Higher level solutions ltd

Dan and his team were great. Really professional and conscious of not getting dirt in my house (as they had to bring their equipment through to the back). Really happy with the work, would highly recommend!

I honestly can’t recommend Higher Level Solutions enough! From the moment I reached out, they were so professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They really took the time to understand what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. When they finished, I was genuinely shocked — it honestly felt like I had just moved into a brand new house! The transformation was incredible. Every detail was taken care of, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. They went above and beyond, not just with the quality of their work but also in how respectful and tidy they were throughout. Everything was left spotless, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. If you’re thinking about using them, don’t even hesitate — you won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be using them again! Love a clean home with Higher Level Solutions.

On behalf of Elim Wimbledon Church, we have used this company consistently for all our cleaning needs - roof and gutter cleaning, jet washing, all our interior cleaning like carpets, hard flooring and our chairs. HLS have always been dependable, professional and consistent in the quality of their work. It is important to us to work with people we can trust, and this has certainly been our experience. We are grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to others, we value being able to rely on them consistently.

Dan came over on time and got straight to work scraping the moss off my roof, cleaning my gutters thoroughly and then clearing up all the resultant mess. Really nice guys, fantastic work done and an excellent price. Definitely recommended!

Excellent service Daniel and Team cleared out our gutters a replaced some guttering as well. Super efficient, reliable and most of all fixed the issues. Will certainly be using them again

I have used Dan and the team twice for jet washing and each time I was amazed at the before and after results . Dan is honest , reliable and the service is excellent , couldn’t recommend him more .

I can’t speak highly enough of Dan and his level of service and professionalism. He helped me paint and decorate our house at the end of my mortgage term (including stain block and treating the walls) in preparation for selling the house . He was very responsive, and paid attention to the details. The work was done on time, and to a very high standard. I wholeheartedly recommend Higher Level Solutions. Top notch service!

Absolutely outstanding service from Dan and the team at Higher Level Solutions! They carried out jet washing, roof cleaning, and patio cleaning for us, and the transformation was unbelievable. Everything looks brand new again. The attention to detail was incredible, and they left the place spotless afterwards. What really impressed me was their professionalism and work ethic. Dan and his team were punctual, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do. You can tell they operate at a high standard from start to finish. They also offer interior services, which we’ll definitely be using, we’re already planning to have them back in the summer. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning (inside or out), I honestly can’t recommend Higher Level Solutions enough. Top-tier service from start to finish!

Needed an urgent gutter repair and clean. Dan responded promptly and was able to attend the next day, providing an excellent and professional service, and provided really helpful advice. Will happily have him back!

Realy impressed.

Called this company in to help us with a deep interior clean and He did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

Dan and his team did a brilliant job removing moss from our roof. He gave us various options, and I chose manual removal, to keep the weathered appearance of the tiles intact. It now looks great - thoroughly in keeping with the other houses in the neigbourhood, but completely moss-free. The guys were a pleasure to have around, friendly, punctual and professional.

I would highly recommend Dan and his team. Very efficient professional and polite. Excellent result and left the property immaculate. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Could not fault Dan. Right from the initial meeting he understood exactly what we wanted and the results are first class. For a 100 year old property it’s taken 50 years off. Would highly recommend.
