I use snow white services both for cleaning and gardening. They are professional and flexible when needed to accomodate my needs. They are always a phone call away and respond to messages quickly. I have been with them for years now and can truly say they are reliable, friendly and do the work.

I have used SWC as cleaners for 3 years and they have proven to be reliable and provide an excellent service.

Avoid this company. Snow White Cleaners turned a simple grass cutting job into a mess. They lied about payment from the start. What they quoted is not what they pushed for later. Feels deliberate. Their attendance is a joke. Missed visits, late arrivals, no warning. You end up chasing them instead of the other way around. They agreed to take the grass away. Instead, they dumped it in the garden like it was your problem. Lazy and disrespectful. Worst part, they don’t even cut the grass properly. They leave it higher than requested so it grows back fast. Clear tactic to force more visits and squeeze more money out of you. Unreliable, dishonest, and poor quality work. Save your money and hire someone else.

This was the first time we have ever had someone to come and clean our rented flat , we had a spring clean as a reset for the new year getting to the areas that we always too busy to tackle like skirting, dusting, cupboards etc . Amazing reset , lovely cleaners they were so friendly when they came in and started immediately at work. They also did not need as long as they had quoted for so amended this at the end. Great work! After receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend I booked a deep clean with Snow White Cleaners. I was very impressed that they arrived spot on time and managed to get all the work carried out in the time estimated. Juliette and her co worker listened to my requirements in more detail and worked very hard. they brought all their own equipment even a small ladder and I have been very impressed and very grateful for all their hard work and knowledge of what not to use on marble worktops and they even came with appropriate cleaner. Started ok. But then the service quickly became unreliable, a no-show, or ‘forgot’ to come. Booked-in times were frequently changed without warning or explanation, or the cleaner did not bother to show up! In the end, there were too many broken promises and excuses. It is a chaotic and poorly run business that fails to deliver a decent cleaning service. If you are willing to pay good money for an unreliable, substandard cleaning service, this is the perfect company.

I had great experience with snow white cleaning company they are organized and on time always, Wiola was amazing in cleaning, very efficient.

Being now in our late 70s we have been using Snow White’s services for the last three years. We have always found the men they’ve sent to be polite, courteous, friendly and very hard working and skilful. We are always delighted with the work they do and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Snow White Cleaners have provided an excellent and trustworthy service for us for the last couple of months. The team have been exemplary both in my home (shout out to Ivan, Margarita and Cremena) and through their customer service (Petya has been excellent too). I retained Snow White cleaners for my cleaning services. One morning the cleaner was in the upstairs bathroom and it sounded as though a small bomb had gone off in the house. I went upstairs and found substantial damage to the house, my shower screen had crashed to the floor, the blind next to it had become partially detached and the screen had smashed the sink and vanity unit. The repair costs were more than £3500. The owner assured me that Snow White would make good the damage but the company is now refusing to pay. The cleaner is claiming to have not slipped or fallen and that the shower screen and blind spontaneously broke themselves. Do not use this company would be my advice based on my terrible experience with them. Particularly unsuited to properties with items in that you don’t want to be smashed to pieces. Edited to respond to the owner: Our builders of the house were exemplary and I prefer their opinion over the opinion of your ‘skilled builders’ who never visited or inspected the property. Hopefully they are more skilled than your cleaning staff if they actually do any building work for you….the shower screen in question was in situation and functioning perfectly well with no signs of movement or issues for more than a year and a half. On the day your company visited to clean your staff succeeded in breaking the blind and also dislodging the shower screen. No one is saying that a cleaner smashed through a toughened glass screen with a feather duster you are just making things up. Your cleaner said she did not even touch the shower screen and offered no explanation for the broken blind. She never touched anything it was all a complete coincidence that two items got damaged and one fell whilst she was in the bathroom is your position. Well obviously that is nonsense. An accident of some kind clearly happened but your refusal to make good the damage is unacceptable as is the fact the cleaner very clearly lied about not touching anything. Whether you are insured is neither here nor there. If you didn’t carry insurance at all, according to you/your faulty grasp of reality, I would have no recourse for the damage, or if your insurer doesn’t accept the claim, you have no liability either. Either way. No liability for you! Your understanding of negligence liability in tort and of your duties to supply of services with reasonable care (which are duties you have, independent of insurance carried, or not carried) is every bit as poor as your customer service, trustworthiness, and general standard of competence. Edited to address additional response of owner: My property was not visited by any ‘skilled builder’. One of your company’s own directors and shareholders visited the building. I know this from companies house records which are freely available. Once again you are trying to mislead people including myself and readers of this thread by suggesting there was an impartial assessment of the matter. There was no such assessment you simply gave the view of your own company which has as far as I can see has precisely no experience in any building projects of any consequence whatsoever. Further you were sent the manufacturer’s recommendations for product installation which my builders confirmed had been complied with including as to sealant use. Your insurers are irrelevant to me they did not clean my house but, as anyone who has any experience of law or insurance knows, insurers invariably refuse to accept liability for anything, which has zero bearing on the liability of the insured (or uninsured) itself. In this case your insurers wrote to me in a language hardly even recognisable as English denying the claim and I frankly could not therefore care less what their opinion is either.

I recently hired a cleaning service for an after builders clean, and was very happy with the results. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and their attention to detail was impressive. While I went about my tasks around the house, they worked quietly in the background, ensuring minimal disruption. We’ve had 2 different people come to clean our house over the last couple of months both of whom have been punctual, pleasant and professional, the house sparkles once they have finished, additionally the management team ensure that they keep you up to date (even to letting me know that there would be a 10 minute delay due to traffic). Highly recommended.

Our cleaner Maria has been coming to clean our house once a week for about 4 months now and we couldn't be happier with her work. She's committed, responsible, always on time and does an excellent job, she cleans our home to the best standards, it feels as if it was her own house as she cleans so diligently. The cleaners showed up bang on time, they were polite, professional and very efficient. We used Snow White Cleaners again in November 2022 for a post building work deep clean. Both Yana and Petya were very quick to respond and provide a very reasonable quote and get the clean booked in. The two cleaners turned up very promptly and were very pleasant, organised and thorough. They did an excellent job. OLDER REVIEW FROM 2019: Provide a consistently reliable weekly cleaning service. Quality of cleaning provided by Dori is very high. I normally deal with Petya in the office who is very helpful, responsive and professional. They are flexible to change days/times when needed.

Snow white cleaners have been outstanding with their cleaning services to our offices. Nothing is too much effort on any unusual requests we ask. They are professional in every manner and always there to help when needed and the staff are super friendly! We had our clinic painted and renovated and the typical builders mess left behind. Snow White cleaners did such a fantastic job, you would never have known that the builders were here. Can't recommend them enough.

Resolved all issues

Called to arrange cleaning of balcony decking and arranged for Saturday to visit. Unfortunately no one showed up and there is no response when calling. Used them before and they did a good job so disappointed this time around.

1. Promised to deep clean at £17/h plus VAT, including ALL cleaning products. However, the house was in a reasonable clean condition. Just wanted a spring clean, as large house and wanted it done quicker. 2. Notice given of extensive wooden floor and mirrors to the company one week before the session (written communication). No cleaning products brought for the floor. And despite being reassured to have professional cleaning products, they brought only one small Tesco glass cleaning substance. for 3 cleaners! So had to provide extra myself! They brought just two murky mops with no cleaning substance. I provided products and now they don't want to deduct from the invoice. 3. They made a cut on the leather chair which they deny responsibility for. And make no provisions for repair. 4. There were 3 cleaners which attended, only one professional and the only one which did a good job. Rest of them, they were extremely slow. 5. One of the cleaners verbally aggressive when informed the end timing for the session. The company was informed of time available for the session and brought the appointment forward on the day to accommodate that early finish the week before. Very loud and combative. Extremely poor communication. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Snow White Cleaners arranged for Velka to clean for us after our cleaner of nearly 8 years left the area. Velka is really great, always leaves the house cleared of clutter and tidy. Excellent service from Monika at SWC who does a weekly 3 hour clean for me. She is reliable, punctual, hardworking and leaves my house very clean and also does some ironing. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service and I have been extremely impressed and happy with the service.

We used Snow White for end of tenancy clean. Spoke to Yana who was very helpful, responsive and patient with my questions. Mariala and Mimi came for the clean and were thorough - there wasn’t a single corner missed! I was so happy with the service and called them again to help me put stuff away after we moved in. Within two hours Mimi helped me put everything away that would have taken myself the whole day to do! Thank you Snow White. We look forward to using you again in the future.

We booked Snow White to clear a load of garden waste and to remove the remaining plants and roots. Their quote was very competitive and they were able to come the same week. They were quick on email and helpful with additional questions. We had three gardeners arrive and complete the work in just an hour! They were very professional and friendly and absolutely cracked on with it despite the hot weather. They left the garden very tidy too. I'll be honest, at first I wasn't sure if they will deliver. Oh boy was I wrong. They did an even better job than I thought. Everything was spotless by the time they've finished. The cleaners were super friendly and efficient. I don't think the oven was ever this clean. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The carpet cleaning was quick and excellent! Definitely highly recommend company!

Our cleaner was Magi and she always did a fantastic job, everything was always tip top. Briefly during the summer when she was on holiday a replacement did the clean and that was completely disappointing. I guess the quality of service depends who is cleaning and Magi is really good. I was happy with how Petya dealt with my complain over the summer replacement.

This is such a terrible company! I've noticed that the "response from the owner" always states that they do not have a record of everyone who has written a bad review! What they don't realise is that we all work for companies who have dealt with this horrendous company which is why we are not personally on their system! Not rocket science and not an excuse! I doubt anybody would bother to write a review on a company that they have not used!

Two lovely and very professional staff members did an after builders clean for me yesterday. So impressed with how thorough they have been. Everything was made very easy considering I booked quite close to when I needed them. I'm really happy with the results. Thanks so much for your hard work.

Worst service! Charged us extra hours than what we booked, when we arrived home it didn’t look like it was cleaned, we took photos showing the bad job and send it; they didn’t bother at least apologizing for stealing our money! The TV channel was changed, we paid for cleaners to come watch TV in our house

I would hope to right what I think is an unjust negative review that has been left here. Recently our tenants gave early notice and, as an end of tenancy clean had been carried out before they moved in, it became their responsibility to carry out the same end of tenancy clean, leaving it the way they found it for the next tenant. Seems fair and is part of the lease they signed. We suggested Snow White Cleaners (SWC) as they had carried out the previous clean. SWC duly cleaned the flat and an argument between the tenant and SWC ensued as to the quality of the clean. Hence the poor review. We were disappointed as landlords and ended up having to substantially clean the flat ourselves to bring it to standard. What we have since found out was that it wasn’t an end of tenancy clean that the tenants requested but a four hour one off clean which is about a quarter of the cost. It seems to me that SWC have taken an unfair bashing for having carried out what the tenant asked for but not what should have been requested which was the ‘end of tenancy clean’. The further problem for us now is that we cannot prove an end of tenancy clean for the new tenants and they will therefore have no responsibility to carry one out when they leave and so the cycle is broken. To my mind, SWC clearly did not the deserve the one star review from the tenant and the other random people that I would imagine are their friends. It was cost cutting by the tenant and, seeing it as a small business owner myself, a mean thing to do to what seems a decent business.

Do not use, absolutely awful. Not professional at all - take your money and run without doing a good job. Disgrace to the industry.

Never complained or left a review about anything in my life but this was the worst 'clean' I’ve ever had! Absolute scammers, cowboys & website is completely misleading. Was told I would have a 4 hour clean but when they arrived it was two cleaners who would be cleaning for two hours, prices were changed every 5 minutes. Failing to see what they had done in that time as the property isn’t that big at all. They tried to come back at me via email after I complained saying it would need a TEN hour clean. Extremely laughable as they’d never even seen my property and it isn’t flithy at all. I have family members who own their own DC businesses and thought this was laughable too. Unfortunately we had to go with this company as requested. They falsely advertise their services and leave out important information. Bathroom lamps & extractor both covered in dirt & dust. All door frames & skirtings covered in dust, fingerprints in places, oven could have been better cleaned, left marks on hob. Extractor in kitchen not cleaned or replaced. When I called to complain I was screamed at by a man who was obviously extremely rude and tried to talk down at me like I’m an idiot, not to mention I am 9 months pregnant and do not need the stress. When we tried to talk to the cleaners they either pretended they couldn’t speak English properly (or generally couldn’t, who knows...) The only thing that seems to be good was the carpet clean, which was actually another two cleaners who were fine. When we spoke to him he said this sort of thing happens all the time... Spent hundreds of pounds on this, will have to pay out again to have another clean. Had my complaints ignored and have now reported them to trading standards.

This company has relieved the pain of end of tenancy cleaning! They did a fantastic job in cleaning my 2 bedroom flat (I have to admit I didn't clean the flat 1 month prior to the end of tenancy) and the state of the cupboard, drawers were not pleasant. So I would say I have left the the hardest work. When I came by to check the property, it was spotless, even the ovens were cleaned ! The drawers which I used to store herbs and spices were also cleaned to the point I can't see any hair. The best cleaning company so far!

I called them last week and did mentioned need after builders cleaning they send someone who cannot speak or understand English spend 3 hours where she could have finished job in 2 hours and not cleaned anything properly waste of money avoid when i complained she was giving favor to her cleaner and was not interested in what i was saying what a shame for her customers are not important her employees are. I've moved to Snow White Cleaners a while ago having used an app-based cleaning company and haven't regretted it. Not only is the consistency of cleaner hugely reassuring, but the standard of finish is excellent; I love coming home from work on cleaning day! The cleaners are very flexible and if you need something extra/ad-hoc doing, they will help. Having the support from the office rep is also really useful; highly recommend!

We had our office repartitioned a few months ago, and although the builders did a good job, the overall condition of the office was a mess. We called Snow White Cleaners and they booked us in immediately, we had their team show up at our office the next day. It took them 5 hours of hard work, and the results were fantastic. They’ve managed to clean and revive equipment and furniture which we though were going directly to the bin. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for truly professional cleaning company. Keep up the good work!:)

Very reliable and very professional company. We come every morning and the whole office is clean and organised and every single item in its original place. Very good care of computer equipment as well. service is done outside of working hours with minimum involvement from our side which is giving us peace of mind.
