastic job. Very professional, polite and friendly. Will definitely be using his services again. Thank you Phil. Jackie

A very professional and highly efficient service. Our roof has been transformed, with absolutely no upheaval or inconvenience. Phil has a very strong work ethic and takes great pride in the job. He is totally reliable and a man of his word. Based upon our experience, I cannot recommend him too highly. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Can’t fault Phil and his team for service, value and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent job, well done. We had recently purchased a two story house, there was a lot of moss on the roof, the facia, soffits, down pipes and walls were green with algae, it was an eye sore. Phil from Cleanforce NI limited came to our home, scrapped the moss from the roof, treated the roof and cleaned all areas that had green algae and cleaned all the external areas that the moss had fallen on from the roof. He was very professional, thorough and left the property looking brilliant, I would highly recommend his services. Thomas Quinn

We recently had our house and roof cleaned by Cleanforce NI, and I honestly couldn’t believe the transformation. Phil did an absolutely amazing job — the difference from green to clear was incredible. He was extremely thorough and took real care with every part of the job. The roof, walls and surrounding areas were all left spotless, and everything looks fresh and bright again. It genuinely feels like a different house. On top of the quality of work, Phil was pleasant, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done properly. I would highly recommend Cleanforce NI to anyone considering a house or roof clean. We’re so pleased with the result — it was worth every penny.
